Agreed with previous posts about the customer service, literally on hold all day then told couldnt cancel after 3 days when tech told me 30! Sales scamming scum
Very terrible service, unskilled phone operators, Bureaucratic blockcades to canceling service. 75 minute wait time. Im not kidding. Went with a local service. much better and $3 cheaper than ADTs cheapest rates. Run, dont walk.
Absolutely horrible service, was woken up every morning for 2 weeks by the system, have had 3 “techs” come out all unable to fix the he issue, when confronting the manager Trey he could only verify 2 visits so magically one tech came and wasn’t documented? Who was he?? Then when asked to be released from my contract, they said noo! You need a 4th visit because our 3 RD visit isn’t in our system. Absolutely horrible customer service, tech service, and management. I’d give a no star review if possible.
Good experience with the person who showed up for the walk through and install. Friendly and professional. Biggest issue was with the initial call to inquire about ADT. Phone people need to be transparent on actual or likely costs for the security system. The way they talk it sounds like there will be no out of pocket expense, just the monthly monitoring fee. This is FAR from the truth. Instead, they should say, as am example, A typical 2,000 square foot home will cost X number of dollars after the equipment credit is given. So far we are happy with the system, even though it cost us way more than expected.
If I could give zero stars I would. 3 year contracts make sure you not going to move before contract is up or you will be responsible for 75% of final cost. Equipment is very cheap. Service is expensive. Don’t do it.
Terrible! Please dont go with ADT they will rip you off. They make BIG promises but dont deliver and promises you extra credit but then lie about it on the paper work. Im so glad I read over the agreement and got out of the deal within my first 3 days or else I wouldve been stuck for 3 years paying way to much money for a terrible service. Also the tech is all about the money. He/she will up sell you over and over again, they wanna come into your home so its harder for you to say no to things. But then get mad when you tell them no. Customer service is awful! You go around and around in a circle trying to get to the correct person (so you think) just to be put on hold for 30 mins. The tech was not good a math when it came to adding up my bill he made multiple mistakes and I had to correct him on his math. ADT says they have you in mind when installing the security system just to guilt trip you but really dont care. All they care about is the MONEY!!
The installer was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He displayed the epitome of pride and professionalism in his work and made the installation seamless and the tutorial easy.. Great service!!
The installation went very well no problems. The Installer was very friendly, he was well versed on the equipment and the way the system worked. He showed me all the ins & outs of the operation of the system. He was very cordial and answered all my questions. He left the work area in the same condition as he found it.
Individuals were Professional, new their product and explained each piece of equipment complete. Gave precise instruction on how to operate the system. Provide additional folder with phone numbers and instructions for the system.
Technician very knowledgeable about the entire system and the equipment. Very friendly, and easy to speak with. Answered all my questions with easy and was extremely informative. Put my mind at ease with the knowledge of what the system can do and the quality of ADTs product and service.
The installation was well explained what the tech would be doing. The tech also explained all the paperwork we completed. The tech was very helpful and courteous.
I have been with ADT for a few years now and I have found the protection to be top notch.The Technician was very professional And even though i was just changing locations. He still reviewed everything like I was a first time customer.
Not even one star, worst experience i have ever had, they missed me and they did not give me correct information. you can not trust them
