I went here because I needed my water pump to be replaced, not because I was buying a car. The people I spoke to for it were quick to help me, they were kind to me and spoke with me about my options. They offered to take me home while my car was being fixed as well, I thought that was a great touch of customer care.

Took the time to show me everything on the vehicle. They were patient and not pushy and although the car was just not exactly what I wanted I would do business here if possible in the future.

Pleasant buying experience, made quick and painless. Vehicle purchased seems to be in great shape. I did have to clean it up a bit though when I got it home, as there was not any general maintenance performed and it needed detailing. I changed the dirty air and cabin air filters, and was surprised they had not.

I will only buy my cars from Auto IQ. I told Tim what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted within a month. Their purchasing process is incredibly simple, just like a locally owned dealership should be. Ive spent over 3 hours at the Honda dealership to lease a car, and only spent 20 minutes with Auto IQ. Their quality assurance process is second to none; they make sure that the vehicle you get, even though used, is immaculate and like driving a new car off the lot. Purchased a car from out of state, my wife and I are from Knoxville TN. In a time crunch we had to make a decision that day, I spoke with Craig over the phone and worked the deal that way. He made it an easy process, was very professional. The first two months we had a couple of issues with the vehicle that concerned us, I was feeling robbed at the time. I wrote a nasty review instead of simply calling to ask if they would help. I didn’t expect them to try and fix the situation however Craig called us back within the week and are making things right without hesitation. Solid business to work with that stands behind the cars they push on the road.

Been shopping here for a decade personally but this is the place to go for a quality vehicle for a great deal. If you want a Benz or a Honda, Audi or a Acura. Doesnt matter these guys will find it and have the best deal. I feel like people are wasting their time and breath going anywhere else.

Craig was great! I did not buy {yet!} but his no pressure approach was very welcome. I will definitely be checkingback on their inventory, but will also say yhat I am extremely picky on options and that are very few manual transmission cars out there, which is a must-have for me. Their inventory was great and well cared for.
