Tyler could not have been any better. He came in and looked over my system to make sure that only the right parts were repaired. I was prepared to have my entire system replaced, but thankfully it was only the springs that needed to be replaced. He got the garage door working smoother than it has ever worked.

Family owned business. Very professional. Gave quote yesterday, explained all available options, installed new garage door in a timely manner. Answered all questions we had and physically showed us the difference from what we had verses what we were receiving. We received a quality affordable solid white garage door that is totally sealed from the elements.

I was having minor issues with my garage door for some time. It would sometimes open/close with just one touch of the switch and other times it would stop at some point resulting in the need to hold down on the switch in order for the door to completely close/open. I went online and decided to call Access Garage Door. Reason - great reviews and it is a local, family run business (It is extremely important to me to support local businesses wherever possible). I called on Tuesday and Tyler came out on Wednesday morning. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything and answered all of my questions. Garage door spring broke. Called several companies that said it would be two or three days before they could get here. Access said they could be out this afternoon which is a plus because my car was in the garage and I couldnt open the garage. Austin, their service tech got here when they said they would. Highly recommend.On Sunday our garage door would not come down. Two of the rollers came off the rails and the door began to crack. The door was from when the house was built in 1985. I called on Monday afternoon and was scheduled for a quote at 8:30 in the morning on Tuesday. Avery from Access Garage came out measured, quoted, walked me through the price, and we went with the price quoted (best when compared with two other quotes from other companies). Everything about the quoting process was very transparent.Jason and crew were on site the same day by 3:30 in the afternoon and finished by 5:15.The garage was cleaned up and the old door was hauled off. Jason showed me tips to maximize performance and upkeep on the door.The door is Amarr insulated, very quiet, and we are happy with how it looks. The safety measures with the door were important to us as well us since we have two young children.I will be using again for any service and upkeep needs in the future.

Highly recommend! Our torsion springs broke 2 days ago and I called access at 5 pm that day and they came the very next morning to replace them both. I paid the exact price I was quoted over the phone, which was cheaper than 3 other companies I called and got quotes from.Jason was our technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Heard what I thought a cable coming loose as I left home. When I got back home I discovered that it was a spring breaking. I had used Access before and called them while standing on a ladder getting the spring part number. The phone was answered on the first ring by a very helpful lady. She said that she could have someone here between 4 and 5 pm if that was ok if me. It was 8 minutes after 3. What could be better than someone coming in less than 2 hours. At 3:17 Avery called and said that he would be at my home in 30 minutes. In about 20 minutes he was coming up my drivway. He came in, looked at my garage door and said that he had the part on his truck. He told me the complete price and said if I wanted the job done he could do it right then. He completed the job, was paid and on his way in 30 minutes. A job well done and completed in record time. Avery thanked me for my business and said if I needed anything to just give them a call. Due to a broken spring, my garage door was unable to be opened this morning. Even though it was a Saturday, my call to Access Garage Door was answered promptly. Matt arrived a couple of hours later (even earlier than expected), to replace the broken spring, and also did routine servicing of the garage door. Matt obviously is very knowledgeable and professional -- and with his experience and skill, the job did not take very long. Replaced Broken Spring, quick turn around

We had a spring to break on our garage door on Saturday afternoon. We have a large steel door that we couldnt budge. We called Jennifer and she scheduled someone to come out first thing Monday morning. Our old system made horrible noises when the door opened and shut. We had tried multiples fixes with no avail. So, being we needed a new spring, we thought wed get a new, more quiet opener too. Matt came out and assessed the unit and springs. He suggested replacing both springs being they were over 20 years old. Once he replaced the springs, he made some adjustments and added lubrication to all the moving parts and whalaa - no more screeching sounds. He said our opener was old but a good one and it didnt need replacing at the time. Matt did a fabulous job and was very educational during the process. He also saved us from having to replace the opening unit. I would definitely call Access for any further garage door needs. Thank you, Matt, for a job well done.

My door would not lift and both of our cars were in the garage. I called and spoke to Jeniffer on a Friday night. She said that Tyler would be there between nine and ten the next day. Tyler was there aroudn nine and fixed everything. He then showed me the weakness in our old garage door and the old motors. He told me the truth and I will be replacing everything and using them for all my business.I had called several other companies and they told me it would be Sunday or Monday. As a physician this is not good. I had bought my motors and sued them from them in the past. I will only work with Axis and their personal teamin the future..When I have seen emergencies on the weekends I never charged for after hours emergencies and built a practice doing so. Axis is the same and therefore highly recommend them.

I dont recommend you wasting your time. Why quote a job and then never even call the person back?
