Our blizzards were awesome. My only complaint would be that the price is pretty high (but thats typical for Dairy Queen), but if you get the big size, its more reasonable for the amount youre getting. So I recommend getting a large and sharing it. Because thats a lot of ice cream for one person.

It was clean, but small. Take out only right now. Its next to a gas station along with some other shops, so easy to miss. The desserts were just as expected - delicious!

Annoyed b/c I’ve tried to go to this Dairy Queen twice within the last two weeks. The first time I went, I checked the website and it stated that they were open till 10. I get there but they’re closed, I called and they said we close at 9 and don’t know when’s the last time we closed at 10. I tried today b/c the girl on the phone said they closed at 9 but it’s only on certain days that they closed at 9. That would’ve been helpful to know and why didn’t I check the website b/c it was the wrong the last time I checked.

Got here at 7:52 to get a vanilla ice cream cone. Got to the door, it was locked. Can you please not put that you’re closed at 8pm if you’re not going to be open before 8…

Ice cream, sprinkles, brownies, hot fudge, how can you go wrong, this particular dairy Queen didnt have a drive thru so we stopped in and we were able to get our treats immediately and they were perfect... Everyone left happy and we almost took something from their freezer but decided to not over indulge.. My guess is we will be back by the weekend

My husband loves chili dogs and feels Dairy Queens are the best for fast food. When we tried this location (which is now the only location in Greensboro), we found that they wouldnt accept gift cards. Also, I dont know if it is the norm here but my blizzard was overmixed and very soft, definitely not served upside down. Although the chili dogs were good, we wont be going back.

Great ice cream. Customer service was alright they could do a little better. But other than that ice cream was amazing. Me and my husband got the drumstick ice cream. Wasnt the best choice but was pretty tasty.

GHETTO AND VERY UNFRIENDLY. The staff is terrible and location is just as bad. The owner sets up front on his computer mean mugging everyone that comes in and if are expecting speed of service, forget about it!!

Can’t recommend nor will I return! Employee is behind a large plexiglass wall standing a far social distancing 8 feet away from me, and says we both have to have a masks on. I’m the only customer in the store so I’m wondering how much protection do you need. She slides her mask on, I put cloth over my face, and order a small dipped ice cream. The posted sign says no cash and so I use my card but the card reader wasn’t working. Finally was able to pay; $2.75 for a small treat but okay. On the opposite far end of the counter was placed a melted slop of ice cream on a cone. I expressed my dissatisfaction and she made me another without argument.

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! I understand stores are closing early but to sit & watch my elderly uncle & my son stand at your door while you’re recording something IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WAS VERY RUDE. How simple was it to point to the sign or SIMPLY MOUTH “we’re closed”. I called you & you stated you didn’t see them but you didn’t know I was right there parked in front of the door! How can you be the owner & act so rudely.

Small Dairy Queen but has all the stuff other locations do. In the Landmark Corner shopping center and there may be traffic and fighting for parking spots as these are limited.Only come for Blizzards and these are standard DQ goodness. Not sure if other locations do the repeat Blizzard business cards as the one I have has this location written on it. You get a free Blizzard after however many purchases. Have used this once before and no issues.Staff is generally friendly and quick and have had no issues with this like other reviewers have. Will get busy at times (weekend nights etc). 8-25-19.

Please review hand washing rules with your employees and what they should do between handling dirty money and then preparing food.I was there tonight to get a blizzard. The girl (no name tag) working the register handling all of the money refilled the spoons for her co-workers and I watched her touch the bowl of the spoon and then stick it in my blizzard cup. I quietly reminded her on the side that she needed to be careful touching dirty money and then the part of the spoon she was sticking in the ice cream. She didnt apologize, offer to make me a new blizzard and I didnt ask for another one, I was disgusted. I was not given a receipt either but I was there around 8:40 pm.

I have always loved Dairy Queen. Its the best place to get the best ice cream.

8:20 on a Sunday and they are closed! Will not pick up the phone and we can clearly see employees inside!Ran out of vanilla ice cream twice. This is ridiculous, franchisee needs to keep their store open for the hours promised or change them. So UNPROFESSIONAL, do not own a business if you can’t even keep it open for the hours on the door.

Went here two times this past Summer and the service was great. There wasnt a long wait time, no matter how packed it was, and the employees were always sweet and in a good mood - great environment attracts people so kudos! Also, their cheesecake blizzards and dipped cones are to die for.

Ice cream sundae was delicious, but had a little bit of a wait for 4 in line, 2 had to wait outside. 10 to 15 minutes, but it was worth it.

Fairly small for the dine in scene. Service is quick even during the busier times and the treats are pretty good. The children will definitely enjoy!

This is not a full-service dairy Queen they do not even have french fries and definitely not a flamethrower that we drove 20 minutes for. People were rude so we ordered the cold sandwiches and ask for tea and they dont even have tea if I could give it a zero rating I would but it wont allow me to put no stars.

I was in friday everything was clean and fast but I noticed as I was waiting for my blizzard that it was only the tall black girl making everything while the other one was standing in the back on her phone not helping.

This Dairy Queen was very neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. My ice-cream tasted delicious, and they were not skimpy with the toppings.

Courteous and very helpful staff. I am in a wheelchair and everyone was wonderful. The food and caramel latte was great!

Its not your typical DQ. Its in a strip-mall. They have a 96.5 sanitation grade which is pretty good.

I just wish they were open on Wednesdays and Monday’s I don’t know why they aren’t.

Young staff unsupervised. Manager owner whatever she was look like a wreck on her phone while at register. Smell like it was wiped down with a milky rag. And noticed no gloves on. Especially when they were making so much banana split where they tried to cut the banana and flip it onto the tray which of course it was not easy they ended up putting their hands on the banana wiping their hands on their pants and you could notice if thats what that young lady did all day long she had a banana smear from where shes been wiping her hands all day long on her pants on her thigh part. Disgusting. I grew up in Dairy Queen, love it this was my first time visiting this Dairy Queen since Im new to this city, and I wont be back for quite a while and then Ill probably just peek in to see if any changes have been done, and if i feel like it hasnt Ill keep going the other way. Ive been in the food service business for 25 years I take foodborne illnesses very seriously. I dont go out often to eat anywhere but when I do I expect to not get sick

Manager is beyond rude. Will not indicate her full name but has “M” on her name tag. I don’t understand why she works with the public. I always notice employees rolling their eyes at her so I know she’s the worst to her surroundings.

I had a disappointing experience. The store does not participate in the myDQ app so I was unable to redeem my coupon for a free small Blizzard. I was also told that DQ no longer had the Candy Cane Oreo Blizzard because that promotion was over even though it is the Flavor of the Month. When I called DQ in Winston-Salem shortly after my visit to this location I was told that it was still available.
