Normally we receive awesome service but not today. I understand that everyone is short handed.Dropped off the car and hour early for our 10:30 am oil change and two new tires. Thats it. My husband finally got the car at 5:15 pm. A whole day shot. We live one and half hours away so its not like we could run home.

This is how a car dealership should be run. From the minute I walked in I was welcomed, my concerns were listened to and addressed, my car was fixed and before brought back to me it was cleaned. While I waited I was offered coffee and a comfortable seat. Excellent hospitality all the way around.

It was my first time coming to get my car serviced with Volkswagen at the dealer and I was hoping for good things, and everything mostly was good until the end. Before coming I knew I had some sort of issue with my car’s oil (a leak of sorts) I assumed I would be alerted of this or at least have my suspicions confirmed by the people who just got done working on my car but I was not told of anything until I asked myself if they had found anything. Their response to this was oh yeah we did, you have a pretty serious leak. If it really was that serious why not say that? Wouldn’t that be the first thing you would tell the customer and then even go as far to build a potential sale? In my eyes that seemed unprofessional to me, either way service was good but great customer service was lacking.

Eli was great! Very nice and informative. We needed to get a fair amount of things done to our vehicle in order to have it ready for a long trip. He took great care of us and kept us informed during the entire process. It was a great experience!

Received it back after an appropriate amount of time very clean and ready to go. And that included the technician conducting a thorough road test to ensure everything was done right. Purchased my car from here last week and the process was amazing. I did everything over the phone with a sales member named Andrew Hammonds. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in the process. Once I was approved I arrived and was there maybe an hour and a half and out the door. Awesome car buying experience.

A little too disapointed this time. We had agreed what maintenance to be made, i told them i was to be waiting at the shop. At the end they did not do what we agreed. And nobody told me in between... i was there and they had my cell number. Plus the charges on labor were really out of this world. Just to keep coming to maintain warranty, nothing else from now on.

Love the service dept!!! They are great. Not happy with Robert Astin. Dealt with him with the financing. He offered a lot of extras and I chose the $15 a month car wash and he said I could bring it in as often as I wanted and have it washed. Called to make an appointment and no one knew what I was talking about. I asked to talk to Mr. Astin and he was very rude. I told him that I felt that I had been cheated. He said that you had a place to rinse a car. I told him that that wasnt a car wash. He very rudely asked me well what do you expect, a detail wash? I know what a detail wash is and of course I didnt expect that!! I just wanted what I pay for every month. I will not do business with him again. If there is not another finance person there I will take my business elsewhere when my lease is up.On the other hand, service people are wonderful!!!

My 2017 VW Jetta was serviced at Steve White’s VW on 11 October. Service included, two recalls, oil change and SRS light reset. David the service advisor was fantastic and did everything that we discussed and more! I could not have been more pleased. I recently replaced the battery and David’s service team reset the SRS system for me as a courtesy. Greatly appreciated.While there I also interacted with the receptionist, sales person and another service advisor. Each person was extremely professional, courteous, engaging and helpful.This dealership, exceeded my every expectation and actually made the service experience extremely positive.An unexpected bonus was the selectable Starbucks coffee machine.Very Respectful,Steve

I bought my car from Steve White VW 5 years ago and have always been pleased with the service department. This week I started speaking with them about buying a new car and I’m very pleased with the sales department - in particular Lisa K.

I normally have satisfactory work done here at Steve White VW but unfortunately this time my issue was not fixed and stayed longer than estimated days in shop just to be told it was ball joints then told it was not the ball joints to be called again to be told it is the ball joints. With all this being said I get the car and I’m having the same issue I payed almost 1k to be fixed. I will be calling Patrick Monday August 2,2021 morning as he was the one handling my vehicle and service.

My car is always serviced in a timely manner. Every technician that I have worked with has been very nice and thoughtful as well. Clean facility also!!

Dropped car off on Sat for 10k service and to check out 2 items. Couldnt find any problems and still took 5 days! Unacceptable - nothing like my last 5 yrs experience with Audi next door! Patrick was professional and was able to get me a loaner BUT 5 days to do service is a poor reflection on the Steve White VW overall.

The dealership drove me out the papers the same day that I contacted them and now I own a beautiful Jetta. Im so pleased with the level of customer service!

I had a wonderful experience buying my very first Volkswagen. Aundra’ my sales rep went above and beyond to earn my trust and my business. He stayed over an hour past closing to allow my husband and I to look at multiple vehicles and test drive them too. He kept in touch with me throughout the following day to get as much of the paperwork done before we even reached the dealership. When my husband and I decided to finally purchase our vehicle of choice, he came in ON HIS DAY OFF and stayed over 2 hours past closing until the deal was done. Very pleasant buying experience. Sales associate (Aundra) and finance manager (Tony) were superlative.I did have a small problem with a fuel pressure sensor which required a tow, but Aundra was kind enough to deliver the car back to my home after the repair.Good, old-fashioned service.

Traded in a car May 22nd, and it has yet to be paid off and I have not received my license plate. Tried calling Tony in finance, who did the deal, now Im stuck playing phone tag trying to get the dealership to fulfill their end of the process. Everyone is always conveniently in a meeting. Was already upset about them sneaking extras into the deal and now this.Update: Never received a call back and had to call again myself. They never sent the payment and would be finally sending it today,46 days later. Also my tag was never applied for so they would have to do that too. The ball was really dropped on their end. They even sold the car they never paid off too, so this will be effecting someone else also. Another bad experience at Steve White.Update 2: Never received a call back from Lisa or Tony about my license plate that was never applied for. Been left with a paper tag for almost 2 months now and they say their friend is a cop and theyre not really pulling people over for expired plates right now so you should be fine. How is this professional? I paid for the plate since they said I couldnt transfer my old one, and I cant even get it. Its not them that would have to deal with the consequences of their negligence so they dont care. If I didnt catch that the care wasnt paid off my credit would have been dinged. If I get pulled over with an expired tag, Im the one getting the ticket. But what dothey care, they got their money.

After patiently spending 3 hours for my oil change, tire balance and rotation I got on the highway to discover that my tires are out of balance causing my car to shake and my car is now out of alignment. The employees are pleasant enough but I am very disappointed in the quality of work.

Such a great experience! I can’t say enough good things. Sergio was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. We drove from Columbia to Greenville to do business with him because he impressed us so much over the phone- not pushy, upfront on price, and worked with us to make an appointment that was convenient for us.Beyond the sale of the car, everyone we came in contact with was so welcoming and kind. We came in with a toddler who likes to run around and get into mischief; he was greeted with smiles and was encouraged by multiple team members to have fun and that he “couldn’t hurt anything”. He really loved playing inside of the the showroom cars. Not only that, Sergio gave him a toddler size “future VW driver” shirt which I thought was so nice! Anton was also incredible and went above and beyond for us- going as far as giving us oranges as a snack for my son and toys for him to play with. They let me know what was covered by warranty when I didnt even know the warranty was still in effect. Prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. Nick Morelli did a fantastic job!! It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and he was very helpful and never pushy. When it comes to get maintenance on your car, no one likes to wait. But since it’s necessary, no better place to do it than here. Starbucks machine, tv, little shopping area for VW merch. Great place! Also, doesn’t hurt they wash your car as well!

What a great service department! My family and I were in the middle of a road trip for vacation when we had several issues popup on our Volkswagen Atlas. We called Steve White Volkswagen, and even though they didnt have any openings that week, they told us to bring it in and they would work us in. Not only that, but they gave us a loaner (VW Taos) while they had our car, so we could continue with our vacation. Our service rep was Eli and he was great to work with. Very customer service oriented. I cant thank Eli and Steve White VW enough for all of their help!

This visit was prompted by a recall letter from VW regarding an air bag in my 2013 Beetle. As usual, everything about my visit was “above and beyond”! Although a relatively new customer (with a used vehicle purchased elsewhere) I always feel welcome, and the staff personally and electronically ensure the customer’s satisfaction and comfort. It’s always fun checking out the new inventory and the gorgeous classic bug in their showroom. I make sure to give the dealership a grateful plug whenever I can..

I cannot handle rattles in my car, this is my quiet time.Past history with Steve White VW had me nervous to take my car in for warranty work. I was ready to argue for whatever I needed fixed because that is what I had to do 10 years ago for my bosss car.I took my car in and the service department was awesome. The service manager, Donnie, has a great ear. He took time to ride with me and listen to what I heard. He heard the noises before I pointed them out and told me what they were. They spent a few days fixing my car right so I did not have to come back! I couldnt be more pleased.Service like this may have me purchase another VW in the future!
