Where do I get started? Jennifer approached as I was moving in and was so kind and respectful, she explained everything and offered such a great deal I knew I had to take it. The next day John came and worked hard setting my stuff up and when we had issues with the thermostat due to my house electrical service John and Jennifer were great at finding the best course of action for me. I finally felt safe and secure in my home last night. I highly recommend now only AIS, but also Jennifer and John, AIS is a family, you are not just a number.Also, my doorbell has freaking nightvision, HOW COOL IS THAT!?!?!?

I have no idea how this company has such high reviews unless they are padded. I have had 6 service calls in less than 1 month and 2 times they never reached out for the call. The system is always offline or something has no signal. We have the surpassed the recommended speed of internet. AIS made so many professionalism, quality and security claims we should have known to steer clear. We we never told about the max number of video clips or camera sensitivity so now for the last 2 weeks of the month there have been no camera uploads due to lack of information. This company is horrible.

Amateurs! Sales reps and managers fail to deliver. They pretend to look for solutions but fail to follow through. They did not tell me before installation that they could not properly install security equipment prior to installation. I have an outdoor camera on the front of my house that can be easily bagged or removed. I am 5’5” and I can pull it down with little effort. They also use old, and outdated equipment. When I talked with a manager, he further insulted me by offering to buy me a Ring wireless camera if I referred a friend, and that friend signed a contract with AIS. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Honestly, one star is too much for this company.

My first best decision was to get home security before something happen. My second best decision was calling Ted Jung! He knows his stuff and is very efficient. Great customer service. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They falsely advertise with the ADT name just to con you into a 5yr contract, 18% interest, and no way out. This company has run the ADT name in the ground. They LIE to customers so much that ADT dropped this company a month ago! Too many complaints from customers. They used the ADT name to get in the house then sign you up with AIS off brand junk alarm and lie about contract terms when customers realize theyve been conned!

Very friendly, customizable security options available, easy to use and install (esp. if you have pre-existing security equipment). Chris wolf was the tech that installed all the equipment, great guy and was very thoughtful to the fact there was fresh paint on our walls. They are fairly new in terms of no longer being under contract with ADT so they are still working out some kinks, but overall I would recommend.

Im out 325 dollars for something that wasnt supposed to be charged . I have proof of messages between me and the employee when the first got the account set up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A SOUL TO GO THROUGH THEM

What can I say but wow! I called Ted up at 0900 in the morning and within 45 min he was at my front door explaining his service. By 1200 on the same day I had a fully operationally ADT security system! He cuts to the point and is professional throughout the entire process.
