Horrible customer service! No updates, service advisor & mgr/director avoid my phone calls & never return voice mails. When asked for specific work that technician has completed or looked at, was given very vague response of everything Had my car approx 2 weeks with no communication. Had to go in person twice just to have some contact. Service advisor gave an empty apology when I explained my frustrations with this experience.

James Johnson in the service department, great guy.Helped me out with a key FOB problem, everyone else I spoke to made it out as a major problem.And I bought the Nissan from Greene Ford, and they were useless, no help whatsoever.
Took a vehicle in for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection (~$99) and they didnt start on it until after it was supposed to have been done. Then they tried to tack on an environmental fee of $19.99 for nothing, which I had to request to have removed. Make sure you dont get conned into paying this extra fee for no reason...
Everything was done on in a very timely manner was in and out with very little wait time and Wes was amazing to work with.
