OK, this is not a fake or paid-for review. This is the easiest and most transparent car transaction I’ve ever had. Tyler was my sales person. Super-easy to work with and totally cool. Seek him out if you are shopping here. Then I worked with Edwin who was also straightforward and easygoing. You know how usually buying a car entails multiple hours of BS back-and-forth with the “sales manager” and whatnot? This was nothing like that. They even delivered the car to me (I won’t even mention how far away I live from the dealership) at no cost. If they continue to offer this level of service - and Hyundai continues to make good products - I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else. Buy without regret!

I had my car brought in for an annual inspection in order to get my plate tag. Mike lied and said my rear lights on drivers side is inoperable because of faulty electrical wiring. The thing was, there was nothing wrong with that to begin with, it was working fine before when I had it inspected before I started going to his location. In January, when I had my car brought in, He was just supposed to have the battery changed and replace all the lights, front and back. Upon allegedly, changing the battery and all lights, front and back, he tells me that upon discovery that my front electrical system for my front lights needs to be repaired. I ignorantly and mistakenly believed him. He said that was the reason of my lights not shining as they should. The thing was, there was nothing wrong at all with my electrical system in the front, I just needed new light bulbs put in, and a battery change. So, upon, my ignorance, again, I believed him and paid him over nine-hundred dollars to have this work done. When the car was picked up, he assured me that the car was in fine working order and there was nothing else to be done. Now, when I bring it in for an annual inspection, he finds theres another problem with the car, the problem is mentioned at the beginning above. Mike did not want me to come in and just pay an annual inspection fee, no, he wanted me to pay more than what I came in for and because I refused, he had my tail lights, stop light, and directional signals damaged or not in working order. There was nothing wrong at all these lights to begin with, all because I would not pay him more money to fix problems with my car that I never had. I do not believe he had any work done on my car as mentioned but just took my money and the insurances money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Mike is a liar and thief and he will damage your car if he doesnt get the money he wants from you. He will prey on people who does not know anything about cars.

Very polite and courteous staff. Ive gone in twice for the complimentary oil change, with an appointment, and its taken 1.5 to 2 hours each time. Seems like a pretty lengthy wait for a simple oil change. All interactions with the sales and staff people have been great

I’m giving 5 stars to the service department. As usual the service is beyond reproach.My complaint is the car or my choice of cars. The radiator support on my 2020 Hyundai Tucson was damaged when I accidentally tapped an in ground tree root on a dark night. I’m a realtor. I drive on different terrains. I’m very careful and drive slow and cautiously. However the under body shield tore and did not protect the radiator support.The technician remarked he knew it was a light tap. Had it been harder the radiator would’ve been damaged. I just had the under body shield removed because it dragged the ground while driving.Now I’m debating on whether to fix the radiator support and replace the under body shield with a new shield $1700 or have a metal guard attached to the end to protect the car’s under side or both.Even if I make the expensive repairs, the problem still exist. The risk of damaging the under side is high due to the likelihood of driving on unpaved driveways is an occupational hazard.I love my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. It handles easily. I get excellent mileage and it’s a good looker. But maybe, until I change my career, my next vehicle should be a tank.

From the moment I pulled up on the lot I was approached by one of the dealers Mr. A Sutton. He was very friendly and introduced himself. As I inquired about the vehicles he was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles which made me make ab easier selection. As we move forward in details of the vehicle he right away got the keys and pulled it around for me to see. Open all the doors including under the hood for me to examine. “ I was impressed most dealerships open the hood”. As I made my decision to inquire further he had all of the detailed information pulled up and laid out for me to understand. There was not any big words or fancy speech he gave about the vehicle. I requested and paid for parts to be ordered for my car. At some point the peeps putting in the parts caused cosmetic damage to my vehicle. This is unacceptable. In addition prior to this appointment previous appointments were not positive and o didn’t feel valued as a paying customer. Go here as a last resort.

I love Hyundai. People is very nice and friendly. Process of purchase is long . In spite I had problems with Hyundai customer service line, the Pecheles team jumped right in to figure out and solve as soon as possible my issue. The staff is truly the face of a company and Pecheles could not ask for better employees.

I bought my 2021 vehicle from this dealership less than a year ago. I bought two vehicles the same exact day and so you would think that they would have a little respect for you, for supporting them by purchasing the two vehicles, they do not. My wife brought my car in a few months ago to have an oil change and the worker informed her that this was just a complimentary one time service, but I bought the service contracts for both vehicles that cover oil changes for up to 6 years. Today, I brought my wifes car in to have its first oil change and the worker was very rude and said he didnt believe me on the mileage that I said. I blew it off and then asked about my vehicle that my wife is driving today, it is starting to rust on the hood and my father in law said that my warranty would cover that because it can spread quickly and do a lot of damage. The worker got mad that I asked about the steps that I need to make in order to have it looked at and replaced. I enjoy keeping my vehicles nice and clean and having rust on the hood is a very large eye sore for me and I think that is ridiculous. My previous Elantra had rust on the trunk and the whole thing was replaced in Ohio because they actually care about their customers, unlike Joe Pecheles. They will rob you left and right and only care about making the sale, not about anything else. I recently found out that they gave me $500 less for my car that I traded in, than what they agreed to pay, of course I was mad but realized that I couldnt do anything due to it was a year ago. I highly recommend you find other dealerships to work with. Their cars are not worth all of the hassle that comes along with them.

Great experience. First time in my life I can say that about buying a new car. I did all my price research in advance, as I always do when I buy a new car, but this time this dealer offered me a fair deal to begin with. Plus, Im old, and high risk for Covid19, and I never had to step foot on the dealers lot. They brought me the car for a test drive, waited in my yard while I drove it, then brought the car back to me with all the paperwork to sign. So, for this car purchase I highly recommend this dealer and his staff that served me. They were great.

They charged me $125 for Labor to LOOK at a tail light that we already knew was blown. All I wanted was an estimate to see how much it would cost before I would proceed to replace it. Note to self: “Never take your car to a dealership to have them look at a simple issue.” I’m done doing business with them. Friendly face-to-face service but will charge you a arm and a leg once you leave your car with them.

I have purchased 4 cars from Joe. I have had good service. I am very particular about buying cars and getting my moneys worth. So I am not an easy customer. I do not like the service reps come and try to sell me a car. I research and look line for the car I want and then look. His reps are great about leaving me alone when I tell them I will call them. Then I really begin to discuss prices. For some reason, I think they send the new guys out to see how they can handle me as a customer. The service department has a lady in service that is not too friendly, but I dont have to deal with her often. She doesnt seem to like her job. If I am going to buy a car, I will return to Joe Pecheles. I feel like they are trustworthy and for the most part will give the customer the best of deals.

Excellent experience from the time I pulled into the lot until the time I drove away in my new Palisade. There was absolutely no pressure, all questions were answered directly, and at the end of the day, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. AND, the car is fun to drive and the price was reasonable, particularly in todays car market. These young men represented their employer and themselves in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend. I carried my mother to meet salesman. She had appointment with salesman to look at used vehicle a Honda Accord. When she gets there the person she had appointment with wasn’t there so she saw someone else. That person automatically tries to put her in a new vehicle and wouldn’t show her the vehicle she came to see fed her some excuse about the car was getting detailed. Everyone knows dealer makes the most money by selling new cars so that explains why he tried to push new car on my mother. Waste of my time will carry her to another dealer.
