I have tried several places and kept getting told no over and over because of credit history, which I understand and agree with but still makes the car searching process very frustrating. So my fiancé did an application for US Auto Sales and Mrs. Sherry reached out to me within the same day!! I told her right from the beginning about my credit history and what everyone else was saying to me. She instantly started pulling my information and told me to get in there and would be a quick process because of my stable work history and great income. I was still very on the edge because I then started reading reviews and almost backed out because of that. Sherry is very unprofessional. She tells people she can 💯 get us in a car. We waste $45 on an Uber to get there to tell us we r denied even though we met all of the requirements. Dont tell people you will for sure get them 100% in a car of we can get there. After we got denied she was rude to us telling us we had a weird situation going on. Because my husband went to a temp agency to full time and that he didnt get check stubs it was a paycard. She even said she would pay for the Uber when we got there and she never did. Its all on text message. Unprofessional. The man that works there took care of her mess and I appreciate the Uber ride back home 40 mins away. Unlike sherry . UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST

This is a great place to go. We dont have great credit therefore other car lots wouldnt or couldnt help us. The ones that could the down payment was high and or they wanted to put us in a car that was 10+ years old. I finally got on web and found US Auto sales at first we both thought they couldnt help us due to we live in Tennessee and the Knoxville office isnt done. Sherry called me back and said they can now assist Tennessee residents that they were certified. So I asked her if I made the 2 and half long drive was she sure they could put me in something with the down payment I had she said sure if everything was way I had it on application and she would get us in something. We went and drove a car home that day. We were there first Tennessee couple which was kinda neat. So if u are looking for a car and have a situation like our id advise u to go ask for Sherry she is a lifesaver and helped us so much im so thankful for her. Yes you are gonna pay a down payment and depending on credit is how high your payment will be but if your serious and want a car and are gonna follow the obligation this is place for you. Very poor, they called me and told me I was pre-approved for financing a vehicle so I was okay lets check it out. I literally came in got pre-judge and then turn around. Not only that but the sale rep Renee gave me a very negative comment by telling me that I would never get financed at any placed in Greenville. Good thing Im a very upbeat positive person cause that could have easily ruined someones day.

STOP and read before buying a vehicle from this company. If you are like me you were in need of a vehicle and this company gave you hope. Let me tell you what your not seeing, 1st you are buying a vehicle that is being processed with a SIMPLE INTEREST LOAN (if your unsure how this works it means you are paying more towards the interest in the beginning of the loan then you are towards the principal) Which is not a bad loan for buying a house, but for a used vehicle?????no. I had to filing a complaint with the BBB to just get my payment history, after speaking with 5 people from US AUTO, all giving me different excuses as to why they cant give it to me. When you look at your history, your first 3 payments you made went to INTEREST. When you purchase the vehicle they give you a first payment, which is great because its 45 days from when you picked the vehicle up after you just put down a lg payment to take the vehicle. Well your interest started adding up during those 45 days,youre paying whatever your interest rate against the principle then divided by 365.....well Im sure the company is making out well stealing all your money, they are getting their interest paid first. So going back now you have this SIMPLE INTEREST LOAN, which is great for buying a house but a USED vehicle.....NOPE. The company offers you, what sounds like great Coverage for if something goes wrong, but its not the coverage covers nothing, read the other reviews. Your vehicle breaks down and have major repairs like mine did, you are now stuck because you either pay for the repairs on top of your loan and car inc to keep the vehicle going, IF I HAD THAT KINDA MONEY I WOULDNT HAVE NEEDED TO BUY A CAR AT US AUTO........RIGHT?????? Almost all their vehicles have had major issues, again check the reviews. They are taking advantage of people in desperate situation, and we all are paying for it. Now you have a vehicle that has costly repairs, over 400.00 in payments(monthly) and car inc, maybe you can just trade the vehicle in and buy a new car.......NOPE you still owe too much on this vehicle to get a new vehicle, because once again your payments for at least the first 2/3 years go towards more of the interest than the principal of the vehicle. Now your stuck, no way out........like most you need a car to work or get around, I rented a vehicle to do my job, over a 1000.00 in rental fees. I had no choice but to voluntarily relinquish the vehicle because it was of no use to me. The vehicle sat in front of my apartment for over 2 mnths, shut off because I had to rent a vehicle, fighting with US AUTO, and like many sitting on the phone for hours and being transferred to different apartments getting nowhere, being told they would help to being blocked by one of their employees on email. This company is pathetic and I would think twice before buying anything from them. They are running a fantastic scam and stealing from you. They get their money and get even more money because they sell your vehicle at auction. My question is since I didnt keep the vehicle for the full term of the loan why Should I have paid all that interest up front? Guess that will be further digging

I purchased a car and had an accident the day before thanksgiving. It has been a complete nightmare since. Speaking to someone has been nothing but trouble. The gap insurance I was told I had, they didn’t apply it and the insurance paid them. My credit report keep getting big hits from this and no one has helped resolve it. I feel like I’ve been screwed! This is very stressful! I will not be able to purchase anything because my credit is terrible now. This should have been taken care of. When I call I hold forever, get to 1st in line and they hang up. Stop playing games and resolve this!

They don’t try to accommodate you in anyway. Shows no sympathy. Customer service and there knowledge is lacking. Manager doesn’t try to communicate unless you calling him out his name. I will NEVER recommend anyone I know to go this this place.

They cut car off all the time bc of no insurance when u clearly have insurance and have provided all proof and ur insurance company even calls them with the proof. Also, every payment is made on time and they still report bad on credit report. Have tried time and time again to get this fixed with proof of payments but they never listen. Dont buy here!
