Everything went smooth. Angel and Troy showed up on time and worked tirelessly! They are very knowledgeable and professional and managed my goods really carefully. I couldn’t believe how much they could pack inside the POD!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Literally, call anyone else! The one star is for the two polite young men who did work hard.The Office Experience:My husband called about a month ago and reserved 4 movers for 4 hours for last Friday, June 18th. He called the day before to confirm because no one had called us. He was told they didn’t have a reservation and was asked who he spoke with. My husband said, “I spoke with you and you assured me we were booked.” Then, the voice on the other end magically found the reservation. My husband prepaid for the services to insure the movers would be there from 1 PM - 5 PM on the 18th.The Movers:On our move in day, 3 movers showed up an hour late in a little red car with NO moving equipment except for a couple of lift straps. They were very polite said their Supervisor, Angel, would be coming soon with the rest of the equipment. They proceeded to very, very, very, slowly unpack the pods. One of the movers had absolutely ZERO experience moving anything as he would carry one box or in one instance two shovels from the pod to the garage. He had no idea how to carry furniture into the house and had to be told several times by the other two young men how to carry something as simple as an end table. They were at the house until 8:00 PM and still didn’t have everything moved into the house. My husband, who is over the age of 50, worked circles around all three young men 1/2 his age - and yes, he worked all day!After the move:The movers called Angel and explained that there were still some things that needed to be moved into the house from the garage. Angel assured him and us that they would all be back on Saturday, the 19th to finish the move in. No call, no show! My husband called and left a message for Angel on Monday. Angel retuned the call, apologized that he had gotten tied up on another job, and assured my husband he would be out on Wednesday. No call, no show. It’s 7:17 PM, no call no show.At the risk of sounding repetitive, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! A mixture of inexperienced movers and a Supervisor that is absent and is dishonest in his dealings with the clients should always be a bad omen. This is the most horrible experience we’ve ever had with a move.
