Crown automotive gave the most competitive quote and they were completely straight forward in every interaction that I had with them. Sometimes car dealerships can add on extra fees and surprises that you don’t know about, but not this place. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and trustworthy. Service experience was good and working with Karen was a good experience. The main thing is that the issue that I had was fixed.Like new again. The clean car returned to me was a nice touch.The one reason that I typically dont use a dealer for service did hold true. After fixing the issue in question, I was also presented with a laundry list of other items that supposedly needed doing. Happens 100% of the time. I think if the car had been a 2021 with 5000 miles, it still would have happened. However, on this occasion, since youve never serviced the car, Im giving the benefit of the doubt. You showed no service records for my car.

Had a horrible experience a few years ago with this dealership. They now have new management and a few new sales people and it is a much better place. Recently purchased a new vehicle and could not be happier with my decision. The process was simple and quick, sales managers worked an amazing deal, and I had the best sales consultant ever (Mr. Ernest Andrews). Would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience at Crown Acura in Greensboro. I live in Raleigh, but I found a vehicle there that I was unable to find in the RDU/Chapel Hill area. I phoned ahead, and they had the vehicle ready for my test drive when I arrived. The cars do sell themselves, and I think that the challenge is the sales person, which can make the purchaser not feel so good about their purchase. However that is not what I experienced at all. Michael was fantastic, we spent a few hours together, as he was handling the entire process, with Paperwork, warranties, and financing. He was very thorough, took his time explaining things in great detail. He is really knowledgeable and I had an amazing experience working with him. Everyone else at the location was also very helpful and were ready to jump in to assist at anytime. I, in no way ever felt pressured into anything at any time . Terrible online scheduling system. It let me schedule anytime regardless how busy or occupied they are. It doesnt send me a confirmation email or text or have a way to verify the appointment. I arrived late and was told they were packed and could not get my car in for service. However, I can go back online to schedule another appointment an hour later. Really great.

Brett and the Crown Acura Greensboro team were helpful in getting me the exact vehicle I wanted for a much more reasonable price out the door and were able to give me numbers and my APR before asking me to sign to blind numbers. I drove two hours to come to this location while having 2 other Acuras in closer range. I would recommend giving this place a call if your local Acura cannot assist you.

Crown Acura at Greensboro really has incredible staff, at least the ones I was exposed to. Destiny was incredibly professional and guided me through the whole process and advised me with what maintenance I should do to my car. Too many times I’ve had people try to sell me stuff I didn’t need or pressure me. Destiny was very realistic, to the point, and clear. She was proficient and knowledgeable and should you find yourself getting a service there, my recommendation would be to seek her out.This time was just as good as the last I was in and out just as quickly as possible they let me k no w what needed to ba done to my car with no bs and Destiny was amazing as always I you can I’d go with her she truly knows her stuff and has a great passion for the automotive world

I have been a lifelong Honda/Acura owner for over 30 years. When Acura announced it was bringing back the Type S and after seeing it upon its initial release, I knew this was my next car. I shopped local dealers and almost everyone was adding a $5k-$10k addendum over MSRP…not Crown Acura!!! I searched inventory from the Acura website and was pleased to discover they had the car I was looking for sitting on their showroom floor. The car was exactly what I wanted and I knew due to limited availability and high demand there wouldn’t be a lot of negotiations with exception of my trade. I got what I asked for from my trade and from Earnest my salesperson to Cam in finance, I couldn’t be happier with the Crown Acura team! They were professional, personable and attentive…they weren’t the closest dealership (actually 75 miles from home) and there were three other dealerships closer but I wouldn’t change my choice if I had to do it all over again! They earned a lifetime customer and when we get ready to upgrade our Pilot to an MDX, I know where I will be heading! Thank you Crown Acura!!!!

I had no idea what kind of car I wanted so I just started window shopping. It was a really hot day and Denece came out to help me. I told her she could go back in where it was cool I was just browsing. She told me to take my time and if I had any questions she could help me and oh by the way check out the new MDX in the showroom before leaving. (I cant stand pushy sales people so I greatly appreciated her offering help but also giving me space.) When I sat in it I thought it was nice, but I wasnt really wanting anything brand new.After several weeks of looking my husband and I returned to check it out and decided wed put a deposit down on one they were to get in 4 weeks. We went home and found one in stock about an hour away but decided wed wait because Denece had been so friendly and took a lot of time with us. We are only 2 days into our transaction but it seems like a good car so far. We just hope if theres any problems that the warranties will be just as good to get along with.

They had a Jx35 Infiniti that I inquired about the day it was posted on the website. I went to look at it and talked to a one of the sales associates. I wish I could remember his name because he was so terrible. The car had not been through shop yet so I couldn’t test drive it. A week goes by and I’ve been in touch with Garrett Ashworth one of the internet sales associates. He was also terrible. Both associates told me I would be contacted as soon as it’s ready for a test drive.A week goes by and my husband stops by to check on the status of the vehicle and somebody had it out for a test drive. I was NEVER contacted for my test drive. From the beginning I told them all I wanted to do is drive it before we work up the paper work. Needless to say they sold it to the other person. I will never buy any thing from them and recommend nobody else to either. Terrible customer service.

We received an awesome deal on our car, and the paperwork process was so streamlined they had us out the door in less than an hour! 10/10 would recommend!
