I absolutely love the Greenville Lush location! The employees are ALWAYS super friendly and eager to help you find products that are a good match for you!! I enjoy shopping here every time I come in and I swear you can smell the shop from 3 stores away!

I went in Lush for the 2nd time on 9/6/21. The staff is so friendly and personable! Lindsay went above and beyond explaining the products and helping me choose! She treated me like I was the only person in the store!!

The best store in the entire mall !!We come here so often and get sooo much!Bath bombs ! Amazing ! I usually am sensitive about bath bombs but have never had any issues with these!Probably because everything is organic!Love the bubble bath bars !! My boyfriend is obsessed with their soap and all face products !! He is Puerto Rican and has a hard time with hair products and swears by their honey shampoo bar and the avocado conditioner with the curl cream leave in conditioner!Their deodorant has been a life saver for him and his manly musk!Definitely urge you to try this store, If you want to try anything they are amazing about samples !! You will definitely be back to buyTheir manager Lindsey is needed to be protected at all cost! She is an angel and should be a spokes person for this store. She knows everything you need to know about everything !!

I love the Lush brand, always shopped there when I lived in NY. Yesterday was my first time visiting the Haywood store. My boyfriend and I walked in there around 2/2:30 were not greeted by anyone (which isn’t a big deal I don’t care), made it all the way to the back of the store (DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING) when suddenly one of the employees is yelling at my boyfriend and I to go back to the front of the store and sanitize our hands. I totally understand you guys are being cautious about germ spreading, but I feel the interaction could’ve been better. After my boyfriend sanitized our hands we started walking around again, neither employee said anything to us but just kind of followed us around. I was really excited to buy someLush products but the interaction made me uncomfortable so I just ended up leaving.

This was my first time ever going in to this place my niece wanted me and her mom to go in,well let me tell you this is a great place and the girl young lady that was working on August 21 2021,was a very nice young lady and a lot of help❤

I was monitored the entire time I was in the store. Every item I checked out, Im assuming its the manager, had an hawk eye on me. When I gestured her for assistance, she quickly had someone else to assist me, but she kept chiming in on every question I asked. Even when I looked over my shoulder she was just starting at me. So nerve wrecking. 😤 my daughter was there last week, no problem, mainly guys working, down $150. I visit for the 1st time with my daughter, all women working, spent $250. Its not the money.... its the personification women give off that causes other women to stare the ENTIRE TIME.

This store is amazing! I loved that you washed your hands when you walked in. Also big props to one of the employees Oli they were super helpful and knowledgeable of products and helped me pick products for my skin.I will definitely be back.

Love this location! They are always so helpful and really want to make sure you get the best products! They are sustainable, natural, source ingredients responsibly, etc. Only thing that could be better is if the brand had some products that don’t contain essential oils (natural fragrance). However if you’re okay with that, absolutely recommend their products
