Kendrick says, does the cost make any difference? I told him that the truck I just described is the truck I need and want to have in my foundation business. He goes, they might be mad because no one has seen it. Im going to the back and and bring your truck around pull in that parking spot. 2 minutes later Kendrick pulled around on a 2022 Ram 2500 HD 4x4 pearl black Clear coat paint with 0 miles. My mother in law and wife bought a lemon vehicle from this dealership that they refuse to fix. Now they’re stuck with a lemon vehicle. They went to this place to make sure they got a good vehicle instead of getting ripped off at a buy here pay here car lots..but instead got ripped off by a legitimate dealership. Be aware if buying a used vehicle, always test it out and ask because they weren’t even offered to test drive.

When I first met my sells person in April 2021 I was just looking around we talked and he went out of his way to follow up with me every few weeks. I decided that I was going to have to order to get what I wanted in a 4x4 Jeep. My daughter was also looking at another Jeep. We meet with Kendrick and got our order in. We both got our Jeep’s within days apart and Kendrick made sure that everything was taken care of, and every thing that was promised was full filed. If not for Kendrick’s follow up I am not sure either of would have purchased our Jeep’s. If owned a dealership I would want Kendrick working for me. Amazing place to buy a car! My husband and I went in just to look and Steve came out with his outstanding customer service, guided us through the process. We were actually being financed with a credit union that we work with, long story short, they couldn’t pull their end of the deal. I contacted Steve to see if there was anything that they could do. He called me back in about an hour saying they had found a bank who better the rate and payment AND didn’t have to put any money down. Steve and Tony worked together to pull this deal off. They definitely went beyond our expectations! I will DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone needing to buy a car.

Bought a pre-owned car from out of state and had it delivered. Pretty simple and straight forward process overall. However the title transfer process was never done, my 30 day temp tag expired and I had to call a few times to see what the status was on the title and tag transfer and I never got a clear answer until I received a package with a refund check and all the paperwork for the transfer that should have been submitted a month ago. Not sure what happened or why it was never submitted or sent to my state dmv but now I have to go out of my way to get this process done and wait even longer for something that should have been taken care of already.

Do your homework and do not be afraid to walk away before you walk in here. While the people I worked with were extremely friendly and nice they are there to make as much profit as possible. Doing research they didnt want to come off what was only a fair deal on online rating sites. Selling privately before accepting the trade in offer will bank you thousands and save you the frustration of watching them make it instead of you. Research the warranty and ask as many questions as possible about what it covers and more importantly doesnt cover. Or just dont buy it, theres a very high chance you wont use it to its value. The process was easy and smooth and I love the vehicle I purchased, however there was a better deal left on the table. Do not get the Pirate Package.

They tried to give me a estimate on how much labor was for this job they estimated 2 hours. Terrible after having my Dodge Charger for 2 months charged me $1396 and didnt fix the problem after another 2 months admitted they couldnt fixed the problem convinces me to trade my car in for a 2016 Dodge Charger That needed a break job they fix that problem a weak later I feel that the car needs moter mount and they didnt want to fix it on top of that the head of the use cars sales said to me calm down on driving a car that Ive only been driving for 3 weeks.

I had been considering getting a truck with higher towing capacity. I just happened to see a very clean, low mileage F350 on the used lot. With all the challenges covid has presented and back orders I thought this sales experience was going to take advantage of that and be some long drawn out process. Nothing could be further from the truth. I went in made my offer after work 530ish and no BS no she’ll games and by 7pm I left in the truck I really needed. I don’t do this much but I’d happily recommend these guys.
