I had a very wonderful experience with CeeCee and Harold last weekend. At the last minute they helped me out. Not knowing what I was doing i rented a storage space that was much too small for my items and they took the time to get me into a larger unit that would hold all of my things. Today I went in to transfer to a smaller unit. Cece had been working with me all week and I told her my circumstances and she really helped me . I couldn’t afford the rent for the unit I had . She showed me how to reorganize and get rid of things I didn’t need to fit a smaller unit and save me half of what I was paying.Her and Julie her co worker really was helpful and kind.They made sure my needs were taken care of and made sure I understood the process. Cece and Julie walked me through step by step answering all my question. Even set me up for auto pay so I don’t have to travel out, due to my health.Thank You PUBLIC STORAGE for awesome employees...

To whom it may concern.You can kindly take your storage unit and burn it down. The price has almost doubled since I became a Valued Customer, When I started my lease for a 5x15, the price agreed upon was a total of $92. That was all insurance included. I began my storage back on Sept 18th 2018 and in Dec of 2018 the price went up to $115, I just got the email effective December 1st my unit would cost $132, So from a Valued Customer, my storage unit is empty and I am terminating my lease.Valued CustomerMichael Sutton.

Didn’t know I could make payments anywhere until I talked to my manager Dana. She sent me here since it was close and the store was about to close so I could pay before getting charged a fee. The manager here is also friendly and helpful.

The service is good, the facility is clean and accessible no problems there... but had I known what I know now, Id have gone else where. Ive been with this place for several years now, paying my bill for the most part on time. I say mostly due to the fact that I have had my lock clipped maybe 3 times over the years. This last year has been a lot on me which I am not going to go into here but my problem with this company comes in where every few months they raise the rate of the room, and as I stated previously I had been with this place for YEARS (almost 10 if were counting). I had a mid size space, all the stuff from my apartment as well as some of my families things and more were stored. Nothing of any real value aside from the collectibles, everything else was sentimental. They continued to raise the rate on me so much that I was paying almost $50 more than what the space was being advertised for. I am transitioning jobs (...well actually I just got a new job). Due to that and the price increase I was behind on payment. I went in to the facility and expressed that I wanted my room/stuff, paid a portion of what was owed and informed them that I would have the rest of the money in a week after I get paid. That wasnt good enough, I couldnt get any kind of extension. My room got auctioned off. I am deeply upset by this as I just recently lost my mother and had some items of hers stored that I would have liked to keep... but it is what it is, I just feel like it could have been handled much better.

I met Dani a little earlier than our preset time, but not an issue at all. A quick and thorough tour over the property while on the way to view my locker, and I was set. Paperwork, no hassle at all, about 5-7 minutes and I was paid and out the door. Property was clean and well maintained. My next few months here will work out just fine.Update....October 2014.Still highly satisfied with my experience here at Public Storage. Many thanks to Dani and her team for making this experience possible. This will most likely be my last month here, but in the future, I will be back if I need any extra space.Highly Recommended!

Right now the elevator is shutdown by the inspector. There is no date when it will be ready. We have our stuff in the 3rd floor and the response from the person onsite is inconsiderate and of course arrogant. The storage manager at large does not return back voice messages to discuss. We are paying $300 per month and we drove 12 hours, booked hotel to stay, reserved truck to move all things out. And now we are returning back without our stuff. They wont inform anybody who has rented that the elevator is not working. The main gate which is a code entry only is wide open because somebody crashed. The manager dont know when it will be ready either. So our stuff are now physically unsafe. Decide for yourselves if youd even was to risk your stuff renting there.

The property manager and the other females that I have encountered at my time of renting a storage space here are always very polite and professional. Im always greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The property is very clean. My overall experience has been great here.
