Started out rough with a long wait time. Noah saw me and how long I had been there and he jumped right on it and got my car finished within the blink of an eye! If you go here i definitely recommend asking for Noah! He was very professional and his customer service was IMMACULATE!
When you come to precision you get precisely what you pay for! They will not steer you wrong. The team here is well put together and knowledgeable about many vehicles. This business is always on top of their game! Regular season and playoffs! Also when it’s time for the finals they never go Seven games. If you need an oil change, brakes, or just an inspection. They will get you in and out in a timely manner🤞🏾.

The weekend manager is very professional. The technicians worked hard to find a fix on my 1997 Airconditioning problem. It took several visit to the shop, but precision tune at this location fixed my car correctly. My wife is very happy with her airconditioning now.I guess persistence payed off.Thank you precision tune.
Absolutley terrible wouldnt recommend them to my own worse enemy car after a week came back in worse shape than it had ever been in also with a cigarette hole in the back seat and stuff from In the car found around the car in the grass. They had the car for a week and when picked up said hopefully itll get you home now..... I was a better mechanic when I was 12 than these grown men smh....
It was my 1st experience with this company. I appreciate the service techs and was satisfied with their willingness to assist me, however, I do wish that I would has gotten more clarification regarding a few notes concerning some checks made. I called them later with my concern and was pleased that John stated he would make any corrections needed or requested with no problem. That really spoke volumes and I am pleased I chose them for my vehicle service. I hope things continue this way.
I went to Precision on Market Street, to get a tune-up and oil change. After Precision had my car for 8hrs, I drove it to visit my family and halfway to my destination, my car cut off with no previous cutoff or problems. My check engine light came on right after my car stopped. I have never had a problem with my vehicle. I was told to bring it back, which was impossible because I would have to drive a reasonable distance. I ended up paying another $250 for a tune-up and found out that Precision put on the wrong spark plugs in my car, and airflow interfered with the functioning. If the spark plugs did not go to my vehicle, someone should have said something to me. The customer service is excellent but does nothing if the service is not great. This experience was horrifying for me.
Unprofessional. Inconvenient. Theft. Poor excuse for how a business should run!After having the vehicle for a week, the job was sent to another location to be finished. The parts were sitting beside the truck and the technician was gone without anyone knowing the status of the job. No one else stepped in to complete the work and just had no idea what was going on. The date of completion was postponed multiple times and no follow up was given. Make sure you have patience, extra time for the workers to take their time, and clean out your valuables. Even the change that was left in the truck was taken out while supposedly being repaired. Will never go back - even if I were broken down in their parking lot!
The gentleman that operates the shop is very good. I can tell customers he has keep coming back because he doesnt overcharge them like a lot of shop do. I will definitely go back and recommend him to my friends.
Terrible. Stay away unless you want to clean oil off your engine. They took 2 hours for an oil change and didnt put the oil cap back on. 40 miles later, Ive got $533 worth of repairs to do on the car and it smells like oil inside and out. The store claims corporate will cover the costs but Ive yet to hear from them or receive payment for the damages.

Friendly staff but be careful about the diagnosis and pricing. If not careful, you can be added with a surprising charge or recommendations. If you are ladies, I recommend you to go with a man. I have been a faithful customer since 10 yrs ago. But since management change, something has also changed. Youve lost my trust. I am moving to another shop.
Went to pick up car and wouldnt start.car had been there for over 2 weeks and kept getting different quotes and still wasnt fixed correctly will have to take car to different place to get alternator fixed

Came here to do a oil change and still sitting here 2 hours waiting was told i would be in and out in about a hour. normally i wouldnt complain, but this has happened consistently. and the gentlemen next to me was on the phone with someone saying he has been sitting there for 3 hours or so. the timing here is unreal. my plans have gotten ruined because i was told a lie, thinking maybe they would of gotten there act together. but seems like nothing has changed in the past 8 months
My vehicle has bn here for 5 weeks currently and the work is still not done🤬

When you are 78 years old and a woman you just have to hope for the best, because in my case, I’ve never worked on a car. I am treated with wonderful respect, no nonsense about what needs fixing, they get it done and the pricing is more than fair!! I never worry when something goes wrong. It took over an HOUR and a HALF for an oil change. 30+ minutes while my car was already in their care. Do not come here. Go somewhere thats faster because this completely wasted my time. Absolutely ridiculous.
Friendly and very expensive. Depending on who works on your vehicle will depend on what they tell you is going on with you vehicle. One mechanic will say you have something wrong and another will say the complete opposite. Been going here for years but recently found a better mechanic shop with better services and prices. You can find promotions online but its like they add what you would have saved from the promotion back to the total cost. The wait time can be extremely long for something simple. If youre a woman it may be best to bring a man with you that knows about mechanics so no one can get over on you. I would shop around for non-commercial shops. Prices are better and services completed are more thorough.

These guys are just awesome. I had my car over for inspection and my rear tires had worn out. Mike suggested some options but didn’t have my choice. I bought in my own new tires a day later and he got em changed. Mike handled my work along with the team super efficiently. I met the owner who was a joy to talk to. I have had dealings with a lot of other repair shops and always felt cheated or pushed for upsells. These guys are legit. You can’t go wrong.

The technician didnt properly put brake pad in the calipers and the brake pad fell out. Nearly had an accident bc I couldnt stop at a light. Call corporate spoke to Ronnie he was arrogant he cared more about where I got the parts frm instead of the poorly trained mechanics they hired and my RECURRING BRAKE PAD ISSUES Percision tune overcharges takes hours to fix simple car problems worst place to take your car find another shop save the headache.

This was by far the best experience I have had with an oil change. My 2 infants and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes on a friday at lunch time. There was no sacrifice of quality either. All fluids were checked and my oil change sensor was reset. The manager, Dallas, was very polite and thorough. I will definitely be back.

I had a nightmare situation at another location where I went in for an oil change and was told I needed front brake pads. I went ahead an got them replaced and my car was making a grinding noise every time I stopped or turned. I called took it back and they supposedly fixed it. It was not fixed so I called and was told to bring it back and they would put a new set of brake pads on it. I took it back and they refused to replace the brake pads and said they had fixed the problem. Got back in the car and it was still making the same exact noise. I emailed the corporate office and within 20 min I had received and email and call from the regional customer service rep. He asked me to take the car into another location to have it looked at. I went to the location on West Market Street. My car was immediately taken back and within a few minutes I was notified that the other location had messed up my rotors when they replaced the pads. The staff at this Greensboro location had the rotors replaced and put on new pads and had me back out the door in under an hour. I HIGHLY recommend the West Market Street location.....and will ONLY be using that location from this point forward!!!

Customer service is so important and these guys understand that. Very friendly, informative and I didn’t leave feeling I was taken advantage of. Price was good (had a coupon) not a long wait. Went in for an oil change they checked my brakes, showed me that I needed new front brakes, ordered parts and replaced them within the hour. Definitely will be returning there.

The store manager ran the Diagnostic test and determined that he needed a timing belt change. Then the Manager called my son and said I cant perform the services at this store. Im gonna have to take it to West Market St store. This was the first Sign and steps to a very bad service repair. The Car was never fixed and it cost me time and my MONEY $2200.00 WORTH OF NOTHING. The check engine light was NEVER removed from the car. Dallas the store manager on West Marker Street told me 7 different times to bring the car back store well fix it. Precision Tune is not designed to fixed or repair your car. Ladies and gentlemen run from this repair and maintenance shop as fast as you can!

Bad management: they got three customers walked in and the manager gave two workers a break.The dude at the front desk is bad for business: for two reasons, if I move your alignment faster would you leave me a tip thats what he joked about, and after I ignored that the two hours time took 3hr 45min. 2nd reason, he made fun about a customer who have a problem with English, after the customer went out to bring his car around to do business with them, the guy made fun of the customer with another customer about how he could not understand him and he thanked God the next customer speaks good English.So personally I would say very bad experience and disrespectful stuff, not to mention smoking around gasoline is bad even though if its outside
Exceptional service. Best customer service I have had anywhere in a very long time. I have been going to the other location, but started going to this location when my job location changed. Both give great service. They treat you like a member of their family. This location on Market Street is awesome. They greeted me by name as I came through the door. I didnt realize they paid that close attention to get my info before I even entered. That was great. They were pretty busy, but still took the time to treat me as if I was the most important customer. The service to my vehicle was great as usual. They dont waste my time by trying to up-sell me on other service. But they do give me a detailed sheet on future recommendations. That is something I really appreciate. Keep up the great work!!! Not the best customer service. They reported a false mileage on car-fax, We have been complaining about it to get fixed for a few months now and still nothing. They will give you the run around and not do their jobs in a professional way. Something needs to be changed.
Took my Jeep to have a diagnostic run to find out why my check engine light was on. The staff refused to do so, when their machine was fully operational and I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. This is the second time I have been screwed over. I am office done with this company

I just went to this place yesterday to get a water pump leak fixed. I got there at 8:40am and let them double check if it was a water pump. Remind you it was only 2 people there getting simple things done. It took them about 3 hours to tell me about my leak, and my leak was pretty apparent. I left and brought the parts back and he told me 3 hours. Well 4 hours passed and I asked whats the hold up. The manager Dave told me something went wrong when they had cut my car on, but why wasnt I informed on the updates of my repair and the delay? He just had me sitting there and never told me what was going on. I didnt mind waiting 3 hours for a repair. Long story I didnt leave this place til 5:53pm. As long as I was there I shouldve been on the payroll. Never again will I go here Ill just take my chances going back home with a 3 hour drive
I will never go back to precision tune auto in Greensboro NC on west market. I came in for a simple oil change and to replace a head light bulb on the passenger side of my car. When I get my car back home I realize my head light was still out. Not only did they try to argue me down that I told them to fix the driver side light ( mind you the driver side light was never out, only the passenger side). They refused to work the problem out with me... I was robbed out of 150 bucks for a HID headlight. This is by far the worst service I have ever had.
I got the fuel system injection clean up service done here on Saturday along with replacing the brakes and they took close to 4 hours to finish everything which was a long delay. Additionally, after the service was done, I am seeing a huge drop in my fuel mileage compared to before the service was done. It is obvious they havent done the job right and caused more damage to the vehicle than before. I am looking to get a refund for this service. I have the history of my mileage before the service was done to show as proof if required. I have been trying to reach the customer service since morning but it is going to voicemail and no response.

Came in to get the complimentary brake inspection. Got a wildly overcharged quote. Decided to get my own parts, and took them in to get put in. They kept coming up with new things to charge me when they got my car in. $59.99 here and there. Never, ever going back here again. They love to surprise you with new quotes while theyre already doing work on your car.

Oil changes always quick and fast
I needed an oil change and car inspection. When I called, the person who answered the phone was very nice; I had called 3 other auto businesses in the area looking for an oil change and inspection, and he was pleasant, polite, and sounded genuinely friendly, which won me over.When my car failed inspection, I appreciated that he brought me onto the mechanic area with the car still in the air to point out what was wrong with my car (a broken tie rod). He talked me through why this was dangerous, and then told me how fast it would be to repair and how much it would cost. I appreciate that he didnt push me to upgrade my oil change, talk down to me as a female, or try to goad me into buying parts or services I didnt need. It was a very pleasant experience, and I plan to come back for my next oil change.
I came it to simple get codes run because my check engine was on there were a total of 3 customers ahead of me so I figured that’s okay it’ll take a little bit. However the amount of time it took for them to simple take a look at my car was ridiculous. Everyone had cleared the shop and I was the only one left. Another 2 customers walked in to get oil changes (at least that’s what I overheard). One of them got out before my car was even taken around back. Service is absolutely abismal at this location. Mechanics take for ever to do the simplest of things. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.

I arrived at the shop 7:55 a.m. I was the 3rd customer in line for an oil change. They serviced about 5 to 6 customers before getting to my vehicle. Then I was told that one of my lug nut bolts were broken. I was there from 8 a.m. to 12:00 I was last person in shop, as of which I called someone to pick me and for them to call me at home once my vehicle is ready!. I was a regular customer. After my experience on yesterday 2-23-2018. I wont be returning for ANYMORE of my vehicle services.

WAY TOO LONG OF A WAIT... My boyfriend took his car for a simple oil change and it took FOREVER for them to just move his car from he parking lot to the garage. The garage was just about empty the entire time. I just went to a place that was way more busier than this place and I pulled in the garage as soon as I got there and they took care of me immediately! Horrible experience get it together and get people in and out of its for something as simple as an oil change!!!
Im very disappointed with this location. I went in for an oil change & bc my back brakes were grinding. They allegedly did a brake inspection & advised that I didnt need brakes. I took my car to the Penny Rd location, & it was confirmed that I need front AND back brakes AND rotors and they showed me!!! Ridiculous. The staff here is cool, though.

I used to get my oil changed here at Precision Tune quite frequently. I was beginning to trust them with my car, so I decided to let them do my tire balance and wheel alignment. The lug nuts on my car were a different size than the air wrench that they used to tighten them, which lead to them stripping the studs on my car. Before the mechanic finished with my car he asked me what wrench I used to tighten my lug nuts. I told him that I had a tool in my trunk that he could use (after he already attempted to tighten them). A month or so later, I had more wheel work done (from a different company) and they told me that 5 of my studs were stripped. I took the initiative and BOUGHT more studs and went back to Precision Tune. I explained to them that the mechanic who worked on my car stripped the studs. Management reviewed my car and said that it was only possible that they could’ve caused damage to one of the studs. So instead of guaranteeing their work and taking responsibility for all 5 studs, they only took responsibility for one. One of the managers even asked if I had my brakes done since I was last there because they recommended it to me the last time that I was there (which in turn, he was trying to put the blame on someone else). Hadnt had any brake work done. They did however knock off maybe 50 dollars and said that they would throw in a tire rotation. After getting my car fixed, I asked another employee if there was any way to avoid this from happening again if they accidently stripped the new studs this time, without them saying that someone else stripped the studs, since obviously they didnt take responsibility (only way you will know if the studs are messed up is if you have to have more wheel work done). He explained to me that usually the mechanic is supposed to report any problems that he encounters and that the mechanic that worked on my car no longer works there because they were having problems with him. However, I still didnt receive a definitive answer. Spoke with other customers waiting to have their vehicles serviced and they told me about issues that they have had with Precision Tune. So even after being a loyal customer to Precision Tune, they will no longer receive any of my business.
First time using Precision Tune....had been using Texaco Xpress lube and decided to try Precision tune on Market...close to my work. Will not go back...had premium service done and when I got home coolant was leaking badly from underneath...before I took it there was no leak at all...I went back and they started messing with lower radiator hose and then told me my coolant reservoir had a crack in it...I did not see crack but replaced it myself anyway.....that was not problem...took it to my mechanic and he said the radiator hose was damaged and replaced it...cost me an additional $100 to get fixed...I will go back to Texaco.

I waited for an hour and a half for a simple oil change but there was hot coffee and plenty of magazines. The guy was nice and apologized for the long wait and explained he was short-staffed. I expect at least an hour wait for walk in oil changes anyway.

I left from precision tune and they gave me an alignement and oil change. Everything was fine and when i left my hose to my radiator blew which they had nothing to do with but i called them anyway. I was 10 miles away and a guy named dave told me to pullover and hell be on his way. He was there in 5 minutes and solved my problem without charge. I love coming to this precision tune they are so helpful compared to others. I live in high point and drive all the way to west market because their service is awesome
