I realized that I went in on Sunday with 2 vehicles . Sometimes these young people without adult supervision scare me . Although I made it out successfully with the old changes they did not do anything else on their checklist checklist. All I had to do was look at the windshields on both vehicles and the carpet
My wife took her car in for an oil change. A couple days later, we notice the 3-foot wide lake of oil peaking out from under her car. No oil leak prior to the oil change.Update: I returned to this location, where the leak was blamed on a faulty oil filter gasket. The level of service and professionalism I experienced didnt help convince me this was true. A few drops of oil have fallen on the cardboard beneath the car since then. Im not sure yet whether its oil that had already leaked finding its way down or if the plug is leaking.Bottomline: There are better Jiffy Lubes around town.
Ok for just an oil change or inspection. But I took my truck in for an oil change and mentioned that the steering was heavy and I thought I was low on power steering fluid, they told me they couldnt do anything about it because the cap was missing. After going to Advance Auto Parts to try to get a replacement and a bottle of power steering fluid, I realized they had been looking at a breather pipe, the power steering reservoir was a few inches forward and had a cap. Not the best and brightest.
Met me as I drove in, immediately directed me to correct location, walked me to waiting area, quickly did inspection, walked me to my car upon completion. Told me where they had placed inspection report in my car and how long before DMV would have the report so I could register my car. Couldnt have been better experience.
Roy, the store manager will take good care of you as he did for us. On a Sunday afternoon he went out of his way to get a new tire for my wife and installed it quickly. He also offered at no charge to tighten up my trailer hitch because we didn’t have a torque wrench. Super nice guy! I strongly recommend this business.
The guys at Jiffy Lube completed the state inspection on my van this morning- less than 30 minutes and done! I was advised about a maintenance issue, given a quote and a timespan in which it should be completed. Very nice and professional!

Was the worst experience of my life went for a oil change and then ended up having to get a new battery!!! When there was nothing wrong with it before i went to see them!!!
I was told by Jiffy Lube attendant that I had 2mm left on my rear break pads and he recommended replacement. I thought that was strange since I only have 24k on my 4Runner so I denied the brake change. This weekend I finally had a chance to look and the brake pads look almost new. I am so disappointed. My question to you is, if I had authorized the replacement, would you have replaced the pads with new ones, or just sent me on my way with the ones already on the car? See image of breaks that you said were 2mm.
Charge way too much for air filters otherwise good experience
Took my car in for an inspection, was told it would be 40 minutes in and out. An hour later they hadnt started yet, and when I asked how long it would be they said another hour. I sat inside for a full hour and no one thought to tell me there was going to be a delay.

I needed an inspection recently, and I called a few places before setting out. Two of them told me my projected wait time would be up to FOUR HOURS! Luckily, I remembered that the Jiffy Lube on Battleground had given me fast and awesome service in the past, so I went there. I was in and out with a completed inspection in less than 20 minutes! For any future car maintenance needs, I will absolutely be going here!

These are by far the hardest working and most kind group of people I have dealt with in this industry. The manager Laura is the sweetest person, she is so friendly and a joy to speak with. Windows still dirty and didn’t receive good customer service, will not be going to this location again..

Jiffy Lube on Battleground is awesome! I had a tail light out, and they replaced the bulb extremely inexpensively, politely, and quickly. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes tops!

I changed my tires and air filters recently and they were honest about how new and not needing maintenance. She recommended changing my front brake pads and once removed, showed me how thin they were. Went there for a Groupon oil change. Overall very friendly, with the normal car talk and recommendations given.
I had to run between Jiffy Lube & another service trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. They figured out how to get my car running again. Also, another place wanted to charge me a little over 500 for the fix and Jiffy did it for 300. Jiffy also worked with me on that price bc they saw how much hell it was.Ill go back to them for as much service as is needed in the future. Thanks
I came in a week ago due to possible nail in my tire. My car was checked and the manager stated a nail was on the passenger side and not the driver side which was the side I had the problem. The nail was taken from the passenger tire and i paid and left. My boyfriend took my car to another location and a nail was in my tire on the driver side. I paid only ten dollars to have the nail removed verses paying 32.00 dollars at Jiffy Lube. I feel like my drivers side was never looked at because how could the nail be missed. The staff is great but my service there on that day wasnt good. Please take care of all your customers thats why we come to you to help with our car needs.
I just stopped in for an oil change last week and the service was incredibly quick. They did offer a couple more items that I might consider servicing, but it was very low pressure and they even priced it out for me to help me decide. I would definitely go again
DO NOT take your vehicle here. Went in for a car inspection and got home with a car that was smoking.While inspecting my car, I was told I needed to replace my serpentine belt. After applying what seems to be a guess and check method of repair, they said they couldnt fix it and I would need to take it elsewhere. Got home and the car was smoking under the hood with coolant spilled everywhere. Went in the next day and was told the belt was broken and the coolant hose was disconnected. Very interesting these two damages occurred after they were working on my car. I was not given any advice on what to do except to go somewhere else.I know I have an older vehicle with a lot of problems. I have no doubt these issues were present in my car but I do believe they made them worse/ made more problems when attempting to repair them. My car passed inspection but I cant drive it anywhere. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real mechanic.

This was my first visit to this location, I was greeted..sorta, by someone in a head wrap who almost made leave due to his attitude and careless demeanor, thankfully two girls were behind him that I asked for their opinion and upon recommendation of updated maintenance from Taylor and Hannah (I specifically asked them for their names due to the fantastic customer service I was given from them) my car sounds and runs better than it has in YEARS. I will definitely be back because I feel like the two of them cared about making my experience worthwhile. I will tell all my friends to come and ask for them personally in the future.

Highly recommended! They’ve always taken great care of me, and always suggest the most cost effective solutions to whatever problem I’m having. They also explain issues to me plainly (considering I know next to nothing about cars) without making me feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

A very pleasant experience, overall. An error was made by an employee during my visit, but I was promptly informed and offered a reasonable solution. Their integrity was quite impressive and their patience was outstanding, even though their error was frustrating.
They are quick, and they put in all the discounts they can ti make as much as they can, but not torquing the nuts on your wheels is something they should remember to do if they charge you $25 to rotate your tires. If they can forget to torque wheel nuts, they will forget to tighten up your oil drain plugs too. Nit recommendable, and defenitely needs a visit from their corporate management to check up on quality and customer service.

This was the first visit to this location and I was pretty impressed. I was greeting immediately, and my car was taken right away. I was introduced to the waiting area where I was pleased to find they had guest wifi. The mechanic brought to my attention that I had not applied my tag sticker that was in my glove box! (This saved me from a potential ticket!). I thought the prices were a bit high, but it was a comfortable atmosphere to wait and I appreciated their attention to detail.

Took my car (that was shaking) and1. Noticed theres nothing but really young guys working there and 1 older guy. Youll see why this is a problem below..2. A young guy attended me, and simply kept saying he didnt know what was wrong or what the code that he got from his computer meant.3. He asked the others and noone knew. They said I dont know what it could be mans instead of we can check it outnor something..anything!!4. The older guy wasnt doing anything and didnt get close or seemed interested.5. They didnt bother checking it out and simply didnt have the experience or motivation. To help me.6. Sorry excuse for a mechanic shop if you ask me.

They really helped me out. I needed a brake inspection and a tire replaced that I purchased online and didnt charge me a thing. I left without my brakes making any noise and an explanation of why they possibly were. Ive always loved their service.
I took my car there for an oil change and tire patch and ended up with more problems than I started with. When I called for a resolution, I did not get one. Instead, the manager asked did I answer all your questions? I said yes, but you still didnt solve the problem. Her response: well at least you know the resolution, right?

Very friendly and knowledgeable, from my experience, very fast and straight forward too. I dont have the tools right now too work on my car myself, but I do keep close tabs on it. I havent had a problem with them trying to sell me things I dont need. Everytime Im there they try to go above and beyond to earn my loyalty. This approach has worked and I highly recommend (this Jiffy Lube anyways) to anyone. Im currently in the process of talking my girlfriend into spending a few more bucks to go there instead of friggin Walmart. If you have any doubts, watch some videos on synthetic oils and then go ask them about the synthetic oils they use.
Jiffy Lube constantly emails me coupons for oil changes. I decided to get my oil changed for the first time at the 2625 Battleground location, for $29.99. Only as my car was being serviced did they tell me they perhaps wouldnt honor the coupon (mind you this is about two minutes after I pulled up -- they ARE quick, but I feel like they are quick in part because if they jump on your car then you have to pay -- it is a bit of a trick) and then once my car was finished they said they wouldnt honor the coupon. THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THIS BEFORE. Long story short, my oil change cost $49.09 total, which anyone can tell you is a pretty bad price for an oil change.I would never go back here. They are dishonest and complaining politely to them or Jiffy Lube corporate will get you nowhere. The later just says that this branch is owned by the Quick 10 Corporation which absolves them of all liability. It is a crock. Get your oil changed elsewhere.

I drove down from Maryland and on the way back home the check engine oil soon message popped up. I took it to the Jiffy Lube on Battleground. Laura and TJ were awesome and fixed the problem with a quick reset. I recommend you go to this Jiffy Lube.

This was my go to place for everything until they started selling tires I went there for an inspection and was rejected for my 2 front tires were low. They came in and gave me estimates on getting me 2 new 1s and said they would have them in the next day I didn’t have a next day to get this done so I asked “can I go get 2 new tires and comeback today” they said “sure” so I did just that…The tire shop that put my tires on laughed me out the building because I was rejected cause of my tires. They do good work but wow! That was a disappointment.
Stay away from this horrible place. I paied over $75 for mount and balance and they did a very bad balancing job. I came back and told them about the problem, they told me it is not their fault, it could be a bad tire (althouth the tires are new). I took my car to DiscountTire and they fixed the problem for me. Indeed, it was a bad balancing job. The staff of this place lost all the four valve stem caps and when I called them they said they are not important !!
I have been taking my cars to this Jiffy Lube for NC inspection for the past several years. Today I took one of my cars for an inspection. Upon completion I was invoiced for $40 ($30 for inspection and $10 for tinted windows). I questioned why suddenly I was charged for an additional $10 .... I have been taking the same car for several years and never was charged for the SAME tinted windows. Furthermore this is a standard tinted windows came from the dealer.I told the Manager I can prove it and show to him the last several years invoices that are still in my car. The Manager finally removed the $10 from the invoice, but for sure I would not take my cars for any service to this Jiffi Lube. It isnt about $10, but that was a bad attempt to make a quick $10 from your loyal customers.

Went with my mother so she could get her car inspected. Lady come in after awhile and saturd the oil needed to be changed. I told her that she just got the oil changed AT THAT LOCATION about a month ago. She left and went back to the garage.She later came back in and told my mother her front tires and her wipers were bad, and she failed the inspection. After watching everybody (at least 5 people) who brought their car in fail the inspection, we opted to go get things repaired elsewhere, and bring it back.The folks at the other garage said her tires and wipers were fine. They inspected the car, and it passed. Not only were the prices at JL outrageous, I dont trust them now more than ever. I would watch your wallet there if you decide to go.

Went here for state inspection of my Subaru. After 45-min wait was told that some fuse in my car was faulty and could not connect to the inspection system. They said to take it to the dealership to fix it. Total BS - my car is less than 3 years old. Took it down the street to another place (not a dealership) and had it inspected no problem. Advice to Jiffy Lube: just admit it when your equipment doesnt work!
Stopped in after work for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised that the attitudes were so energetic so late in the evening! Will defiantly be back!

They broke the oil dipstick on 2001 jeep grand Cherokee, after they couldnt get it out they said they can replace whole tube and stick for 60 bucks plus labor (after they broke it mind you). Took jeep home and removed broken dipstick myself out of tube with small screw drilled a quarter inch into remaining plastic. What kind of auto shop cant remove a dip stick out of a tube!! Pathetic hahahaha
Came in to get an alternator replaced and they screwed up my AC in the process. Told me the compressor had seized up. So I purchased a new AC compressor kit for $300 and took it to my preferred mechanic for installation. After a short analysis, they determined that the Jiffy Lube techs pinched a wire during the alternator installation and that’s what caused my AC compressor to fail. So I basically wasted $300 and potentially more if my mechanic had actually installed the new kit instead of finding the pinched wire. I will never trust my vehicle to a Jiffy Lube again...

Went in today for NC State Inspection and they never filed it with the State DOT. Couldnt register my car and when I called no one could give me a straight answer. Fraud is all I can say you take the money and maybe inspect maybe not. All I know is I paid for an inspection at 1pm this afternoon its 4:10 and no inspection has been filed. Stay away if you want your inspection done

Wow. What happened guys? This used to be a good place I liked and even trusted. Over time the cast has changed and so too my feelings about it. The last several times when we would take the car there, we would notice that things like the wiper fluid hadnt gotten refilled, there would be a thick grease smudge on the steering, (and one on the seat) extra things that had been mentioned as something that they would do wouldnt be done, etc. But they allways religiously come traipsing in the door with that air filter full of concern for our lungs well beeing... Every single time.... anyway.This last time after they said the work had been done, they went to bring the car arround, It seemed wierd that there were two of them in the car at that point. It wasnt till we needed in the glove box after leaving that we figured out why. it popped off its hynges and looked like we had broken it. Only on further investigatin did we figure out that I guess they have to remove it to get to that eternaly dirty air filter. The only way the cover could have ended up the way it was jamed in behind the glove box keeping it from closing again was if they tried to put the cover on backwards and just ... given up? Somone didnt know what they were doing at all. Fast forward to getting all the way to Carolina Beach that evening only to realize that the hood hadnt ever been all the way shut, just the 1st latch... Way to go guys. WHAT ELSE DID YOU NOT DO?? Yeah Im pissed off. Never Again Will You Touch My Car.

Horrible horrible. Service was terrible waited 30 mins for an oil change didn’t do my tire rotation or glass treatment. Very dissatisfied with the service paid through a Groupon was never asked what my method of payment was prior to them starting on my car which caused a lot of delays and confusion paid in cash. Come to find out they didnt have change for a $20 so waited another 20 mins for them to run to a nearby store for change. Needless to say I will not be coming here !
My regular shop was too busy to do my oil change, so I passed by this store, saw it wasnt busy and with a popular name like Jiffy Lube, I pulled in. The ran through the list of things that I needed including a fuel filter that was recommended by the manufacturer 25,000 miles earlier. I refused. But thought that since my car was feeling sluggish, it might be something Id do in the near future. I spoke to my husband and he decided that I should check with our local shop owner. That shop told me to just go and purchase a fuel treatment and that there wasnt a need to replace my fuel filter. My son who works for an auto parts manufacturer, explained that my car doesnt even HAVE a separate fuel filter and what it does have is a filter that is part of the fuel pump and doesnt get regular maintenance until it needs to be replaced. Hey Jiffy Lube, thanks for the coupon book, but its going in the garbage.
