Bought a Dodge Journey 2015 less than 2 weeks ago, on the second day we got the engine light on..... called the service department and said the extra warranty we had purchased will not covered the problem... $ 2542 it needs a catalytic converter replacement..I left a message for Mr. Jenkins,, very kind man however he said they might only be able to help me with 50% of the charges.also, he said used cars with over 100k miles will have issues that the warranty will not cover. You are telling me on the second day of buying this car...I already have to deal with existing issues.......because you are selling cars already with problems to make profitable money on peoples behalf. This is not fair and beyond all immoral.We just moved to SC with a newborn and my husband is the only one working... how can we come up with this kind of money?? I am definitely not recommending any of my relatives here. Very disappointed 😞

This visit was for standard 15000 mile service. At my arrival I was promptly greeted and my appointment was registered and I was shown to the waiting lounge. Within 15 minutes I received a report form the tech that the inspection was completed and the service was in progress. My vehicle was ready within an hour. There were no complications and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
To start off I purchased a new 2021 4Runner from this dealership, EVERYONE here that I worked with absolutely went above and beyond from the sales, finance to the managers! I was never pressured into anything during my visit and treated with respect and this was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve had! I will definitely buy from here again if I ever decide to upgrade! Greenville Toyota asked me what it would take for me to purchase the new 4Runner and literally made it happen! 5/5 recommendations from myself!!If you are in search of a new car definitely ask for Napoleon!
Went to Toyota of Greenville for a recall on the fuel pump. They were great. Checked on other maintenance issues and found some stuff but weren’t pushy about getting them done right away. I will definitely go back there when I get them done soon. In and out fast.

Hello. I have to admit, I was impressed just by walking in the facility. I was helped. I was directed to the Mr. Sherwood. Very very professional. I even asked if there was a healthcare worker discount & there was. I explained how and what the mechanics will do; please forgive me - I dont know the right term for the car doctors (that is my term)! Toward the end of the day, having been taking care of by other means of traveling back to my destination was a great deal too. It was a decent experience. My conclusions on my car report was cool too. I thank you.
My sales man was Scott McAllister- really friendly and helped me get a great car. However after the sale there was a mix up my information for servicing. Service department referred me back to Scott to get the issue solved. Followed up with multiple emails and phone calls and no reply. All that to say Scott is great for closing the deal but after the fact not interested in helping you post deal. Disappointed to say the least.

Toyota of Greenville is my favorite dealership! I have bought numerous cars (new and used) from this dealership! Last week i had the pleasure of working with Manny to get my 2021 Camry. After walking the lot and explaining to Manny what I wanted and didn’t want and still not being able to decide between two cars, I finally decided on this Camry! Manny was patient and never hurried me along and when my two sons met me at the dealership to see if they could trade up their current trucks he spent time talking with both of them. Not one of us was pressured to buy a vehicle that day. I also had the pleasure of meeting Randy, the Finance Manager, who was very down to earth and who helped me get the best interest rate. If you are just looking or serious about buying a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend this dealership!Love my Camry!
Due to incomplete paperwork and poor communication between Sales and Finance we actually ended up with a second sale to a Camry from a Corolla. The first sales man was much better in setting up the Corolla for us and explaining the apps and front dash. The second sales man didnt do much except make sure we did get to test drive an older model Camry.
Danny was so prompt with informing me on issues that needed taken care of. He checked back with me twice on when the car would be ready. He was a pleasure to work with. He is a valuable employee at Toyota. Thank you for the friendly service!

Great, responsive dealership—even with inventory challenges that they can’t control, the team is incredibly flexible and will work with you to find the vehicle you want and make it happen! I had Aditya Shaw as my consultant, and he was incredibly quick, kind and a pleasure to work (and test drive!) with. The car I wanted was many weeks from the dealership; he kept me informed along the way and even helped me get the car delivered quicker by choosing different upgrades. Even when circumstances changed and I withdrew my deposit on the new car, he made it swift and simple to get my deposit back and find something different. Great team, great communication, very transparent and welcoming.
Buyer beware. Purchased a used vehicle. If youre financing your purchase, beware. I was told prices are firm. They should tell you upfront that sticker prices are solid. They will NOT negotiate with a finance company or bank. It doesnt matter what your credit score is. They will find a company that will finance the price theyre selling the vehicle for and nothing less. To me it appears to be all about the sales price. I wont be purchasing another vehicle from this location again.
We purchased our truck from Toyota of Greenville. Our sales guy, Daniel Crawford was great. Fast and friendly car buying experience. He was very patient as we looked at several trucks on the lot. The day after we purchased the truck we realized one of the back doors wouldn’t lock. I called Daniel and he told me to bring it on in. He was able to put me in a nice loaner car while they fixed the lock. Got the truck back the very next day. I will refer anyone that asks me to Daniel, he went above and beyond!

At first it wasn’t so good. My appointment was at 11:30 am. The advisor Fred was immediately negative after I explained the issue with brand new car. He said you’ll have to leave the vehicle because we’re very busy and it would take 4-5 hours. I reminded him I have an appointment and explained previously about issue. After hearing his continued negativity I decided to leave and speak to the general manager. After speaking to the general manager he seemed to understand my issue. After that all went well with Tony the garage manager. He diagnosed and resolved a unique issue where the clicking noise was coming from someone not making sure the hood support wasn’t connected to the clamp. It was loose and was hitting the engine fan. Tony was great and resolved my issue. I will never allow Fred to be my advisor.

Easy to setup a service visit and good customer service.I dont like the high costs on service and parts in general.... right! Also the responsibility they dont take on the poor Toyota parts, like an ABS pump! I cant find a good reason why Toyota shouldnt take responsibility on a part that is getting bad, but not because ware. That is my thought on a safety of a product you make Toyota.Thanks.
Love the truck, great experience. I was a bit skeptical about buying a vehicle online, but decided to by a 2019 Tacoma at Greenville (I live in VA, and found it thru AutoTrader). Daniel Crawford went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable (thanks for crawling under the truck, haha), made it all extremely easy and took care of everything (including setting up logistics of delivery). Once the truck arrived, we spoke for a bit and he told me to call him anytime should I need anything or have any questions. Great dealership to work with, no regrets.

I made an appointment with Brittany stonell. She had gave me all the details about the car before I set the appointment. When I arrived she had the car ready and answered every question I had. Very informative and made my car purchase a great experience. Also the finance advisor helped with adding a great warranty package to the manufacture warranty.
I had been researching and driving vehicles and already knew what I was looking for... a used Lexus GX460 in good condition that had been well maintained. Found one through Capital One Navigator, and searched Google reviews myself to see which salesperson to ask for. Daniel Crawford stood out! I called and asked for Dan, gave him my situation and many detailed questions. He hustled to get all the info to me quickly, and even went out to the car himself to measure the tire tread. He was quick, thorough and very pleasant and easy to talk with. Within three hours Id completed the transaction and the car will be delivered to my home in just a couple days! If you hate calling car dealerships like I do, dreading the back and forth, do yourself a favor and ask for Dan! As painless as it gets, Dans the man!!

Toyota of Greenville did not try to help me or go above and beyond to earn a good survey. I have a 2021 4RUNNER with less than 7,000 miles and had two interior trim panels with obvious manufacturers defects that they told me they would not pursue any repairs at this time but I could take it back to the selling dealership. I’ve worked in the car business for over 20 years and I’ve never told a customer with a new vehicle that they would have to take their car back to the selling dealer. At least it shows that their service is as good and their sales department hence the reason for buying from another dealership.
Had a great experience bringing in my Highlander for some maintenance work (AC belt, window motor + actuator, and a oil change)! Brandon was able to get me booked for my appointment and make sure I was in-and-out on time, no surprises or hiccups. Very positive experience and Ill definitely be returning soon for some more of the routine check-up service

I have gotten a list of repairs that were not needed including changing the filters which I changed them myself by buying them from Toyota parts department right there just a few weeks before the service. To do all the so called repairs I needed to pay over $1,200. Really? All of the sudden the car in a few months needed that many repairs? There was a new young guy that took the car in and it seemed to me a little shady since he called me to tell me about the filters needed to be changed when clearly it could of not been time to change them in a less than a month from changing both of them.
I saw a vehicle online and inquired by email. Don Rice had attempted to contact me several times and we finally talked. He convinced me to come in to check it out, telling me the Chrysler 300 was in great shape. Don answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He provided me with all the vehicle history and documentation. He made the transaction go smoothly, coordinating all aspects of the process including the DMV docs. Thanks to Don and his team for making my purchase so easy!

Got me to buy a warranty that u have to pay a deductible before using. Wasn’t told this when I bought the warranty real unhappy how I’m getting treated when the air was broken when I got it and was supposed to be fixed very upset
I have a hard time giving anyone 5 stars, but my experience here came very close. Every single person I came into contact with was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Jeffery and Chris in sales were the best; no pressure, answered all of my questions, and made sure to put me in the exact vehicle I had asked about. Kayla in finance was very knowledgeable and professional, but personal and friendly at the same time. Because I had gone by after work, they ended up staying past their regular quitting time, but you never would have known it by being with them. If youre in the market for a new vehicle, give Jeffery and Chris the opportunity to work with you. You definitely wont be sorry!

From the first moment of our visit - we were treated with respect and with trying to find the right solution. It was suggested that if we could wait it would be better to get the original part than a almost the same replacement. We were told that driving for the next few days wouldnt hurt anything and that is what we did.We were notified when the part came in and had a appointment time - when we arrived the staff knew what needed to be done - asked us to go to the waiting area and be as comfortable as possible and put a tracking program on our phone so we could always see the progress of the work on our car.Took a short time to fix the issue and we were on our way - couldnt be happier

I recently purchased a used vehicle from here. The next day I found a problem with the car but thats the chance we all take buying new or used. Not only was he dealing with getting my car repaired but he was dealing with me freaking out that I had spent all this money on a bad car and wanting to back out of the deal. Took my Toyota in for the fuel pump recall and an oil change. I expected the work to take at least a day, maybe even overnight. The mechanics have to remove the fuel tank for this recall so it is not an easy job. They had the work complete in 3 hours. These guys are good and very nice to work with. Highly recommended.
Had a great car buying experience here. Especially compared to some previous bad experiences at other lots. I was on the market for used, found exactly what I wanted on their website. I sent a message to confirm it was still there and quickly got a response back. Scheduled a test drive that day with Daniel Crawford. When I showed up, the car was already pulled forward. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all my questions. He was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. I had a car and budget in mind and he made sure we stuck to that. Ended up walking out with my dream car and a great experience! Highly recommend this dealership for used cars (new and used are separate and I can’t speak to the new side though I’m sure it is good service as well).

I have all fluids changed and noticed when I got home my coolant reservoir hadnt been changed and we scheduled another appointment back at no cost to review ALL the work that was done. The service was great and the car is running super smooth. However I checked my coolant and oil lines. The levels are not full. I took pictures. Literally I pay to have this topped off and checked and I can literal at see it wasn’t done. I also have the battery “cleaned” and they didn’t even put a protector on the negative like the positive. You guys originally put the battery in without the covers. Then I had to pay to have it cleaned for being corroded. The staff was great. But I check what I can. The things I can literally see are things I paid for and it isn’t done. Makes me question the entire service. Thankfully you have suspect pleasant staff. But for the money I dropped in one visit I expect it everything to be topped off.

Not going to lie, my last experience at the dealership wasn’t great, but I thought I would give it another chance. I’m glad I did, because Steve Barton was great.Steve went out of his way to be helpful, to make me feel like I was valued as a customer, and to make me feel like the dealership wasn’t just trying to get as much money out of me as possible.One example:My battery has been dead on my car key for MONTHS and I’ve yet to find the time to get it fixed, but it is a daily annoyance.After being very helpful at the counter, Steve pulled my car up for me and said, “do you have a sec? I’m gonna see if I can get the battery on this key replaced.”5 minutes later he came back and my key was good as new.Sure, Toyota might have lost 6$ on a key battery, but THAT is the kind of service that builds loyalty.He more than made up for my previous bad experience. I will be continuing to come to Toyota of Greenville for my service needs.Thanks Steve.
