This was my first service related visit to Volvo of Greenville. The process was easy and the people I dealt with were helpful and friendly. I had no problem getting a loaner vehicle which was nice so that I could go back to work and not have to wait on my vehicle.
Love Porsche service! Steve and Dean are amazing! Great customer service and upfront from the beginning. They don’t jack prices up or treat you any different being a female. The crew gets everything done and is timely. If you schedule in advance, you can always ask for a loaner and the vehicles don’t disappoint. Definitely recommend! I also found out they have a detailing place too, so no need to go find an outside company! I’ll be using that service soon!
Josh at Land Rover of Greenville did a great job keeping me informed on my Rover repair. He provided a text number that I could ask questions at any time and made the rental process during my repair very simple and convenient.
We have two Jaguar I Pace electric cars. We will never own an ICE ( internal combustion engine) auto.Jaguar of Greenville has really done a great job with small issues and routine maintenance ( software updates). They didnt sell us the cars but have treated us great.I had a little anxiety buying an electric car and when we moved to Greenville, whether the local dealer would service them. They could not have been better.
I was in Greenville on Monday Sept.13th when my check tires lights came on. I ended up spending the night and driving over to Laurens Rd Volvo dealership with no appointment to see if they could help me. There was one man working behind a desk in the service department and a couple people ahead of me. He took care of those customers and answers mechanics questions efficiently. He apologized for making me wait and I assured him I did not have an appointment I thought I would have to wait much longer than 10 minutes! He said he was by himself but could we just walk out to my car and he would take a look at it. He started my car and quickly showed me how to calibrate my tires. That was actually why my light came on. He fixed it for me but also showed me how to fix it myself next time. All this and charged me nothing. I did not buy my car in Greenville because I live in Columbia, but when I decide to trade it in, I assure you I will be driving up to Greenville. Service is so important.
Big positive change since last years service on my wifes xc90. New serv rep Ashley was excellent. Offered multiple options if I did not want to wait for the car.
Service was first class! Extraordinary, service manager Phil and technician Bobby were congenial and highly skilled. My vehicle starts better than an Indy racer. Timely repairs and good people to take care of you are the best you can ask for today.
Dean in service dept is the bomb! Original purchase at another dealer and he turned an unfortunate experience into a very positive outcome completely satisfying us and going above and beyond!! Thanks Dean!!
I had a wonderful experience at the Volvo/Porsche/ land rover dealership in Greenville, SC. They had exceptional customer service for my little girl and myself. I absolutely love my new Volvo. I know that my child is safe in this vehicle. Taylor and Nafe were wonderful car salesmen.
Ashley was very pleasant and thoroughly explained everything. Got me a loaner car and kept me updated on all that was happening.
Steven Saunders provided outstanding service at our recent 2 visits at Porsche of Greenville.
The Salesperson that I had the bad experience with was Nafe Abo Ali. He was the worst Salesman I’ve ever done business with in my life. Rushed me through the whole process of buying a 2018 Porsche Panamera Turbo online, was not truthful about the car condition and I still have not received my copies of the paperwork back that I signed. If you come across him, definitely find another Salesperson.
The 2nd time within a couple of weeks. This last time I was told it was definitely the gearbox assembly. It was replaced. I picked it up Friday October 22nd and later that evening I was taking my grandson to a ballgame & my car was doing everything before being “repaired “ except worse. Every icon lit up off & on. Show no fuel, 2 way drive, brakes, power steering, battery, gears locked up, etc.,Gears would work off & on, mostly off. When stopped at a intersection, the car almost didn’t have enough power to get across intersection and me home. So today, October 25th, I have to get it towed again.
I recently bought a Range Rover from a private seller and it was running rough, I did a lot of effort to find a solution, even bringing it to several other mechanics that didn’t know what they were talking about, then I brought it to Land Rover of Greenville where Phil gave me a whole summary of work that needed to be done to get it running smooth again. They diagnosed the problem and did it in under the time that they said it would be done. Thank you very much!
I have always been satisfied with the service I received from the service departament. The check-in for service persons are great. The only improvement I can suggest is to remove the protective plastic sheets and papers before I get my car.
Got a last minute appointment for a potentially serious problem. Josh was fantastic and kept me up to date the entire time they had my vehicle. It was fixed and the car was clean and washed when I picked it up. This is my third car from Greenville Range Rover / Jaguar and the service department is the best I’ve ever dealt with.
Absolutely horrible from top to bottom. First, extremely rude. I had to call about an issue that was not in my control, and before I could get my problem out of my mouth was smugly told there were no appointments available until Oct. 8. Which I totally understand. However, my engine was threatening to shut down, so it was an urgent matter. After I showed up early to said appointment, I was asked if I had indeed made one. I said yes. They asked when. I said 5 days prior. There was a grunt and then he moved on. I was asked to stay until the vehicle was serviced. Was NEVER asked or told I had a certified pre-owned vehicle, which I kindly reminded them. So since they couldn’t up charge me for parts, I was charged $500 for LABOR for an oil change and diesel fluid after a 5 1/2 hour stay. Oh. And he also tried to sell me a $507 key fob (they’re to be found online for $25-85) and a $3k break job. I’m literally never stepping foot in that place again. Oh, and if you’re a woman, take a man with you. Sad but TRUE!!!!
Volvo, Porch, Jaguar Greenville always does a great job in the service department. David Elrod is my direct contact. Very professional, attentive, communicative. I’m very pleased with their service.
Fantastic service have all my Porsches serviced at Greenville Porsches on a regular bases and never had any complaint. My service advisor SteveSaunders all ways takes good care of me.I would recommend them as a Porsche top notch service center.
Volvo service was better than expected they have earned my trust
Ashley, Service department was efficient, helpful and made my experience pleasant!
The communication and service are first rate!
Very poor customer service. Once they have their money, you are own your own with any issues that surface. I would save your time and avoid the headaches. There are too many other options to treat people disrespectfully, especially when you are buying a higher end automobile.
Volvo Service department needs work. Communication and follow up are poor, to say the least.
I received exceptional service from Lee! He was very efficient, and went above and beyond in assisting me with my recent purchase! He was very straight forward.
Great service as usual!!
Excellent service by far!
Was initially impressed with the service. The salesman tried to talk me out of taking the car to a mechanic because their team is so good they had already fixed anything wrong. I still took it to a mechanic to get a second opinion. I was disappointed to learn that the expedition had $3000 of work needing to be done within the next 15k miles. When I told the salesman he told me I could “take it or leave it” (his words) but the price was still $12k firm and they were refusing to do work. Unfortunately the exhibition is still listed for sale at the same price. Sammy (Sobhi) knew not to waste his time with me since someone else would blindly buy at 12k without taking the 2011 Ford expedition xlt with 137k miles to the mechanic. So interesting to see how the mood of the salesman changes when you catch them in their lies. Genuinely disappointed.
Outstanding
Great customer service from Steve as he helped coordinate repairs with Carvana and their warranty company. It was such a tedious process but Steve helped out a ton. Thank you so much!
I was having my 1st maintenance due, and I would say that was quick, easy and done very professional. In few months I will be there with the other Volvo I have. Very satisfied with Volvo of Greenville!!!
Always great service!
