Had two companies with Sentry Watch for over 20 years. One of the companies had a break in and police were not notified. Company agreedto make things right but failed to uphold their end of the agreement, rather they are suing my company.Other company was in the process of updating equipment with Sentry Watch when the lawsuit was served, thought it best to sever all ties. Owner of company refuses to return deposit even though NO work was done.Conversation with owner was very unprofessional and threatening at times.
