Our move was extremely easy and hassle free thanks to Marinas coordination and frequent and uptodate information.However there are few things I wanted to bring to the attention for future.Although estimator did great job in estimating our household items, we felt that our entire household items were crammed in 2 small crates instead of using big truck or using 3rd container.This was the reason I think for many damages to our furniture and packers not willing to accommodate few last minute items that were left in the apartment at origin. They tried their best to include as much as they can but they just couldnt fit anymore items at the end.But overall, employees of all the companies were great professionals and very polite in responding to our concerns.

We had an out of state move. Lots of furniture damaged and they also damaged our home and the driver claims it wasn’t them and the company just said “our hands are tied”. They lie and don’t take responsibility for their actions. You can’t trust them and trust plus integrity is what makes a business. I do NOT recommend them.

I received fantastic service every step of the moving process! They made it very clear that they wanted the move to go well and Marina kept me informed about what to expect. She coordinated everything, which is amazing considering that there was a different person/crew for each step of the process and I moved across several states and had my items in storage for a few weeks. Everything was packed extremely well and was labelled. I checked off that list as my items were unloaded so that I knew that everything arrived. The men unloading the truck were great! They had to figure out how to put together a complicated coffee table with multiple pieces without directions and not having been the same people that took it apart. Once I showed them a picture of it, they put it right together. I was also very impressed by the 3 skinny ladies that retrieved the boxes and packing materials to recycle them. One of them immediately climbed in a box that I had stuffed tightly with the packing papers and she proceeded to stomp it down and empty other boxes into that one. They were in and out in a flash! I definitely recommend using Lawrence Transportation Systems/United!

Exceptional service and professionalism! Every single member of the team, from the people I scheduled with to the movers themselves, were wonderful. I had to change my move date several weeks out and this was accommodated gracefully. I picked up boxes/packing supplies beforehand and did my own packing. Got great tips from one of the movers when getting the boxes ahead of time at the Greensboro location. Both due to these tips, the packing supplies they gave me, and I can only assume the care taken in moving my belongings, I did not experience any damages. I have to say I was expecting a broken glass or plate - something! - because I dont think my packing job was flawless, but everything was handled with the utmost care. The movers were so courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to be around. Thank you so much for everything!!

All around wonderful experience in working with Lawrence Transportation. They helped coordinate my cross-country move in a very short time-frame. They were easy to work with, on top of every detail, and replied to emails answering all my questions almost immediately. Every thing was on time, smooth, and handled with consideration and professionalism across the board. They made moving a lot less stressful! Not only will I recommend them, they will be my first call the next time I move.

Lawrence Transportation Systems is the absolute finest moving establishment out there ! They moved me from Ohio to North Carolina and back and each and every detail was attended to and every question answered. Sherrill Greene and Miranda are wonderful to work with in estimating and making sure everything for the move occurred exactly as planned. I was truly fortunate to have Larry and his team move me and the care and attention they paid toward packing my belongings and moving them was amazing. Everyone went well beyond expectations and I would use them again in a heartbeat if the occasion arises. This is truly an exemplary and trustworthy establishment. Recently acquired another large single family home in NC and had a bunch of staging furniture to move from a storage unit to the home before I could get it rented out. Being a 7 bed 10 bath place I needed a company with some capacity to deal with the job. More important still was a reputable company that would move expensive furniture items such as a grand piano and do so with utmost care. These guys did me proud. Unfortunately, we had to move during snow and ice. If you had told me that a moving company could move under such conditions, I would have said you were nuts. But I have to say Lawrence Companies’ crew was amazing! Our belongings and the Lawrence Companies team moved everything safely.
