The group in Greeneville (off Haywood) is awesome. Extremely personable, and I wasnt hurried out the door. The girl that helped me pick out glasses let me try on as many as I wanted. She actually encouraged it. It was impressive.

I was very pleased with my visit on 11/2/21. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. There was not a long wait and I saw Dr. Andreason promptly. He is very thorough, answers any questions, and explains any procedures. My last visit was in 2019 due to COVID, but they picked right back up. They are diligent in following COVID protocols. I would highly recommend Jervey Eye and Dr Andreason.

Everyone here is always very kind and courteous. Dr. Whaley is amazing. I always leave there feeling that she cares that I have the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend Jervey Eye Group and Dr. Whaley.

Have been going to Jervey for many years. My doctor for all these years left the State so I got to meet my new doctor, Bradley Gustav M.D. who I immediately liked for being a humble down to earth person and yet have the knowledge I look for. His explanations were simple and easy to understand. And his assistant, whose name now escapes me, was also friendly, professional and knowledgeable.I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic and this doctor.

Staff is caring and professional. Dr. Culclasure is very capable and has been keeping an eye on my eyes because I am at risk for glaucoma and my pressure was high.I am very thankful for his conservative treatment plan.

It was the first time we had to take our 3 year old to an eye doctor. Everyone was fabulous and treated her very well. She especially enjoyed trying on different glasses and seeing herself in the mirror.

Dr Davis and his staff was awesome. My son whos 4 was nervous and anxious of course, but was comfortable with the calming and the redirecting of events that needed to take place to get the job done. I was very pleased with my initial appointment at Jervey Eye Group on Halton Road. I have complete confidence that Dr. Gustave will monitor my eye health in a thorough and professional manner. Brittany, Chris, and Kelsey (who fitted me with new glasses) also performed their specialties well, with professionalism and pleasant personalities. Being relatively new to Greenville, I feel I made a good choice in selecting my new eye care specialists.

Dr. D. and his staff was great! The check in process was was simple and fast and the Receptionist was friendly and greeted us with a smile (Shelba ).His assistants were patience and kind with my granddaughter and I plus they had wonderful attitude.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. They practice good safety measures and procedures. They know their craft.

I have been a patient at Jervey for about 15 years and have been pleased until this year. They really rubbed me the wrong way this year when they added a $60 contact lens fitting fee which you really dont notice you are signing for as they burred it in with the typical forms you sign when you first enter (update to emergency contacts, access to records, etc.). Also, they dont do anything differently than last year, they just charge you for it now. Its a racket. Im not even sure what the fitting was. I tried on no contacts. It seems like its more of a contact ordering surcharge. They are already making money on your appointment and the contacts that you order from them, now they are greedily skimming off whatever else they can from you.

My first visit with Dr Gustave. In and out quickly and on time. Very thorough exam. Chris who did the pre-exam and prep work was great as well!! I’m very pleased!

Kelsey helped us today. I had my 3 daughters with me. One needed a new pair of glasses and the other needed to have hers looks at to see if we should use the warranty for replacement.Kelsey was super nice and pleasant the whole time while assisting us. Hope this is seen my her manager and is recognized for it.

I am totally pleased with the doctor and his staff. I have my eyes examined yearly here for the last 9 years. I usually purchase glasses here as well. This is the first time that I can say the eyeglass section was a bit underwhelming. The staff was not very attentive nor salesman like. If I purchased glasses, I would be spending over $500. That is a huge purchase for me. No one offered to price lenses or make purchase suggestions. This was markedly different from my previous encounters at this location. So I left without buying anything.

Dr. Whaley is truly one of the very BEST things about Jervey Eye! She is so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She listens so well and is so encouraging. I did not feel rushed during my visit and have a great deal of respect for her honesty with my treatment plan. I highly recommend her!!

This was my first visit just for a consultation. Office easy to find, very professional, friendly informative staff, doctor very knowledgeable and easy to understand in explanations. The only con would have been was time. They seemed to be very busy and running behind....but I considered that is what happens when a great specialist is in high demand.

From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience! My son, 4 yo, had a visit with Dr. Davis and he was comfortable and happy the whole time. They made the visit a breeze and were very gentle and fun.

I had not trouble finding the building. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The doctor (Dr. Whaley) was very thorough with the examination. I wasnt rushed to get prescription lenses or glasses but it was offered if I ever needed them. I enjoyed my visit.

I am very disappointed in this clinic. I started last week trying to make an appointment and got a call back Friday, the lady was taking my information and I did not have my insurance card available (She acted like I was a worthless person) and I told her I am more than willing and able to pay cash. She switched me and I was disconnected and tried 4 times and left message without a return call. Still 4 days later no call back.Wow trouble customer service.I wish I could leave less than a 1 star.

Dr Bridget Whaley is extremely competent. On my first visit she recognized a potential “vision threatening” condition and referred me to a specialist. Dr Whaley has also been able to fit me with the best contacts for my close and distant vision that I have had in years. Her patient interaction skills are excellent.Staff in office from front desk, scheduling and assistant in exam room are very nice.

My daughter has been a patient here since she was 2, shes 11 now. She has always gotten the best eye care needed. The doctors are very personable, caring & knowledgeable. Your childrens eyes sight is very important, why not take them to the very best Opticians? The very best for children!

The only complaint I have is the wait. The appointment was for 11 am and I did not get in until 11:45. Everything else was very good.

Very terrible experience. My son was referred by his pediatrician for a astigmatism.I got a call today and was told they had a open appointment at 1:55 cause someone canceled. Another appointment wouldnt be available until February. So I took it. Its a 45 minute drive to get there. Okay thats fine. Got there about 10 minutes before the appointment time.Waited 40 minutes before they took us back. Gave him drops to dialte his eyes. Was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. My son is very sensitive and he is only a year old. After already being there a hour and being told another 15 minutes maybe and that they are behind I decided to leave. He was crying and very upset. Absolutely not fair to him. He already reached his threshold. He wasnt going to be able to deal with any more.Im not sure why I was even told to come in today when they were already apparently behind.

Everyone at Jervey is so patient and kind. I have twins that have special needs. At every visit, the staff there are very accommodating and always create a wonderful experience. We truly appreciate everything Jervey does for us!

Dr. Andreason has been my Doctor for a few months now and he is very thorough and always looking out for the best interest of my eyes and sight. Id definitely recommend him and Jervey Eye Group in general to anyone seeking eye care services. Also, the staff helping with contacts and eyeglasses are friendly, upbeat, helpful and get to you as soon as possible as well as the front desk staff. I love this facility because of the doctors. I also used to work here years ago and enjoyed it. However I hate the long wait times to be seen. If you have a child and are seeing the children’s ophthalmologist be prepared to wait over 40mins just to be called to the back. Then see the tech then wait additionally for the ophthalmologist. We have a 3pm Appt, it’s currently 3:42 and we have yet to be called to the back. It was like this our previous Appt as well. If you have more than one child I suggest you leave them home as you will lose your mind entertaining multiple.

The only minor complaint I have is occasionally there is a long wait in the waiting room. However, with the amount of patients they sometimes have, that is to be expected. Dr.Johnson was our doctor, he was great. He recently retired & we now see a new doctor at the practice who seems to be just as great! The staff has honestly always seemed nice, even funny, & laid-back while still being professional. & When it comes to covid they take plenty of caution. Temps are read as soon as you walk in and chairs are sanitized for each patient.

Nikki in the optical department was kind, professional, and so very caring when my Mom who has Alzheimer’s lost her glasses. She went out of her way to see that the glasses were replaced in the shortest time possible.

The doctor my daughter was referred to seems great but each time we go we seem to be the only patients in the children hall and we are left waiting for 30-60 minutes before a doctor or nurse even comes to get us.

I was delighted with the medical expertise of those who treated me and the courtesy and concern for my well being each showed.

They are always very nice and accommodating. The wait was alittle longer this time, but we managed. The office environment is pleasant and my 3 year son enjoys seeing the fish everytime he comes to the office.

Went in a few weeks ago fir an eye exam. Waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. When I said something they told me that it was normal and the lady at the front said (in a snotty attitude) “ guess you don’t want to make a follow up”. They may be good eye doctors but their customer service skills suck

Dr. Ballinger III is the absolute best. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years and he is the only one that has ever gotten my prescription right. I can actually see!!! I will never see another eye doctor other than him.

Don’t listen to the people that make the glasses. When I went in I was told it would only take a couple days. Then after they were paid it turned into 2 weeks. I guess they needed the money that bad. I’ll never come here again EVER

Dr Bruce and the medical staff were all exceptional. I was referred to the office due to cataracts. Dr Bruce did my surgery and I was very pleased with the results...then I was turned over to their optical department to get my glasses. I felt that their prices were a little high but I chose a frame, paid for my glasses and was told they would be ready in two weeks, that was four weeks ago. This was on December 10th, today is January 8th. I was told on December 29th that the frames had come in damaged and had been reordered so I gave it until today to check on the glasses to be told that they expect them to “hopefully “ be delivered by Tuesday.This part of the Jervey Eye Group is definitely not setting a good example for them. Just as a little add on... I went on December 26th to another optical establishment that I knew to be less expensive took my Jervey prescription and ordered another pair of glasses as a spare as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses, they called me today and I pick them up tomorrow exactly 2 weeks. Amazing! I worry about what to do when I need the cataracts removed from my other eye as much as I loved my experience with Dr Bruce this experience will make me reconsider coming back to this office again.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of 1 person! One bad apple at checkout brought their score down. Throughout my post op visit for cataract surgery every person I interacted with was fabulous. I want to commend Dr. Culclasure and staff for always being professional and friendly! Then, the checkout. The female sitting right in the front was staring at the computer and finally acknowledged me. I could barely hear her and getting her to look up from her screen was impossible. She seemed agitated because everyone else was busy. Finally, it was time to pay and she said step over there and pointed to her left, not saying the credit card machine, I went passed it and she huffed. I then asked if I could split the payment because I had a small balance left on an insurance reward card, she said I’ll have to clear it and start over. Then, she added “It just $43”! This person should not be the last person you see when leaving the business.

Dr. Johnson is incredible with kids. Hes seen my daughter 3 times while age 1. We walk away impressed everytime. Whats surprising is how despite the pediatric specialty, the waiting room has ONE toy (several play tables without toys), a fish tank,and a tv with childrens programming. Our last visit had at least 10 kids in the waiting area (many siblings), so the lack of toys was very noticeable!

Dr Whaley and her assistant Montana are nothing short of amazing. Dr Whaley is so passionate about what she does. The teamwork between her and Montana is commendable. There were some problems with the original lenses, they worked quickly to resolve it, got them overnighted and if they were not able to get it done Dr Whaley offered to come in on Saturday so I would Have them. Montana called today to ensure everything is still going well! This was nothing short of an OUTSTANDING experience. Thank you Dr Whaley and Montana

Enjoyed my first visit at this location. Dr. Whaley and her assistant were very friendly. Made the experience smooth and straightforward to get a new prescription. Only a minor hiccup with billing, but that was easily adjusted after my visit and they made sure I was set with the appropriate contacts.

This office is great! The ladies at the front were all really sweet and helpful. Dr. Andreasen is the BEST. I would definitely recommend him for routine eye care visits. Hes very thorough and doesnt use a lot of medical jargon so youll actually understand what hes talking about. The optical staff is also amazing and really helped me when it came to picking out glasses and answering questions about what my vision plan benefits covered. 10/10 would recommend make sure to ask for Dr. Andreasen!

The staff at Jervey has been consistently both caring and professional. I’m sad to see Dr Smith retire. He has taken great care of my eyes, always taking time to listen to any concerns. He even helped me when I had bark stuck in my eye after doing yard-work.Jervey sent a doctor to the ER to examine my son in an emergency situation and we were able to follow up in their office later.The staff has helped two of our kids become successful contact lens wearers.Jervey has been a wonderful place for my family’s eye-care!

They did nothing to help my daughter with her eyes except telling me that she needed to “ Wear a patch”. I’m glad I got her a second opinion because she needs surgery. I highly do NOT recommend this eye group. They get their patients in the office for less than 5 minutes and send them on Their way. Horrible!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Welcome for many years and wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else for my glaucoma. He has expertly managed my complicated case through surgery, laser procedures, medication, and routine follow-ups to save my sight. His staff is friendly and responds in a timely manner if I have a question.

My daughter has been going here for 2 years almost seeing Dr. Johnson hes very nice. And the staff is great they tell my daughter things like putting pixie dust in her eye when having to dilate them! She loves going!!
