Beware of trading your vehicle here!! At this point they deserve zero stars.......my friends traded a truck in for a sports car, gave them a down payment in addition to the truck with agreement that truck loan would be paid off. Three months later no payment made on truck loan. My friends had to retain an attorney this week! Not to be trusted if you want to keep your good credit score plus piece of mind. #shadycardealersGreenvilleNC

A few months ago I needed to get a vehicle. I had not bought one in many years. I went to see Walter. I told him I trusted him. He was upfront and very honest with me. He said I know what you need. He told me he had a black RAV4. I have been enjoying my RAV4 since the end of May 2017!His employees have been very kind to me each time I have gone there. They didnt have anything we wanted or in our price range on the lot. Brandt went online and found the perfect vehicle for us. He sent someone to pick it up from the other dealer, and we drove away in it that evening. I cannot remember her name, but the finance lady was so sweet that even filling out the paperwork was a good experience... no pressure, no stress! Every single person there was smiling and friendly, from the receptionist to the owner. Best car-buying experience EVER!
