I bought my car 3 months ago, after MULTIPLE conversations with Micah & Melvin, I still have not gotten any form of communication in regards to my registration. First, the transfer of tags got messed up, I was very understandable, but after absolutely no effort on their end to find a resolution to the issue, I am BEYOND frustrated. I keep getting text that say “I will check” and then receive no follow up, unless on my end.

I bought my GMC at a different dealership but have been having it serviced here for 3 years. My car has had several issues over the years and Brown and Wood has taken care of it every time. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way, and the people at Brown and Wood have always gone above and beyond to make things right. Their customer service is exceptional.

First time, service was great and the staff was great. Did not break the bank.

Took my new car to get checked and they said it was fine. Next day car fails to start and I was hung up on the first time. If you want your car to be checked correctly this is not the place.

They dont deserve 1 star. They lied about the warranty. My brother was about to purchase a vehicle from there at first they said he had warranty as soon as the credit union was going to finance the car they said he dont have warranty. The reason why they did that to him because he wouldnt do there in house financing.

Went to look at a vehicle, the price was 12,9k, I made an offer of 11k, my offer was decline. They did two price drops on the vehicle, which came close to my offer of 11k, it was still declined. I called a third time to make the same offer of 11k and found out from a salesman that they sold the vehicle for 11k. Wow! Smh...... I see why alot of people hate dealing with dealerships. This let me know they wanted to milk me for every dollar they could squeeze out of me....
