The one thing I loved about this place was once noticing I had a concern, it was immediately taken care of and Sheldon there at the Jaguar place went above and beyond to take care of all of my needs and make sure I was very satisfied. For this reason I give a 5 star. Ill say that Brian was always very good as well and very attentive. Brian is very wonderful little answering all my questions and knows alot about the vehicles.

I highly recommend Jaguar Greensboro. I love my car and the people were good to work with. Then, why 4 stars (not 5)? Because, there was a glitch in the ordering process (human error we all fall prey to at times). Then, why 4 stars (not 1)? Because, once they realized what had happened, they were FANTASTIC at fixing it and making it right by me. These are good folks who do what is right. These are no nonsense, straightforward sales people who their product and sell it, if that is what you want. I thought the pricing/deal was very fair. Definitely give them a chance. Oh, and by the way, I drove from Atlanta to use them because the Atlanta dealership has earned itself a bad reputation (I know from personal experience). It was worth the drive.

Had annual service on my vehicle performed . Arrived on time - service writer processed quickly - waited for the service to be completed - Start to finish - I was out in about 1.5 hours. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were no issues with the vehicle. This is a nice dealership - think they are scheduled for a showroom remodel in the near future. Overall an excellent experience.

My visit was for a simple DMV inspection but I was treated very nicely while it was done. The waiting room was clean and well lighted; it had free WiFi; I was offered coffee or bottled water; my car was washed. The service person was efficient.
Jarrod at Jaguar in Greensboro, got me into a 2020 F-Pace SVR. He did a fantastic job and kept me up to date on the whole process from specifying the car to delivery.Since this car was made to order and financials from Jaguar was not ready. Jarrod and his manager Brian went out of their way to give me ballpark numbers and final negotiated price did meet my expectations. I switched from another brand and dealership based on their poor communication and trying to nickel and dime you out of a good deal. This was not the case with Jaguar Greensboro thanks to Jarrod and Brian.

The cars servicing & repairs were done right & First Class at a very fair & reasonable rate by an exceptional Jaguar Technician. However, among many other important details Mr. Russell assisted me with, one was rather funny & noteworthy. The car is an older model from 2008 and I live out of state. I had given it to my 21 year old daughter emphasizing it was to be used for school, work, local driving & not long unnecessary, gallivanting around type trips (One can hope). Unfortunately, my daughters youth and inexperience with cars is non-existent, so she ran a perfectly good car into the ground due to neglect. When my daughter went to pick up the car after the cars issues were taken care of, at my request, Mr. Russell helped to back me up & rein her in by telling her the car must stay local. While it is not Mr. Russells responsibility to help me parent my child, I truly appreciated his support in the matter and, perhaps my daughter may have taken away something that was actually useful and practical. Excellent Jaguar service. Our Jaguar F-Pace was serviced and cleaned. The appointment was quickly set-up, Mr. Watkins handled the service. I had a loaner when I had to wait due to a service bulletin. Sharon (sales) also worked with me on a possible XJ (great car). I will look to this shop when exploring a purchasing of an EV in the future as a company vehicle.
Took my car in to get radiator fan fixed and other issues checked out. I was severely overcharged to get fan fixed $1900. Asked to check coolant leak that was caused by Hendrick Jaguar and that was the reason i gave Flow a shot due to the service in Charlotte. I was told they did a pressure test and i had no leak but still have a leak. Asked to check why my hood shows open and was told they greased it and its fine... Not the case... Asked to check fuses for my sunroof due to it not opening. I was told like $3600 for a new sunroof assembly. I checked all my fuses when i went home under my hood and the sunroof works fine.. Too much to say about jaguar service all together. I miss Scotts jaguar in Charlotte they were honest.
Brought my Jaguar XF in for a factory recall of the front passenger airbag. After it was replaced, I noticed a faint rattling sound that seemed to originate from the front right side of my car. I didnt know if it was in my dashboard or something loose in the front passenger door.Brought it in again and left it for a week and was told they took my dash apart but didnt find anything obvious. So they put it back together and tightened everything, but I still notice a rattling sound coming from the right side of my car. I tightened all the plastic screws in my trunk shelf to make sure that its not the problem, but I still notice a rattling sound coming from the right side of my car. Im told that maybe I should take all the door panels off and tighten any screws that seem loose.Ive always heard that the newer Jags are well designed but not put together as well as the older Jags of years past. Ive come to realize that may be true.The service guys at Greensboro Jaguar are some nice dudes, so I have Nothing negative to say about how I was treated. They were cool and professional and that goes a long way. And at least they sold me a new speaker cover for my dash speaker, that I didnt know was broken. 🤷🏾♂️
They told me they needed to put a new wiring harness in my car for $10,000 when you can get the part for like $1,000+ and then turn around and come to find out THAT WASNT EVEN WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR!Plus they charged me $1,400+ for to diagnose it.I realized water rained through my convertible top and shortaged out a fuse box in my back seat,so U-haul it all the way to Nashville and got the Brentwood Jaguar dealership to diagnose it that it was my fuse box back there gone bad and they replaced it and my car been working ever since.Idk what the big deal is for trying to rip me off for $10,000 cause i can buy a new car if i have to pay that just to get my car fixed and nobody on Earth have to pay that unless they getting a new transmission,new engine,and a new drivetrain put in a car that needs 1.
We just leased a 2019 Jaguar a few months ago. The sales team was excellent. Unfortunately a few weeks ago my husband hit a curb which caused a slow leak in the tire. When this happened I called the service department to schedule a repair for the leak and scratched wheel. I was connected to service who told me they would call me back that they were currently busy. I never received a phone call back so I called them again the next day. Again I was connected to service to the same person who apologized for not returning my phone call. He then scheduled for the car to be picked up the following Friday. Friday comes and it’s 10am and no one has called or shown up. So again I call. I am told by the lady answering the phone that she doesn’t have me on the schedule. She then wants to know who I talked to because this “has happened twice today “ in her words. She then connects me again to the service scheduler. A very nice lady who sounded very concerned took my number and stated she “Was going to get to the bottom of things and call me back.” Guess what... she never called me back. So the next day I called to speak to the service manager. They connected me to his voice mail. I left a message and my number and a description of what was going on. Again I still have not received a phone call.It has now been three weeks since the initial contact with service and still no one has called us and the tire isn’t fixed. We attempted to call again and was then told by the lady on the phone that they “didn’t pick cars up and who did we talk with”. She was completely rude and we told her that there is a valet service which everyone BUT her was well aware of. I was even told that a transport car would be left at my house while they drove ours. So yes. One star. If I could give negative starts I would. We definitely will be going back to bmw and it definitely won’t be from Flow.
Flow Jaguar is a great place to shop for your next car. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The manager Wayne is very professional and quick to respond to anything you need. I recently visited the service department and Milton and Shane answered all the questions that I had to my satisfaction. I recently met John and he was helpful also.

This is a phenomenal dealership! I want to share my story of how wonderful we were treated and how professional they were. We were returning from the Duke Cancer Center in our Jaguar XF heading home to West Virginia, which was a 5 1/2 hour trip. A warning light went off . I called Greensboro Jaguar to see if someone could look at our car and explained the situation. I spoke with Kim who was kind enough to check with service to see if we could get in and if it was safe to continue driving it . She gave us directions and relayed info from the service dept. not to shut the car off . As soon as we arrived Amir in service was waiting and they got right on it. He was very professional and could not have been any kinder. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and accommodating. They checked it over and got us back on the road. They even washed it and took care of everything!!Having purchased from 3 different dealerships over the years, Jaguar of Greensboro stood above all !! Took my Jaguar for the first service. I had a recall to be address at the time I took the car in to be serviced. We discussed all items to be completed during the service appt. I picked up the car only to find out the recall did not get addressed. The tires not rotated. I have called them back 4 times and no response. I would not go there unless I had to.

I just purchased a 2019 Jaguar XE. The people at this car dealership were fantastic to work with. I love this car!!! Now That I have owned this car for over a month, I can now add the fact that it actually gets better mileage than my Toyota Camry did. Unbelievable!!! The cars motor seems to shut down when I am stopped at a light or stop sign, for instance, thus using less gas. My Camry Hybrid did this as well, but did not realize that the Jag did this until Id driven it for some time. I have verified this fact about gas mileage when I refilled the tank with gas. Today was a great day, when dealing with purchasing a new car. 3 years ago I purchased my 1st Jaguar here and Sharon Szeto took great care of me . I knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered. But this month Id decided on getting an upgrade. Though I live in Charlotte, where a Jaguar dealership is within minutes from me. I recieved the best customer service a little over an hour away in Greensboro. But this time we did every thing via phone calls and texting, which made the transition even smoother and faster. Though they did not have the exact car I want, Sharon Szeto went above and beyond to find me exactly what I want and in a very short amount of time. As a 20 year retired Veteran, that type of customer service cannot go unnoticed. This would make my 2nd time working with Sharon Szeto and she has delivered once again.. I would continue to travel over an hour away for this type of customer service, even though there is a Jaguar dealership right here in Charlotte with very low standards for customer service. No Respect! Bought a new 2017 F-Pace Diesel from this dealership. I had issues with the service department every time I brought it in, even had to call Jaguar twice to get correct servicing accomplished. All servicing on vehicle was accomplished at this dealership. I drove vehicle for 33 months/42k miles and Jaguar would only give me $23k for a car I bought new from them for $50k, a 54% lost of value in less then 3 yrs. I ended up selling it to Carmax for $28k ($5k gain!), who then sold it 3 weeks later for $33.5k. I loved the car, the diesel got great mileage (38-40 hwy) but can’t believe how little Flow Jaguar values their own cars. Over the years I have bought Cars from Flow Volkswagen, Honda, GMC, BMW and Audi with no issues with servicing and trade-in’s. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership.

Disgustingly poor service. Zero response from service team when I came to drop my vehicle for service, as they were all in a hall passing out breakfast sandwiches. Inability to ever get anybody on the phone. No one has called me to update me on the status of my vehicle. It appears as though somebody has taken my vehicle to their home without my permission. And all-around abusive experience.

Parts department is a joke, im a customer granted i might work for another company - all i wanted was a light quoted and the parts guy said oh youre one of those aftermarket companies that just call for prices and part numbers then by else where, no i wont help you so i said you wont quote a customer? so he continued to say no then after me asking for a list price he finally said 2000 now is that all you wanted? You might want to retrain your parts department on customer service because this particular employee had no idea if i could of been his next biggest customer spending thousands a month. Went here to Jaguar Geeensboro with a friend. He wanted to purchase a jaguar for his mother. The staff annoyed us. They talked in a condescending manner and addressed my friend a few times as “kid”. Didn’t like that. Will probably be searching someplace else for a good vehicle. Also I heard two salesman discussing a woman whom was by herself and just left. One said “man, she was alone. Maybe she’s not married.. I’d hit that” The other replied “She might not be... but yeah.. she’s not going to buy anything. She seems like someone who don’t have a lot of money”First off how would you know If she had any money or not? Dont buy a used car from Jaguar of Greensboro. I recently purchased a 2005 XK-8 convertible. I was told the car was gone over with a fine tooth comb, and was in perfect condition. I paid $3,000 over Kelly Blue Book. After 6 weeks there was hydraulic fluid leaking from the convertible top all over the center console and the right front headlight was not working. After another $2,450 at my local Jaguar dealer it seems ok now.

Expensive and Dont fix the root cause. Had it in 3 times and all they keep doing is throwing parts at it. I should sue. Found out myself through Jag forums what is going on and Ill get it fixed another way. Id advise to stay away from this dealership and its service department.

My wife has long loved her very rare 2006 Jaguar XK8 Victory Edition convertible, now approaching 119,000 miles. It served as her daily driver from February 2012 until November 2018, and now it has become her favorite fair-weather toy. While I DIY the vast majority of the maintenance and repairs required on this car myself, there are a few services that require proprietary hardware and software to complete (such as reprogramming the cars ZF 6HP26 transmission from time to time). Almost no Jaguar dealerships still have the equipment, and more importantly, the experienced master techs required to properly perform this particular service. Jaguar Greensboro has been able to do this for me twice for a very reasonable cost (once in July 2013 and again in April 2016) thanks to master tech Nhao Haboons extensive service experience on the older Jaguars. As long as Nhao remains employed at Jaguar Greensboro, it will be well worth me driving there from Raleigh to obtain these rare niche services when needed. There are very few classic master techs like Nhao remaining here in North Carolina. Thanks again to Nhao for all your assistance over the years....
Let me start by saying this was far and away the most money I have ever spent on a vehicle, and I have had the good fortune (and age) of being able to purchase quite a few in the past. That being said, the purchase carried my highest level of expectation. That expectation was exceeded by Flow Motors and every member of the excellent staff my wife and I had the pleasure of encountering during and after the purchase. I was very dissatisfied with my local dealer, where I have serviced 2 cars for many years and purchased 1 of our (now) 3 Jaguars. Although I was a repeat customer who has spent no insignificant amount of money there, I never felt my experience with the dealer was in any way personal. In fact, in over 5 years, I never encountered the same Sales personnel twice. When my Service Advisor, my sole source of continuity in the dealership, disappeared one day, I decided to sever my relationship completely. Im sure I am not missed. Turning to the Internet to purchase our F-Type R, I found Flow Motors and Wayne Hines. The experience of purchasing from Flow was seamless and highly personalized - Wayne was incredibly responsive in our initial email communications, equally so when we got to the telephone stage, and outstanding to deal with in person when it came time to test drive and make the final deal. He went out of his way to answer every question, and, to our great pleasure, did not make any attempt to shoehorn us into the car in stock which very nearly met our requirements. My wife was very set on a particular interior color, and even though the vehicle in stock had our preferred exterior color and all other options, Wayne graciously began the process of finding us EXACTLY what we wanted. When this limited-production vehicle could not be found in the US, he contacted Jaguar and actually changed an order already slated for production to get us the exact car we desired. We were sent a VIN as soon as the car hit the manufacturing line in England and were continuously apprised of the cars progress from that point forward. Flow even made a valiant attempt to deliver the car on the Friday it arrived at the dealership so we could have the car the weekend before we travelled for 2 weeks, but could not complete the excellent prep process in the time. Throughout this process we were personally introduced to other dealership personnel, from the internal Sales and Serviced contacts with whom we would be dealing right down to the technician who will be hands on with it through its lifetime. Everyone treated us with warmth, respect, and made us feel like a member of a small, tight-knit family.Now, much of this might be expected when a business is trying to get you to spend a significant amount on a product (even though many dont bother to treat you that way) - but let me tell you of an after the sale experience that totally cements my feelings about where these guys are coming from... I ordered our car with the intent of installing a distinctive set of aftermarket wheels, purchasing them from a local supplier who had done work on my other cars. When the day came to install the wheels, I received a call from the supplier advising me that he could not find the wheel lock key in the car and could not proceed with the installation. At this point, due to my work schedule, my wife and I had driven the car home from the dealership and parked it in our garage, taking it out only to bring it to the wheel shop. I insisted that Flow had not supplied the key, and when the Flow team could not find it in their shop Waynes response was to send a technician on a 3-hour round trip with the master set to get the issue resolved. 4 days later I found the key in my garage - I had removed the package absent-mindedly while taking the unneeded front license plate mounting kit out of the car. I called Wayne and apologized, insisting on paying for the dealerships time - which he graciously refused to accept. Needless to say, Flow now has the service business for all my cars and my highest recommendation!

Somehow, I dont how 4-5 stars is accurate for this place.This has been a bad experience for me on most every Facet. I delivered them a Jaguar XF for service 2 days early so it would be available for appointment. They have a Local shuttle but if you live 30 Min away, no shuttle service is available to you. After a service, you qualify for concierge service. No problem.Call in to check on my service and twice, cant get service on the phone to check the status of my vehicle. One gentleman was there and his check engine light was on. He just wanted to know why, he had to wait an hour, but he was on time for his appointment, and they had no loaner car available. The only option he had was to walk around the area for an hour.I asked him if this was typical for this place and he stated Yes sir it is, but what can I do?I dont suggest the dealership but if you need Jaguar service they are one of the only dealers in town. We are actively looking for other options.
We stopped by to check out a Jaguar XF that was on their website. Alex came out with a smile and made us feel welcome. He went over everything on the car perfectly. We took it for a test drive and went in to talk about a deal. They let us take the car to lunch to think about it. We decided to take a day or so to think about it and made the purchase on Monday. I can not imagine a better car buying experience. At some places it feels like they heard you in like cattle but not here. Alex Demeter is a great salesman and Jason Keranen was wonderful to work with. Thank you guys a bunch for a great deal on a great car.. All smiles :)

My recent purchase experience at Flow Jaguar was surprisingly pleasant and extremely positive. Car buying is very stressful as all parties are jockeying for position. I’m not one to play games or waste anyone’s time, especially mine. When I set my sights on the vehicle of my choice and the negotiations began, I was treated with respect and every effort was made to accommodate my position and what I needed to make this a good deal all around. The personnel at the dealership was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. My sales representative, the general manager, the finance manger and the encore representative went beyond measure to meet my needs and expectations. As an out of state buyer, they even provided an escort for my 110 pound Akita, in his own vehicle back to our home state; a four hour drive, since I insisted he was not going back in my brand new Jaguar XJ!Now that’s what I call going the extra mile, literally!!!!!!Absolutely the best car buying experience ever!
I took my Jaguar because of the airbag recall notice. While my car was there-I ask them to check a couple things. My heat fan was making a noise and also the check coolant level light was on. The light was because of a bad sensor . They fixed the airbag. The heat fan— the guy took it apart- he said there was a dead mouse in the fan, and he PUT IT BACK TOGETHER !!! He left the mouse in there ( he didn’t like mice!) Could he not have at least cleaned the fan off ????? To fix the check engine light that was on, A new heater fan, coolant sensor ..., they wanted $9000 ! Are you kidding me ? Well- needless to say- I brought my car home. It is now at NTB getting EVERYTHING fixed - plus a battery light came on-on my way home. They are fixing that as well - all for $500 ! I know where I’ll be going for car maintenance from now on ! I came from Winston Salem and they had to keep it - I ask if they had something I could drive— no . I also told them of a problem I had - I got out at a store and the doors would not lock. Ok...my sister and I checked the doors and the trunk . Still would not lock. The car was off, everything in the dash shut down.Came back about 20 minutes later... My car was running and the windshield wipers were going-it was raining a little. When I told them about this - they made comments that I just did’t hear it still on ! I have been driving for 50 years AND I know when a car is still running and when it isn’t. When I got home I left the car on and checked everything. You could definitely hear the car running and when standing at the trunk you could hear the exhaust . This is an XFSupercharged car ! I did not appreciate their condescending attitudes.

I want to share an awful experience with FLOW AUTO CENTER, Greensboro, North Carolina.I searched the internet for a 2016 F-Type Jag and found what I thought I was looking for there. I flew down from Chicago, paid them in cash, and was told the car was 1. Certified 2. Had no previous mechanical issues and they showed me the Carfax supposedly verifying that. I then drove it back to Chicago. EVERY MORNING since, I am greeted with a “Low car battery, start engine immediately” screen. I know the power is drained because the power lift trunk does not work. I took it to one Jag dealer who told me the battery was bad, and it was already the SECOND battery in the 2 years the car was out. They then claimed all else checked out and gave me a new battery. Next day, same “low battery” screen. I am taking it to another Jag dealer in the hope someone can fix this. Seems obvious that something is draining the battery if it is now on battery #3 and still says low battery every morning.It is IMPOSSIBLE to believe that FLOW AUTO CENTER knew nothing about this. It cannot be that over two years and 7500 miles, the first time it every occurred is when I bought it. It has happened every day I have owned it. I should have guessed something was amiss when owner #1 turned it in after 500 miles and owner #2 was the dealer. Now I will have to find a lawyer to find a North Carolina statute that says misrepresentation by a car dealer as to the condition of the used car is unlawful. Live and learn.
