My experience with Jeep Guys has been nothing short of stellar. I would recommend anyone with a Jeep head there way. Also, if youre looking to buy a jeep, take it by JB before you purchase so they can make sure everything is good to go.

They will not work on anything that has a lift kit bigger then 3” even if you have been a loyal customer for years.so not really Jeep guys if you ask me.

This is my favorite car replace ever which is saying a lot since I am OLD. They are courteous, there work is clean, this business is very professional, and I trust them completely. i always feel like they are looking out for me and what is best for my Jeep. I have even taken my daughters Highlander there and she was very happy with them too. I recommend them whenever possible because they offer dependable service and very reasonable prices. Best car waiting room ever, by the way.

Gary at Jeep Guys was great! My AC compressor broke on my 2006 Jeep Liberty and a competitor priced the repair about $300 more than Jeep Guys. They were able to get us in same day and have my car repaired before the end of the day. The lobby was really clean as well. I will only be taking my jeeps to Jeep Guys from here on out!

Customer service was great but took my Jeep there twice and they never fixed the problem. Had to go to another shop to figure out what was wrong.

Took a 93 Jeep Cherokee in for a motor change out. I couldnt be more happy. The quality of workmanship, the used motor and customer service was outstanding. The quickness of the work was mind blowing. Took less than 2 weeks not months. They have won my business.

They were nice enough, but it was very difficult to find a day to drop off my Jeep (daily driver). After multiple stalled attempts we finally found a day that worked for both of us. Picked it up that evening and they had not diagnosed the issue nor had they been able to rule out anything. It was a waste of a lot of time.

First experience may have been better. I went in knowing what I needed and may be paying more than I should if I proceed. I was having a good day otherwise. Tomorrow is another day.

Edit - John the owner reached out. He and his guys spent a good amount of time and money trying to make things right for me, and on their own dime. My first trip didnt go well, but I am very impressed by his commitment to customer service.[Original review] Went in with death wobble and a banging noise. $2k later I left with the SAME two problems plus NEW front driveline vibrations. Driving without my front shaft for now, ugh. I never write reviews but this put a real sour taste in my mouth.

Been here three times. Every time has been a disappointment. First time they fed me a bunch of excuses about why they couldnt align my Jeep ( I have personally helped align it 5 times from my VA dealer). Second they were asked to diagnose and fix a pretty severe squeeking sound. Charged me almost $300 and said the problem was fixed. It was not. The third and final time they saw it was to have some assistance removing my drain plugs. The receptionist refused to offer a quote to remove my drain plugs under the premise that my Jeep could be rusty (It is a garage kept, < 30000mile,JK) the concept of rust on it is ridiculous. The wendover Jeep dealership quoted me and had me out of the shop with job completed in about thirty minutes. Half the time I would come in no one was working or everyone was on a lunch break. I do NOT recommend this place.

Got my 2006 Honda in for oil change quickly and efficiently. They looked over the entire car while doing oil change and pointed out some things I might want to keep my eye on for possible issues.

They are awesome with my 96 Jeep, friendly service as well. Im am now loyal to them while in Greensboro.

I had freeze plugs that needed to be replaced and they quoted me 655.39. I went somewhere else and got a quote of 270.00. And a week later, my jeep does not mean engine coolant. Jeep guys prices are way to high.
