The staff at Life Storage on Stage Couch Trail in Greensboro are always so helpful and friendly. My account was set up on automatic bill pay every month. However, when my credit card information was compromised (NOT because of Life Storage), my cards were shut off by my bank. The wonderful staff helped walk me through how to get my new card information set up on their website and my auto pay rescheduled. I would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for a storage unit.

I didn’t get the free month or rental truck as promised online but the staff was great and showed the unit prior to completing rental.

Talked to an associate over the phone, I forgot her name.. but was very helpful in going over pricing, saved me money on my admin fee, and knowledgeable towards each question that I had. Anne helped us get everything set up in person. The process was very quick and easy and Anne was especially friendly and helpful. We chose a climate controlled 5x10. The unit is easily accessible, clean, and air conditioned. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose Life Storage.
