The entire process was great from start to finish. The installers were first class, very professional and you couldnt even tell they had been in my house with the exception of a very nice looking shower door!

I only took a star off based on the disorganization. They told me this process would happen one way and it happened a whole other way. However, the window is fixed and thats all I needed, and they did it in time. So I cant much complain!

Mercer Glass created and installed a shower enclosure . Also cut down oversized wall mirrors for a remodel. Would highly recommend. Every person we dealt with was professional and the project turned out even better than I imagined it could!

These people are trucos theyre not cheap. If you want good stuff you got to pay for it and theyll do what they say theyre going to do and theyll do it when they say theyre going to pleasure to work with you

Glass cut to shape. Almost always next day service. Fair pricing. They have more types and thicknesses of glass than you can imagine. They also make and install custom glass shower doors.

Quick, friendly and efficient service. Taught me things that I was not aware of in regard to glass for interior needs. Price was fair.

The guy that work on my front window molding broke the plastic clips on the molding, and scratch around where he force the window out. I went back to get my molding replace and to get the scratches on the pain fix and they said that all they can do it glued back together and a 1 year warranty, since they dont do paint on cars they arent responsible for the paint. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great service. On time as scheduled. Tried to help with insurance coverage but deductible was just too high though the window almost reached it. Dont be sticker shocked. The window is like a computer! Cost of actual labor was excellent. They even went our of their way to get me the right windshield wiper replacements. Would definitely recommend them.

Mercer did a shower enclosure for me. Much lower price than I was quoted by out of area company and very professional installers. Looks great!

Horrible customer service. Dont waste your money on this company! They dont return your phone calls, failed to deliver the service they promised, dont even let you know the progress on your order!

I requested that Mercer Glass come by and look at a sliding glass shower door that they had installed 1 - 1/2 years ago. A knowledgeable and pleasant employee came by at the agreed upon time and had it working properly in short order. Service after the sale!

The staff at the front desk was 2 young ladies who continuously berated customers as the customer spoke with other staff. The glass I had cut was the correct size and was good quality. I would not use the establishment if these 2 childish employees are working the front desk.

Called in for a quote of a tempered glass table top, was first told 1/2 in was not offered so I gave dimensions anyway. Was called back with a quote for 1/2 in tempered... She quoted me $177, I asked her for frosted she said it would triple the price I said no problem. She called back with a price of $500 I said Ill be in touch within the week. I called the next day and went back over the quote price of $500 we both agreed on the price and I said do it at which point I gave my CC numbers. She called back a little while later and said the price would be $1000 as she misquoted. I told her Id be in touch. I was still pondering going ahead with the transaction and paying double even though I felt bait and switched. She called back at 4:00 and asked what I wanted to do (pressured...) So I said cancel it she said she would refund me the money. She called back needing my CC numbers, now I am in the woods clearing fallen trees so I got to pack up what Im doing and head back to the house cause I dont have my CC on me.Her name is Danielle, from the get go it sounded as if I was troubling her for a quote and information regarding a product I wished to purchase. I cant imagine her having anything else to do besides answer phones and give quotes and she didnt do that correctly. Had this been an employee of mine I would have had to eat the cost of the misquote and given the customer the product. But I imagine with a company such as this who has been established for so long my piddly $500-$1000 doesnt matter.Im pretty unimpressed with the customer service offered as I have been in the store before and ordered a table top from them before. I will not make the mistake again nor will I refer them to my friends.

Stopped by to get a quote on a glass for my truck the lady at the front desk couldnt find it. So I gave her my name and number for the guy to give me call when he come in and no response.

Good service. We had an issue with the first windshield that was installed and they took care of it.

These guys have a monopoly in Greenville NC. They have poor service coupled with high prices. They were primary supplier to Bill Clark Homes which speaks volumes on their quality (or lack thereof).
