SUPER friendly service. However, the layout is TERRIBLE. My goodness. Good luck finding half of what you are looking for. And no Beer Den?!This location needs to get with the times!

Convenient place to shop since its not far from home. But they are definitely proud of their stuff. Almost 2$ difference in the price of chocolate syrup just to mention one item. But they do mark things down 50% when theyre close to expiration which is nice if youre planning on using it all fairly soon!

I live exactly equal distance between this Lowes and the more upscale Lowes in Oak Ridge. I most always choose this one because its a lot quieter inside (and in the parking lot). I dont mind NOT hearing my kids push all the sound effects buttons 🤣 Jaime, the manager, is top notch and always has a good team.

Ive been to some good Lowes foods, but this one was disappointing. They had some decent prices and sales, but the layout of the store was strange and confusing. We also bought some fresh vegetables only to realize they were already bad.

The staff could be a little friendlier. I know several are teenagers, but customer service is a must

Very nice and clean. Staff wear masks, but YOU can be maskless if you are fully vacinated. We trust/hope that people are truthful.Prices are a little higher than Food Lion or Wal-Mart.

I just left there! I live 3 minutes away from there. Tonight on the way home, my boy asked me if I could get some broccoli for him. I stopped in and found some broccoli. They looked pretty fresh and it said $1.68 a lb. when I went for check out. They charged me $2.99 for a lb. I asked them why. They said I did not have the store card. He sent me to the customer center. I found a young guy there. I asked him if I can apply for a store card then I can get my price reduced. He told me the application was out. Wow! Then I left my receipt on the counter and told myself never come back. I had a really bad try. I think food lion would do much better.

Newly renovated and cant wait for the hot bar to open. Grab yourself a starbucks coffee at the entrance and then grab your goodies. Convenient to the Palladium area. You can also cash in your rewards points for gas at this location.

Even though higher costs, in general, than Walmart or Food Lion, the staff is super friendly, personable, helpful.. Better produce selection than Food Lion or Walmart, hands down. The hot food bar/deli is good also. The Pico de gallo, from the fresh section, is the best Ive ever had.

I remember when my wife and I lived in an apartment that was very close to this place. It made very convenient for us to have a grocery store date when we needed to restock.

Meat here is bad! First time we bought seasoned fish my family got food poisoning. The last two times we purchased chicken breasts here the meat smelled rancid days before the sell by date. The meat department needs to be inspected by the health department!! I am sick of wasting money on food that can make my family sick!!!

This Lowes gets the job done but hasnt been remodeled recently (or at all) like many other Lowes locations around Greensboro

I started with a four star rating. Then I realized the only word I wanted to use is exceptional. Want do you want from a grocery store? I want cleanliness, product options, fair prices, quality meats and seafood, and quick check-out. This is the perfect store to me. Its exceptional.

This store is always clean and the service is usually very good. I like their selection of groceries. The bakery items are very good. I recommend the focaccia.

I wanted to get some half moon cookies from bakery there stood there for 15 mins then when someone came they couldnt sell them because they didnt know price the girl asked a few co workers they didnt know either so need less to say I couldnt buy them

Deli manager had an attitude.Wings dry,old, at .99 cents a piece is a bad deal. Oh well Fresh Market same price better quality.

Lowes is quite the under-dog with its competitors, wide variety in both there bakeries and deli ready to go meals. This particular location boast their customer service and very energized staff composed of young adults. Most of their displays are deemed local and a bit on the pricey side. NC logo hat turned out to be the worst purchased hat as it faded and shrunk after a solid 2 weeks.

Always a great team of people who will assist you. Not only does this store have a great selection of foods and goods, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you have not tried their fried chicken, you need to bypass the national chains and get your next meal here. You will not be disappointed!

This is a clean, bright, well organized store with friendly staff. The fresh baked caramel cookies are my favorite here. I gave it 4 stars only because the selection isnt quite as good as Publix in terms of types of foods and beverages offered. But overall great store-- highly recommend!

In Greensboro there are many choices to grocery shop. Lowes Foods is at the top of my list! Their store is very clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the manager started ordering a specific coffee creamer that I asked for! I appreciate the way they value their customers!

It needs to be updated, particularly in the butcher and deli sections. Bakery also, the other two near it are far nicer and newer. The staff is great though.

Really nice grocery store. Clean and everything in order. Their deli has lunch specials with fried chicken or meat loaf and assorted veggies. $5.99.

Chuck was so sweet. He accidentally dropped my ID in a small crack that was difficult to get to. He did everything in his power to get it out and kept apologizing along with the rest of the staff tonight. I work in customer service, so I understand freak accidents happen, but the way he handled it shocked me! Definitely a great employee to have on board! Thank you!ID was retrieved!

Like the store very much. Would be nice if it had a few of the newer departments. Smoked meats done in store, Deli department with tables to eat at for their sandwiches & hot bar foods, cakery cakes, and of course a beer den would be awesome. Hope to see these in our Cardinal Ridge store location.

Staff is always nice and prices are good. Store needs a bit of a fresh coat, all the other Lowes Foods have been updated, doesnt seem economically sound to update this one though as theres another one less than two miles away. Good for grabbing something quick.

Produce is always fresh. Boars Heads meat and cheese in the deli. Polite helpful employees.

Great service and well clean restroom and they set some great deals i recommend checking them out.

Lowes is a very clean store, however they use to be my favorite grocery store and offered low prices ...Now, they are very expensive and even higher than Harris Teeter . I guess they assume by putting in a beer bar, that you wont notice the price gouging once you get a buzz .

I loved this store the minute I walked in. My first visit to Lowes Food. Clean, easy to shop, friendly employees.

Its always nice; however, the tampons in the girls bathroom was jammed and just ate my quarter. They never seem to work . I shouldnt have to pay for feminine products anyways.

I love this store. They have a lot more produce than Walmart or Food Lion does. The store cost more than Walmart or Food Lion.

If you need something last minute, go. If you can spend the time, keep on driving. The meats aren’t always fresh. The deli closes early sometimes and the staff seems very uninterested in customer service. Poorly overseen by management. Teenagers seem to run the store.

Nice grocery store, even has its own bar with a growler filling station. The sushi is great, they didn’t have the Philadelphia roll that I wanted so the sushi chef made me some fresh.

Stopped in for cupcakes & ice cream.Ended up purchasing Lowes brand of white chocolate cherry gelato & pie me to the moon, peanut butter pie ice cream. Heaven on a spoon!

This is a very nice store! We came for a bottle of vinegar and ended up staying an hour to play the scratch offs with that little machine! The staff were very friendly, especially when we kept returning to the customer service desk to cash our winnings in! Lol!

Excellent seafood, my close friend worked here and their seafood manager is literally OCD about how clean and well kept he keeps the seafood dept. Highly recommended if your in need of some fresh fish. They also accommodated me on getting some bulk talapia for a large amount of fish tacos I decided I wanted to prepare for a small shindig I hosted :)

My wife and I shop at this store, and we have been generally pleased with it. Weve found the overall cost of shopping there to be lower than that of Harris Teeter. However, we do still shop at Harris Teeter due to the fact that their store stays open 24 hours a day, which is a great help given my wifes work hours. All in all, though, were quite pleased with the store.

By far the worst lowes in NC. I drive 20 min out of my way to go to a different one. This lowes sells moldy expired food far to much, we used to go once a week for groceries and each time we had to drive back to give them their moldy rotten food back. They know nothing about their products, very dirty disorganized store. If they knew how to do their simple jobs and check products before its just thrown on the shelf. Stay away from this place!

Terrible customer service by the cashier. Didnt know what she was doing and never called anybody to help her. I just wanted a lowes card so I could save money on my order and she told me that they ran out. When I called to talk to management, he said that they had plenty and they could have used the store card since I didnt live in town. He didnt know why she didnt call customer service to help her. I left without my products since she refused to help me. Maybe lowes should train the cashiers a little bit better.
