After having what I considered a very positive initial experience at this dealer, the true way these guys do business unfortunately became my reality. After waiting nearly two months for my bike to arrive, and with absolutely no communication from Bob the manager, I was amazed to suddenly find my bike listed on their website. So I called to check the status, only to find out yes my bike was due to arrive, but Bob had accepted money from someone else at some point, and so my bike was no longer available. Amazingly, even before it was actually delivered to the dealer. At no point did he ask, or even hint at a needed down payment. After my test drive it was understood I was simply waiting for my bike to arrive. Even to include over of $2k in accessories to be installed prior to delivery. If Bob was nervous about the sale, at the very least he could have contacted me requesting a down payment, which I gladly would have provided. Not sure why the other guys money was better than mine, but I was also traveling over 8 hours total for the deal to happen, including my 4 hour round trip for the initial test drive. This bike was already sold doing things the right way, but apparently Bob preferred his Jersey way of doing business. All I can say is, an unhappy customer talks to way more fellow riders about a dealership experience than a happy one. Buyers beware. If they did it to me, you could be next.

Friendly, busy, and knowledgeable. Through the process of purchasing our bike, we began to fell like part of the family. I would highly recommend this business....they rolled out about 4 to 5 bikes the day we were there! Proud to be new members of the Indian family.

I bought my 2020 Indian Scout Bobber ICON series from here last year. Excellent service from Bob, Monty and the service guys! Great communication from the start, they have been able to accomodate my needs around my work schedule from the get go. Every single time I have visited since then I get nothing but great service and get treated with respect. Good group of people here, wouldnt go anywhere else for my next bike.

I purchased a late-model used motorcycle from this location roughly four months ago, 2018 Indian Chief Dark Horse. I worked almost exclusively with Bob McBride, the dealerships sales manager. While riding the motorcycle back to Fort Bragg, an issue arose causing me to lose a plastic fairing covering the OBD diagnostic port. I called Bob as soon as it happened, and Bob had a new fairing in the mail for me within two days.Excellent customer service, great pricing, and outstanding support for those serving. I could not have had a better experience buying a motorcycle and Greensboro Indian is my go-to recommendation for those shopping for 2-wheeled transportation.

I was looking at Harleys and Indians. Went to a local Harley Dealership and couldn’t get waited on. I went to a dealership that sold Indians and everything else and felt like I had to share all the promotions that Indian are offering.I went to Greensboro and the Sales Manager, Bob was very personal and just fantastic to work with. He knew all the promotions and incentives that Indian was offering. I bought a new Chieftain Dark Horse and I love it. I met the owner as well who was very nice and personal.. I’m taking all my business to Greensboro Indian. .

We stopped in to look around and met Morgan. He took his time and answered all of my husbands questions about the Indian Motorcycles. The young lady there(didnt get her name but I think she is Morgans wife) was so nice to me and my daughter while we waited. We werent looking to purchase today but when hubby is ready, we will be back to this dealership.

STAY AWAY!!!!! First off Bob tells me the price is MSRP he cant come down cause of covid slowing things down. Not knowing he emailed me a $250 discount by applying online. I didnt get the email till after I bought the bike and left. That was the first lie. I then schedule a service and slip on exhaust with an intake when I get there after driving 120mi Morgan tells me I never told him about the intake and that he could do the service and exhaust but I would have to come back for the intake. A total lie you cant do the exhaust without the intake they go hand in hand. So I got beat $250 from Bob and a 240mi round trip and a waste of time from Morgan. They cost them a sale on a new bike I will be going elsewhere. STAY away from this clown dealership. And Monty I dont want to here any of your excuses in a reply

Needed a serious road bike and do not like what Harley has been offering since 1998. What a great, quality, superb handling bike this Indian has turned out to be!! Monty and staff are always helpful with any perceived problems I may have. I say perceived because most of my problems have been my own misunderstanding about this revolutionary machine. After spending a good amount of time showing bikes the staff let us look around without being over bearing but checked in to make sure we had the right information to make decisions. Went in today, because my husbands birthday was Thursday. Wanted to surprise him with an Indian since he already has a Harley. We were never greeted or even acknowledged. Had a red ticket sale going on, the couple that came in behind us was greeted and helped, and nobody ever said a word to us. I’ll take another weekend and visit another dealership. I came ready to buy, and left feeling a little bummed. I’ll try the Raleigh next. maybe I’ll get helped there.In response to the owner:When we parked the side was open where there were gentlemen working. We spoke to them, and didn’t get a response. When we came in. I first said maybe because it’s warm in here, sometimes people are not in the best mood. We looked at a Roadmaster you had under the tent. A couple came in behind us, and received service, while we waited. We also wasn’t sure who worked there. When walking towards the first office, the gentlemen looked busy, so we stood back and waited. I already had financing through my bank, so we were prepared to purchase. My plan was so leave with a bike. I appreciate your apology, but we were not just window shopping. I bought my 2016 Dark Horse from Monty and the guys in August. The trade in offer they made for my 99 HD Dyna was too good to pass up. The Dark Horse was up-fitted exactly as I wanted in a couple of days. This week I took it in for my 500 mile break in service and an upgrade of the computer (activate alarm) and stage 1 pipes to go with a hard bag upgrade project I am working on. After having an electrical issue which left me stranded on the side of the road I proceeded to call Bob to ask him a question regarding my warranty and weather and not my issue would be covered. Now granted this is on a Sunday so I did not expect an immediate answer however within 5 minutes of my current phone call he had called me back and answered all the questions that I had and pointed me in the right direction to help solve my problem the quickest it could be solved that is what I would call the top of the line service that is 5 stars all the way you just dont find that level of customer service anywhere anymore. Bob and the whole team over there Indian Of Greensboro have earned my business for life I will never go to another dealership and find the level of service that they have showed me. So in closing if you are at all unsure about where to go this is the place for you it will take care of any need that they can take care of and if they cant do it immediately they will send you to someone who can. From day 1, Monty and the guys have done a superior job providing top-notch customer service. I looked at the Indian Chieftain and ended up buying a Victory Cross Country from World Class in High Point. Since then, Monty has acquired the Victory Franchise from World Class and so far, the service and parts department have done a great job.

Went in for service and had other items which were time consuming. Tech skipped lunch to accommodate. How many dealers would make that kind of sacrifice???? A+ in my book

I went to pick up my bike after service, the day after I had surgery for a hernia repair!! No problem driving down but I was a little concerned about trying to load the bike on my trailer, didnt want to slip & cause myself further injury. Monty was the man that day! He graciously rode my bike on the trailer for me & helped me tie it down. He also gave me a discount on some service as my bike had been in the shop for so long due to waiting on parts. It was out of his control but he went above & beyond in every aspect!

I’ll start off with the fact that I spoke with 2 other Indian dealerships prior to this one. The first, in Fredericksburg, VA, called me after I had inquired about an Indian Scout. After stating they would call me back, they never did. Their loss. The second was Garcia in Raleigh, in which I live much closer to than Greensboro. They didn’t even pick up the phone or call back. So, now to Greensboro. The sales manager, Bob, called me and was first off, very professional, friendly, and respectful. We discussed the price on a new Indian Scout Bobber (I was trading in my Ducati 899), and was more than reasonable with prices. Additionally, he ensured that I knew about a military special offered by Indian (this special was NOT mentioned by the other places. I knew about the special, but it just shows that Bob and the others at Greensboro care about the customers). So I bought a new scout bobber. The day I showed up to pick up my brand new bike, there was one more thing that stuck out to me aside from the great deal I got - it was the hospitality of the place. My girlfriend came to the dealership with me and almost every employee approached us both to introduce themselves, talk about what they do, and they were very respectful to my better half. That goes a long way with me. This dealership is further away from me than others, and I will continue coming back here. If you’re interested in purchasing an Indian Motorcycle, look no further than this place. The group of professionals that work here will ensure to make your buying experience a great one.

I bought my bike from the superstar team when they were just starting. Everyone was amazing. Unfortunately 8 months later I got rear ended.
