GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I purchased my vehicle earlier this year from another state, moved to Greenville and needed to get my first oil changed. Requested appointment online and never heard any response back. I called and I spoke with Mr. David Romeo, he was able to squeeze me in the same day for an oil change. When I arrived, I was able to leave the car with Mr. Romeos team and was able to work inside their waiting area. Their waiting area was pretty decent size, I was able to work on my laptop. They told me it would take about 1.5 hours, but they actually got it done in less than an hour. Mr. Romeo also confirmed my additional service I purchased when I bought my vehicle, all in all, great experience at the service department.
Very positive experience! Naji was professional, polite, & knowledgeable. I told him what I was interested in, he listened & paid close attention to what I wanted. He didn’t try to sway me in any way. He answered my many questions with knowledge and respect. He even answered a phone call from my “car guy” son who asked him questions that I would have never thought to ask. My son called me back with 3 words, “buy the car”. Jerry Driggers was my salesman and was a pleasure to work with during the purchasing process. He was very open and honest and did not pressure me. I live in Texas and found my car online. Jerry made the decision very easy by sending pictures, thoroughly answering my questions and eyeballing the car for me since I was out of state. Upon arrival at the dealership, the finance process was the quickest car buying process EVER in my 30 years of buying cars. Cleveland was my finance person and was well prepared and had me in and out of his office in less than a hour. I highly recommend Lexus of Greenville whether you are in or out of state.
My husband has been talking with a sales lady for 3 days via text regarding a 2022 white/pearl RX 350 with parchment interior they have coming in. He was originally told it required a $1000 refundable deposit which made sense. Were coming from Raleigh & since not being local, knowing if it wasnt 100% what we wanted, we werent losing anything but our time. (Sorry, but if Im spending $64K on a vehicle, its going to be exactly what I want.) Today, however, the story changed & my husband was told the deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE & it was only good for 24 hours. Seriously? Thats how you folks do business? Do you not believe someone else would be standing in line to buy it if we didnt? I also thought it was odd that no one ever CALLED us. When my husband told me the deal with the deposit, I said forget it. Ill wait until exactly what I want presents itself here locally. Not doing business with a dealership who operates that way. You guys blew it.
Overall we had a great experience. The only thing I suggest needs improvement is the promotional materials/brochures for the service warranty. I did not see any information pertaining to the service warranty except in very fine print in the contract at the conclusion of the sale. We were there for 4 hours with two of our children and the last thing I had time for is to wade through the warranty options in a service agreement I could barely read.After I got home I read the service warrant in more detail and felt that if I understood the pricing of the warranty for the various tiers, namely Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum, I may have opted for a more affordable option. They sold me Platinum and the other warranty options were not reviewed with me. They said they were junk, but after reading the fine print in my contract, Im not sure that is the case.Everything else was top notch. I got to haggle on price and after 20 minutes I got the price I was looking for. They gave me a good rate on my old vehicle. Just watch that service warranty. Take the time to understand it in full before committing to Platinum. You may find after you read the fine print, you dont need it and can go with something more affordable.
Our all-around experience was top notch!! We cannot say enough good things about our salesman, Mark Mckee. He was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, but personable at the same time. Not pushy at all and showed top notch customer service. He was so knowledgeable of the Lexus Vehicles and found the perfect one for us! He made the process so easy and exciting. My 2020 vehicle (purchased new) has had interior lighting problems for months. (not to mention 3 brake repairs in the first year) This thing is a hunk of junk. My service advisor Bradley has not returned my email in over 2 weeks. He sent me an email telling me my side mirror part was in stock, but my side mirror is not the problem. Ughhh.... My first and last Lexus. The car is bad but the service after is worse. No one answers the phone (or emails apparently) 0/10 would not recommend.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. I felt like I paid an okay price for my car. What I would have liked to experience was a salesman be more thorough with showing me features of the vehicle and I found him on his phone while helping me few times, which made me think he isnt focused on helping me 100%. But overall, not a bad dealership to buy a car from.
Had a great experience with Madison, Daniel and Brad. My purchase was essentially done on line. Madison responded to my inquiry. She ask if we could communicate by txt. Which I preferred. Once I told her what I was looking for she had Daniel contact me. He took information as to what I wanted and what I had to trade. Within a couple hours of txt exchanges, I received a written quote showing ALL costs and trade value associated with my car purchase. I set up an appointment to see my new car during which Daniel throughly detailed the various features of the new car. Meanwhile the service department verified my trade value. I was then introduced to Brad who went over the paperwork to complete the purchase and to answer all my questions. I’m 75 and have never had a better experience buying a car. Daniel in particular did an outstanding job.

I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Highlander. The whole process was seamless and very transparent. The Sales Associate - Mina Azer, who helped me through the process was very helpful and professional. He did not give me that pushy salesman vibe which made the whole experience very pleasant. Closing the deal was easy too thanks to their efficient back office team.

L.o.g is usally pretty good(5-4stars usually)this one star is for my last visit but this time was different i feel,Ive spent thousands of dollars at this dealership and my last visit they (service advisor)was not honest about needing $2000 of additional work, i had some work done and the new service advisor stated i new addition work done so my car could be aligned for $2000, so how is it that i took the car to the lexus dealership i bought the car at and they was able to put new bolts on the part and lubricated them, provided a alignment for $140. I usally work with Brian hes pretty good but i worked with someone different this time. Disappointing

Overall wonderful car buying experience, of course it helped that the rav4 hybrid I bought was exactly what I wanted and very well maintained, but Mark was a pleasure to deal with as well. Wanted to leave a review of my purchase experience with Brad Rongione after some driving time in the Certified GX460 he helped me with. Saw the vehicle in online dealer ad, but didnt see it on the lot. When just about ready to leave, saw the SUV being parked by Brad after someone elses test drive. This was on a busy Memorial Day and he helped make the transaction, including my trade, a pleasant and fair one. One of the best car buying experiences that Ive had. My first maintenance service visit after an August road trip couldnt have gone better. Great dealership and work with Brad Rongione if you can.

The salesperson was excellent no pressure, though I did know what I wanted going in. They didn’t come off very much on the price, but think that’s part of the market right now (low inventory). Got a great rate on the loan through the finance department (excellent credit score). They had a good selection of certified GX 460. Vehicles could have been a little nicer detailed or gone over prior to sale by their body shop, but got in writing they would take it back in to fix a few bumps, nicks, and scratches. Picked up a local one owner Lexus maintained mommy mobile with little to know rust to turn into daily driven off-road camping machine. Looking forward to having this one for the foreseeable future!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a salesman. I came in to trade in my car for a Honda Civic si. I parked my car looked around for a bit and no salesman came out to help so I decided to go inside to ask about the car. Gerald was kind enough to help me out and told me the car was being fixed at a different location but it was ready, all they had to do was bring the car back to the lot. He offered me to drive me there so we can take the car back to the lot in which we did.We took the car back then I gave my driver’s license so I can test drive the vehicle. Gerald told me while I test drove the car he would appraise my vehicle. I told him I didn’t want to purchase the car yet. Gerald looked at me and said “so you are not purchasing this car today?” I told him no. I wanted to bring my father in so he could look at the car himself and advise me if I should buy the car and accept the appraisal on my car. Before I could tell him about my father coming in he told me I was wasting his time and I should go elsewhere to purchase the car I wanted.I’ve purchased many cars from different dealerships and I’ve always had excellent service and I expected the same service from this dealership. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by the service and treatment I received today. I dislike leaving terrible reviews because one review doesn’t explain other significant attributes the dealership may show. I appreciate y’alls time and thank you.

The dealer sold a car they did not have the title too. The general manager hung up on me. He is completely rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LEXUS DEALERHSIP. They sell cars they can not obtain the title too.
