Very bad service. I booked an appointment online to get my car serviced and I left work early to solve my Mercedes Engine check light issue. I arrived at my appointment on time and the service guy told me they can not service my car because they are fully booked. If they were fully booked why did they even let me booked an appointment?. The service guy told me their website appointment tool does not work well and then why they have it available on their website.They did not even contact me that they would not be able to service my car today and they need to reschedule my appointment. I went there, wasted my time/ gas and I left with a disappointment. While I was leaving their dealership, someone hit my car. I should have not gone there in the first place to get my car serviced. I spend a lot of money on the car and I expected great service from them but they provided me terrible service. I made my day worse just going there. The service guy did not even check my car warranty coverage information. He was telling me that they would charge me a fee before even checking that my car falls under the Mercedes manufactured warranty.
I was pleasantly surprised with my 1st experience with this dealership - Mercedes Roadside Service arranged to have Paul from the Service Department come to my house to assist with getting my 2006 SL500 cranked. After diligently trying Paul suspected that the starter was bad - he arranged to have it towed and then helped me get it to the street. Gabe Walden was easy to work with and kept me updated on everything - he was upfront on the costs and made recommendations on some things that may need attention in the future but he did not pressure me to do them now. The car was ready in a week and clean when I picked it up. I certainly will consider them for my routine service needs.
We called ahead to look at a car and take it for a test drive, to see if it would work for our family. We met with Joe and were blown away by his expertise and professionalism! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and really sold us on the Mercedes brand. We had our 3 children with us, and he was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel that the car would work for us in this point in time, but we will definitely be back in the future. Ask for Joe, you won’t regret it!
Their service dept is incredible! Our RV ABS sensor light came on while vacationing in VA. Bet we called 15 dealerships trying to find someone to replace it so we could continue our journey. Everyone was booked through September but George said he would be glad to work us in and had us back on the road by 230! Now that is service! Thanks George and Mercedes Benz of Greensboro!
Joe and Carlton are great! I took my entire family, including 3 young children, intending to quickly sneak a test drive of a pre-owned vehicle in right before closing. We ended up making a deal and they worked over to send us home in our new vehicle. I was honestly worried about the atmosphere of a MB dealership but that was unwarranted. They were both very laid back and friendly and the process was never pushy. Two fine gentleman!
Tim in parts rude. Asked him change his tone at how he spoke with me cause it was very condescending. Stated Im sorry you feel that way. Told him Ill just take my business elsewhere where Tim stated do what you feel Mercedes if you gonna have people like this in your service units u need to do better as much as we as customers spend on our cars considering I have 4. I see that I will not utilize another company to service my cars.
While driving from Wilmington, my navigation screen went off not allowing me to see directions where I was going. I made it to Greensboro and located the Mercedes dealership where Paul from the service department was most helpful and pleasant as he fixed the problem. I was very frazzled and so relieved that he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. Kudos to Paul!
Unfortunately Ive had multiple experiences with receiving a different diagnosis from the Mercedes-Benz dealership, as opposed to when Ive taken it to a specialist. I am currently experiencing a error message on my display which a diagnostic report has indicated is due to faulty resistance on an auxiliary battery that I had replaced by the dealership several weeks ago.
Came to check my battery went on vacation when I came back had an indicator yellow with a battery saying put car in park an let run. Cann the dealership they are the only Ines that need to replace it bc of the memory after I stalling a new battery

Its a Benz dealership. What else can you say?!?This was my first experience here as a customer. The staff is great. Friendly, knowledge and accommodating.I only had one big hang up. They wanted $155 just to look at the car and then didnt even credit it toward the repair...Never seen that before. Every other shop I have EVER been to, puts the diagnostic time towards the repair as long as you get it done there Seems like a money making scam to me. Like it isnt expensive enough to go there...
Visited this location not too long ago for service to my vehicle. While it was there, I decided to also get it detailed because I had a spot on my drivers seat leather that I could not get out. This nice gentleman (I think his name was Austin) was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I didnt think they could actually fix it but to my surprise, it came back looking brand new. I am so happy! It was worth the drive to this location and I will definitely be back for service and detail in the future.
As someone that works in the industry, I am often surprised by the experience I have at dealerships across the country. While bringing my personal vehicle to their service department, I had nothing but a great experience this time around. Service advisors, John and Gabe were very accommodating and communication was spot on through-out the process. They offered a shuttle to and from my home, which made me feel at ease.
Visited for the first time yesterday to get a second key for our RV programmed... excellent service! They even took care of a recall item while we were there. Visit lasted about 45 minutes. George P and everyone we encountered was professional and super nice. We’ll be back for future service needs.

I went in for an oil change and to get a minor software update and soon as I pulled into the service station I was met by three of the nicest staff! They instantly made me feel welcome and even helped me get my food out of my car. (I had stopped for breakfast before arriving) They made me feel so welcome and explained in detail everything I needed for my car, they have my service for as long as I have my car!

Gab Waldon is the Representative that handles all of my service needs now and he was very accommodating, professional and thorough. I have extreme confidence in the staff at Mercedes and I own other types of vehicles and I can not say I have the same level of confidence in other service departments.

I purchased my second Mercedes from Carvana; I called and set up service at this location because I smelled burning (my vehicle is still under factory warranty)... Long story short they took apart my car and said it was not drivable and they would be keeping my vehicle for a couple of days. I am a single mother and this was my only mode of transportation, I was denied a loaner vehicle because I did not purchase my car from this location. When I complained the service person was very cold and said well we can set up a rental car at enterprise, I get to enterprise and was asked to put money down, I refused. Why should I have to put money down when the dealership took my car apart and with no warning and then told me I could not drive my vehicle. I finally get my car back and a week later the check engine light comes on, I’m not surprised because again the service department at this location is terrible. I have since taken my car to the Mercedes Benz dealership ran by Hendrick Auto in Durham; they are exceptional and guess what they didn’t take my car apart and leave me stranded they not only offered me a loaner but they gave me an SUV to accommodate my 10 month old. If you want great service don’t go to the Mercedes Benz in Greensboro, make the drive. Durham treats you like you purchased a luxury car and it’s okay if you didn’t get it from them, it’s still a Mercedes and you still deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. When I am ready to upgrade. I will definitely bypass the Greensboro/ Winston locations because they are owned by the same person. I will also be telling my family, friends and coworkers to skip out on the bad experience and spend their money elsewhere. This location needs to do better.

Came to a fair price quickly. I drove 7 hours one way because I wanted this particular car. My sales person Joe Herman exceed my expectations. He contacted my insurance company to inform them of the change and got a copy of the new coverage. Never had anyone do that before. Encouraged me to buy a 3rd year of CPO which I really feel good about. Excellent dealership with really good people. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Also Joe covered he particulars of the operations of the vehicle very well. Feel great about my purchase.
There were some defects with new sprinter. Tony was very helpful to drive to Cary to bring a loaner and replace with a new sprinter. Everything was very good and I am very happy with the service and Tonys curtesy. Everything was done so quick and flawless. Thank you for great experiance.

While the service team was pleasant. I paid over 2k for repairs it took two days and when I picked up my car it would have been nice if they would have washed my SUV. While my vehicle was in for a routine service, Mercedes of Charlotte not only vacuumed but washed it for me when they finished. I guess I shouldnt expect the same great service from different shops.

I have bought many Mercedes in my life time and this is by far the best ! The technology is more than you can ever imagine . I had the best Mercedes people waiting on me. This car is a GLE 2020. Perfect car, lots of room, beautiful inside and outside. With a little extra you can get 50,000 more miles on the warranty or 7 years total. Plus you can get a curb fix (that’s if you run up on the curbing and scratch your wheel) . All in all I’d give Mercedes in Greensboro a 10 STAR!!

I booked a service appointment online but on arrival at the Mercedes-Benz of Greensboro, there was no records of it on their computer even with the fact that I have a text message confirmation. I was told to come a different day because they are overbooked. After few minutes discussion with the service manager, John Lempp, he was nice enough to accommodate my service request which was very simple. A code for check engine light turns to be just to tighten air hose clip and delete the check engine light Code. 5 min.The manager was very nice but the service department and waiting room is very small and worse the next door one person car garage or service station. Mercedes-Benz customers deserve high quality and upscale service station at least like the Audi ones.
So I take my car in for an alignment and they drop it off the lift and do $6000 worth of damage then bring my car back dirty and with shotty repairs after having it five weeks, I send it back for another four weeks and finally get it presentable. One would think that if they did $6000 of damage to your car that they would go over it with a fine tooth comb to try to make sure it’s repaired properly but it was almost as though I Was being an unreasonable customer when they did the damage to my car in the first place… I don’t believe I’ll be going back. I even contacted the owner of Mercedes Benz Of Greensboro And I contacted Mercedes-Benz USA with no reply from either… I probably won’t be buying Mercedes the next time around either. Just one person’s bad experience at Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes Benz Of Greensboro.

Courteous and professional. The service professionals at Mercedes Benz Dealership on Norwalk street opened the door for me and assigned me to a very nice specialist who processed my information. The facility was clean. The service was quick and I was pleased. They would’ve gotten 5 stars but they did not wash my car as they had told me they would.

Yesterday was my first time visiting this location to get the service B done on my vehicle. I called a few days ahead of time and made an appt for 10am.I arrived around 9:30am with the hopes of showing up early would mean my vehicle would be completed sooner.....and it was!I was told the service would take 3 hours but they were done in 2. The entire staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and staff. I will definitely be returning when it’s time to service my vehicle again.
They are very good at service. They were accurate with the diagnosis. We got our car back in a very short time. It was a job well-done. The reason they didnt get a five-star is because the X for both keys to make sure they work with the ignition but only one key work without car once we get it back. Would have thought they would have made sure both keys work.
I had appointment to get my admissions inspection done this morning and able to have this done in less than 30 minutes. I was so surprised when they told me my car was ready. I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Greensboro. I always have a great experience with their service department!
This dealership chose not to address a problem I had on a vehicle I just purchased 8 days ago from another Mercedes dealership with a certified pre-owned warranty.I havent owned Mercedes in about 30 years, and probably never will again. Im going back to GM products because they stand behind their products. I have a Suburban that has 267000 miles on it that drives better than this Mercedes that has 60000.
Mercedes Benz-Greensboro made routine service easy and convenient. I typically wait onsite during service but was concerned about social distancing and COVID-19. My vehicle was picked up and returned to my home. Received excellent customer service from Deborah Nelson! Scheduling the appointment, being updated on service needs/progress, making payment, and arranging return time was a breeze.

Parts where discontinued after giving me a quote. Then another version had to be fitted and I ended up paying more. The labor rate is not competitive for the area. Pro- the work was fast and for right now the quality seems great.Con-. Dont ask the customer to pay more in labor charges equalling up to 80% more than the cost of the parts.

Tony and the whole Mercedes-Benz team were excellent to work with. I drove from the Raleigh area to Greensboro because they had the exact GLC I was looking for. The team stayed past closing on a Saturday so that we could complete the paperwork and then delivered the detailed SUV to my home 2 days later, so I didnt have to make the trip back to Greensboro. They made the whole process so easy, it was definitely worth the drive!
We bought a S-550 certified preowned Mercedes Benz online. When the car was delivered I told the sales person about a strange vibration the car was making. The salesperson told me the cost would be taken care of by the original Greensboro dealership, so I took it to a Mercedes Benz dealership in Charleston. They told me the wheels needed to be balanced, but that did not solve the problem so I called to speak to the service manager in Greensboro. I was told to contact J. Lempp. I called Mr. Lempp several times and have not received a reply yet. We have bought numerous vehicles from the Charleston dealership and been given first class service, very unlike the service and response from the Greensboro dealership. I am highly disappointed and will never purchase another car from them again. I will also be expressing my dissatisfaction on social media and among family and friends to never purchase from that dealership.
Joe Herman is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. My wife was interested in a CPO GLC 300. He treated us with kindness and respect to make sure all of our needs were met. With Joe, we felt like it didnt matter to him if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot or the least expensive, he just wanted to make sure my wife was happy. Consistently responsive service staff, always explain work required in laymans terms. Its a Mercedes so fees can be expensive, but I never feel that unnecessary work is added on. The car is nicely detailed after service visits. They are gracious even when the Customer really is part of the problem. Just friendly people.

This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Greensboro and I was very pleased. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the waiting area was comfortable. The service took around an hour and they even washed my vehicle. I will definitely go back to have other services performed.
