After a bad experience at a dealership in Raleigh I decided to give Motorcycles of Greensboro a chance. From the moment I called to ask about a demo ride I could tell this was going to be my kind of motorcycle dealership. When I showed up to demo the bike I wanted to buy I was greeted by Pat. He made me feel right at home and got me rolling on a test ride right away. When I got back from the test ride I was ready to make a deal. Pat introduced me to Gennaro who took great care of me. Negotiations were straight forward and transparent. Never once did I feel any pressure or like they where trying to squeeze me for more money. They offered to get bike I wanted uncrated and install all the accessories on it that day. I didnt really have time to wait around so as much as I appreciated it I declined. Then they offered to just deliver my new bike to my house and collect my trade at the same time. This was such a nice touch. Ned delivered the bike to my house and was a pleasure to work with. Bottom line, they did everything they promised and delivered a great customer experience. These folks are true motorcycle enthusiasts with no attitude & outstanding customer service. I look forward to being a customer at this dealership for a long time.

Brought my new R1250GS in this week for its initial 600 mile service on short notice to the Service Team at Motorcycles of Greensboro and they were able to get my bike in and out in the afternoon. Super friendly and professional Service, Parts and Sales staff, and the initial service went well. They also have a good selection of gear - BMW, Klim and other brands. I recently purchased a 2021 R1250 GS from Motorcycles of Greensboro. I worked with Roarke on the purchase of this bike, he was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the bike as he had owned a couple in the past. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me a thorough walk through of the bike. I do not recall the finance managers name but he was great as well, he had all of the documentation ready very quickly and went through each document with me. I found it to be a very good experience over all and would certainly recommend Roarke and this dealership to anyone looking for a new bike.

Fantastic shop! Took my Triumph Rocket 3 Touring to install new tires and have a state inspection. Easy in and out. They went over the bike for me and fixed a few other things as well. Little bit of a ride to get there from Chapel Hill, but this will be only place I wiil take my Rocket. Great staff and the show room is one of the best I have seen.

Paul took his time to compare and contrast the motorcycles that made my short list of motorcycles that I was considering to purchase. The F900R is my first motorcycle in over 35 years, so its like starting over. Paul was very helpful in pointing out the features and functions of the motorcycle. He made me feel like the F900R would be a bike that I could utilize with my limited experience and grow into. He really made the decision to go with BMW easy!

Cant recommend these guys enough. This is my second bike from them. They bend over backwards to get you on the bike you want. They ride and their mission is clearly to get you on the road with them. Its not just a sale, its a partnership. Go see them, bring your gear, find a bike and theyll take you out on a test ride route based upon where youll be riding. For me, it was city traffic then twisties followed by highway. I guarantee youll really enjoy the experience. Toughest part is deciding between all the bikes you like. Trust me, youll like several. ;)

Came in to get some information and to look into possibly purchasing a new Ducati v2. Hung out for about 45 minutes with no one approaching me. Decided to finally give up and just purchase some new shirts and head out, had to wait about 5 min before anyone noticed I was waiting at the counter to make a purchase. The woman that came to help was actually nice but that’s about it. I’m sure others have had great experiences with this dealership but that wasn’t my case.

From sales, to finding accessories, to having my first service done- everyone has been nothing but excellent. Paul and Andrew were so helpful in finding the perfect bike for me. I look forward to each visit. Thanks for giving me so many great experiences.

Just purchased the new Ducati Monster 937, my salesman wasPat, he delivered the bike to me personally over a hundred miles away, there was a bit of a snafu, and this is where you find out what kinda of people you’re dealing with, fortunately for me the Manager made everything right and more than went out of his way to not only correct the problem but in the process made a lifelong customer!! Loved their selection, salesperson was awesome and management was on top of their game! I would highly recommend this place, I personally went out of state to do business with them.

I had to order 7 parts for my bike. Andrew was very knowledgeable about what I needed, and patient while I asked many questions. I hope my parts are delivered quickly.

This has literally been the best vehicle buying experience Ive ever had. Of course it helps that this is the most awesome vehicle Ive ever purchased. When I found the bike that I wanted on the Motorcycles of Greensboro website, I called and spoke with Gennaro in sales. I gave him the details of my old bike and he got back to me later that day with a trade-in value. Two days later, I showed up to make a deal on a R1250GS Adventure 40th Anniversary. They made some recommendations on accessories, but at no point did I ever feel pressured or pushed into anything I didnt want or need. John helped us finalize all the financials and he was a lot of fun to work with. Andrew from the parts department took care of filling out a rebate form for one of the items I bought. Then Brian in service took time to show me the features of the bike, where various switches are and what they do, and explained the maintenance schedule. I had a few more follow-up questions which he happily answered. The overall vibe of the shop is professional, yet fun and friendly. Im looking forward to doing business with them for years to come.

Nice people. What I especially appreciated is that they let the bikes sell themselves. No pressure. I wandered around for an hour or so then all of a sudden a 797 caught my attention. Its a bit like when a cat chooses somebody. I asked about it. They said would I like to ride it. Yes. Came back from ride and simply said yes. They also delivered it as soon as the paperwork was in order since I did not have a ride to the store.

Paul did a wonderful job helping me purchase my first Motorcycle. We had a very hard time finding the right bike because of supply issues due to Covid. Paul very consistently followed up with me and insured that in the end, I received the motorcycle that I wanted at a great price.

It all started when I was in the market for Klim gear. I called and Andrew said he had what i wanted in stock so I drove to Greensboro (75 miles away). Andrew is very knowledge and answered all my questions and even some I didnt know I had. After trying on different jackets/pants I decided on the Badlands set. Fast forward a couple months and I decide its time to finally get my dream motorcycle--1250GS Adventure. With the service I got purchasing my gear I knew there was only one place to shop. So I contacted Turtle (Eric). A couple emails turn into a couple phone calls which turn into a drive to Greensboro. The entire process was smooth and painless. The staff is friendly and seem to really love what they do. So if youre in the market for a motorcycle then Turtle is the man you need to see. If its gear you need then call Andrew. I just bought my first BMW motorcycle from these guys, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I had real reservations about doing this transaction at a distance. There are of course worries about fraud, wiring money to a place you haven’t been, etc. Jason made this really easy, like he had done it a million times. They gave me a great price, delivery was done by Paul who, despite making a seven hour trip, took the time to explain what he thought was important, and allow me to ask any questions. He even offered me his cell to reach out if I needed to. These guys did everything right, made it easy, and I guarantee I will be looking to them for future bikes.

I am very impressed. I needed a few parts for my 2007 R1200RT that I figured would not be readily available. Having found the part numbers online, I emailed the shop with the wish list friday mid-afternoon. Within an hour I had a reply from Andrew with prices. I immediately called him to place the order and have them shipped to me, and I should receive all but one part within a week. You cant ask for better than that!

Found this bike through Cycle Trader a few weeks ago. Sent an email to Motorcycles of Greensboro with an offer and their response was fast with no haggle. Got to the shop and everything was ready with my bike up front. Paperwork took about 15 minutes and they helped me load her on the trailer. Super fast service, no haggling, clean bike and showroom, great experience all around. Would definitely go back for my next bike to add to the collection.

Spoke to Andrew, on the phone about picking up the Klim Latitude Jacket. Andrew, asked me to hold while he went to check inventory. Within 2 minutes, he came back letting me know they had the jacket in stock, and would put one aside for me to pickup. When i arrive a couple of days later, Andrew had left the store, Roarke, met me at the counter, i explained i came for the jacket, Roarke, said Andrew had pull the jacket and it was ready for me to pickup. The Latitude jacket, fits great and very well made. I have the pant already so i now have a very comfortable and good looking kit. Roarke, took the time to show me other pieces i may be interested in the future as well as taking me around the shop, showing me the newest models for 2021, some great Bmw and Ducatis on the floor. Motorcycles of Greensboro, has great staff and showroom, they give you the time to walk around without the sales pressure other shops lay on you. Brought the 2019 K1600 bagger in for annual service and inspection. Completed in a few days and got the call it was ready and picked it up. Got home with no incidents or issues. Three days later I noticed a leak on the garage floor, and contacted Brian. He was very concerned, asked if I could bring it back in to check for the leak. Due to work schedule, it was several more days before the opportunity to bring it back was possible. I checked the oil dipstick then and no oil was visible on the stick. Brian made arrangements to pick up the bike and bring it back to check the leak. Long and short, they replaced the oil filter, re-filled the crankcase and checked for integrity,brought the bike back. The most impressive thing was that the garage floor was SCRUBBED clean. It looks great and no evidence of past leak is present. Great Service and a heartfelt THANK YOU from this happy owner. EXCELLENT JOB BRIAN!!

They are bragging that Unlike some dealers, we INCLUDE our destination cost in our advertised price but they will add $499 Dealer Prep and $499 Document or Administration Fees. And BMW says that Pre-delivery assembly charges are included in MSRP. So if you buying in area probably you will use this dealership but if you are out of state - choose any other dealer, for the same bike Ive received $640 discount and $120 document fees from different dealer, $1500 difference for the same bike, you can ship if from any state and still will have some money left in the pocket

Andrew made sure I got the correct parts. He went the extra mile several times to clarify what I wanted and needed in order to get the precise parts I needed. He also thoughtfully and patiently answered additional questions, some of which were about what I needed and some that were just items of curiosity. His follow-up questions showed that he is intimately familiar with parts, motorcycles, and current trends.

I have been shopping for a warm weather riding jacket. Andrew suggested that I try the Klim Marrakesh. The Marrakesh is an amazing jacket! Lots of airflow and great protection. Very happy with this purchase. Great dealership!

After $800 they informed me the head lights did not work and they couldnt fix them.

I have found the whole team to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased my first bike back in July. And at the time of that buy, the R-18 had not made it to my area. Two weeks ago I made a trip back to the guys at BMW/Ducati of Greensboro, North Carolina. I went just to talk and when I walked in there was an R18 First Edition. I asked if there any to test it ride and they said yes, so they brought one out. Paul asked did I know the area well. I said I did not. Paul took the time to lead me out on a 30 minute ride. We stopped and spoke about the bike. I told him how much I enjoyed the bikes and the handling. We rode back to the dealership. I thanked everyone and asked if they got one in and there was any way they could work with me to let me know. Well, Saturday 11-28-2020 I received a text from Paul (wouldnt be a great day to ride an R-18 home) I agreed and I returned to BMW/Ducati of Greensboro. Had a very nice conversation with Troy and Andrew. Filled out the paperwork and spoke to Paul. I thanked him for all the help and thinking of me. I called about a 24k mi service appointment and Joe was very professional. Called me back with a quote (10% off Winter Deal!) and we agreed on a date. I dropped my GS off at 9am on Saturday and by 11am he had called with some updates regarding the machine. Once I arrived to pick up (roughly 2pm), I got to meet the actual service technician and talk through what he saw and next steps for care on the bike. I appreciated this! Im used to the drop your bike off and call every two days to see if its ready shops. This is not one of those! Everyone I spoke to offered to help me unload or load the bike back on the trailer. I even got a free BMW keychain. Very pleased with this group.

I had a problem with my r12000gs adventure so I took it to have it checked out. The service department took time to look at my bike the day that I dropped it off and had a very good idea what the problem was. They called me the next day and they were right about what the problem was. They fixed my bike in a timely manner and I’m very happy with the whole team at Motorcycle of Greensboro.

Paul is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and communicative. It can be hard to find any of those qualities, let alone all in one person. You guys are great! Also, shout outs to Troy, Andrew, Joe, and Turtle, who all display the same qualities. Really love the MOG team.

Ive owned bikes for over 20 years and have worked with many dealers / shops but none have made me feel more relaxed and respected as Paul and his team at Motorcycles of Greensboro.

I recently purchased a new 2020 Ducati Multistrada 1260S from Motorcycles of Greensboro, and, as usual, the whole process was was as pleasant as possible. I got to test ride the bike, and everyone involved from service, sales, and management was as helpful as possible. I have purchased more bikes than I care to admit here, but I would not buy a motorcycle anywhere else. The Mutistrada is great, the best bike Ive ever had (yes, I know that I say that about each one). Thanks to you all.

I purchased a new s1000r from this dealerships Charlotte location and it came with a mechanical problem from day one. I have owned the bike only 45 days and it has been in there shop for over 20 of those days. I have worked with then tirelessly to resolve my issue. I even made my own report with the BMW factory and got them involved to try and resolve my issue. The bike has now met the qualifications to be replaced under the lemon law. The bike is not road worthy at this time. So we come to present day. I have requested that they either replace the bike or refund me for the product. There answer is no, If I want that I will need to sue them. Please understand that I do not place bad reviews on people. During this entire experience I have asked repeatedly in writing to speak to the owner of the dealership and he has never even acknowledged me. Please take this into account the next time you wish to purchase a motorcycle. The true measure of a business or person is how they react when there product fails. For me, I am out of 20k until I pay an attorney and take months to resolve this.UPDATE: on November 20 they came to my home and took the bike under the instructions of BMW. Here I sit on Jaunuary 13th still with no bike and no answers.

I have a friend who told me what great service he received on his BMW when he took it to Motorcycles of Greensboro. As a Ducati owner, I am ecstatic that Motorcycles of Greensboro now sell and service Ducatis. Thus far, I have had two different services done on my bike at Motorcycles of Greensboro. The work was done quickly and correctly and the communication from and with the shop was terrific. In the past, I have taken my bike to a shop where the work was good; however, it was in the shop for an extended period of time with zero communication or updates from the shop regarding what was causing the delay. Thankfully, those days seem to be behind me now.

Walked in to look at bikes and apparel, no one acknowledged us. They had 1 (one) other customer in the building and he was being helped by 2 (two) sales people. Guess my fiance and I will find another place to buy. A word of advice to business owners, if I walk through your door, at least ACKNOWLEDGE ME!!! Even Wal-Mart has greeters! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Bought the hardware for a large windscreen from their parts online. It fit perfectly on my 1150r but I ended up mistakenly ordering extra parts, near $55 worth. I called about it and took it back and after a restocking fee I got most of money back. Really great friendly service.

Service is not what is was when it was Carolina Euro. They only have one tech in the building certified to do NC safety inspections. The establishment before had 3. Really so when I wanted to take bike in last week was told tech was on vacation. Took bike in today and service dept was late opening and the tech doing inspections had accident at home so I had to wait 2 hours for them.to get to work to inspect my bike. Get your act together. Customers choose your business based on the service you provide after the sale and if todays visit is repeated again I wont be back.

Everytime I have ordered a part from Carolina BMW, they make sure to check it before they call and tell me it has shipped in. All of the sales staff, including the owner, are very experienced motorcycle enthusiasts. This gives them credibility. Every bike I have purchased from Carolina BMW has been a positive experience. I live in Florida and make the long trip back to N.C. because I will only purchase a bike from those guys!!!

Drove hour plus, Went in with cash for a used bike. Took over 15 min to be acknowledged. Bike was a bit more used than visible from pictures. Did not honor quote we had over the phone(never mind trying to negotiate due to more wear&tear). They would not sell the bike. Must not care about selling bikes

Ive only been to Carolina BMW once, but the staff made a good impression. I went in for an oil change on my bike. Everyone was polite, the place was clean, and the waiting room was comfortable. The have free WiFi if you plan to take in your laptop and get some work done while you wait.

I was quickly reminded why I dont get any maint done by this shop. Called 5 other local shops to get tires mounted and balanced that I purchased on line. Everyone was $60-$80. HAHAHA!!!! Traded in my Honda for an R Nine T and felt they treated me very well. Reasonable price on the trade, fast and friendly service. See theyve had some negative reviews but those are notably very vague. My experience was everything I would expect from a good dealership and I would definitely do business with them again.

Stopped by on Saturday afternoon to do the rounds. Walked through the show room and got a lukewarm greeting from the team. Went over to look at boots for about 10 minutes, then slowly cruised through the rest of the show room. Breathtakingly beautiful bikes. There were at least three guys working in the store, and just one other potential customer the entire time I was there. I was in the shop for about 25 minutes without any interaction from anyone. I’m at a point my life where I can finally buy a motorcycle with cash. I have a beautiful Ducati, but have always wanted a BMW. I’m basically looking for any reason not to buy an R nineT Scrambler, and these guys certainly gave me one. I’ll never understand why customer service eludes so many businesses. It’s really not that hard. Just four simple words, “may I help you?”. Needless to say, I found some boots I liked too, but I’ll just buy them online. Boy would I hate to think I was ignored because I’m a woman. I’m on my 4th motorcycle, and am a decisive and loyal customer when treated well. Luckily, I’ve had good experiences in the past, and there are a lot of options out there.

Best BMW service Dept Ive had my bike to and been to many throughout the US Joe and Bobby will handle any problem with your beemer even on an airhead. Thank you so much. It may be a ways for you to travel but it s definitely worth it.
