We stored our things here for three years, and Joy was there every time we showed up. She is a fantastic employee, very attentive and accommodating to customers, and a joy do deal with. Fantastic service, truly!

I have been a customer since this facility first opened. Have paid AAA at this location at least $8,000 in almost 4 yrs. Always paid. Very good customer. Also have paid them at another facility for almost 2 years. Always paid. About $4000.00 there. After giving them a good review praising their facility over others, the thanks I get is to raise my fee a second time in a year! They should be giving me a discount and thanking me for being a good longtime customer. I am surprised at this after just talking with executive management about how I moved from B Safe because of their constant rate hikes to a second AAA location. They should be ashamed, that is bad business practice. Way to treat your loyal customer, way to Go! AAA has made almost $12,000.00 from me!

Clean, 24 hour access, protective covering under the storage roof giving insulation and protection from humidity and bugs but is still not climate controlled outside units. There are climate controlled units behind the office. It feels safe.

Jen is the best person i ever met in my life she always make u feel important. When its your turn to speak to her she dont rush u. When someone come in she never stop what she doing with u to take care another customer. When she help u go over the paperwork she takes her time telling u what it say on the paperwork and what everything means and she does it in a way u understand there rules..

Not in a great location. The property is to hilly and a moving truck might flip over trying to turn around in the small space.

Had the best experience ever. Jennifer at the desk was the most helpful person ever. We moved our things crossed county from Seattle and after five days of driving we were so happy to get our things into storage. We had a mattress we couldnt get rid of, we tried goodwill and the dump but wasnt able to get ride of it and she was able to help us get rid of it. I would definitely recommend storing your things here.

I would most definitely recommend AAA Self Storage for many reasons. First of all, Jennifers customer service is above and beyond....a real AAA rating! She displays genuine concern and devotion to the customer. She is very pleasant and more than eager to make certain you are satisfied. The facility is very clean, easily accessible and well maintained.

I recently rented a storage unit from the new AAA Storage at 5501 Friendly Ave. After renting a 10x15 unit, I realized that I needed a 10x20. All the 10x20 storage units were rented out. I thought I was going to have to rent two storage units for all my furniture. The manager, Jennifer, worked with me by offering to take out a petition between two 10x10s so that I would have enough storage space. This saved me money by not having to rent two units. Jennifer went that extra mile for me. I could not have had better customer service anywhere! Lynn

The rental paperwork was quick and easy and the use of a truck for move in was great. The truck had a hydraulic lift and I was able to move everything in one trip. The storage units are nice, new, and clean. The customer service was friendly and thorough.
