We needed emergency garage door repair. Called Customer Door and Gate and I was connected with someone immediately at 8AM and was estimated that a technician would arrive before 12PM. Shortly after the phone call I was contacted by the technician, Andrew Forlines, who was available within 20 minutes. He arrived promptly, assessed the damaged door, and serviced the door within an hour. He made some suggestions for parts if he thought we needed any as well as gave information on what it would involve to replace a panel. I was charged a very reasonable service fee for the work. I am beyond satisfied with my experience as a first-time customer with this company and would certainly use them again for service repair needs in the future.

Excellent support and service, we have used them several times for door service and finally for a new door. No issues! Recommend calling them for garage door maintenance or for a new door.

Spoke to Sarah on the phone at the Greenville location and she was SO helpful! she helped me pin point a problem where it was a power source issue and not my actual garage door. Great customer service and honest people!

This review is for poor customer service!They originally installed a garage door and everything was fine, but eventually the door began having problems and service was called for the price of $150. The tech arrived, went to the door with a screwdriver and turned the adjustment screw. He said they initially set all new doors low and that this is a common issue. I do not understand why a company would send a tech for $150 without having the courtesy to troubleshoot an adjustment as simple as this!My hope is that the customer service improves!

Looked them up online and entered my info and I was contacted the next morning. They scheduled me for a spring repair the next day. Couple of techs worked well together and had me taken care of in no time. Courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonable price. Greased my door and noticed that I tightened the chain the previous day trying to fix it myself. Apparently thats a no-no! They got me back on track and now my door works better than before the broken spring.

My garage door opener gear broke last night. So I went looking online for a place that fixes Chamberlain Lift Master Openers. I filled in their online form last night. Early this morning they called me back and said they could put me on the schedule next week. I explained that I was going out of town and I couldnt make that date. She suggested the week after but I explained that my garage door would be basically unlocked and anybody could open it while we were away because the chain was off. She put me on hold for several minutes. When she came back she said they were going to send someone out this morning! I think either the manager or owner came out and he had it fixed in less than an hour. It now works better than when we bought the house. Much appreciated. I would recommend this business to others.

They get the one star because when I called them the first time on an issue with a new garage door and opener, someone came out promptly and attempted to fix it. He said that if I continued to experience the problem that they might have to come back and replace the unit. A day later, the same problem happened. The door opens to about a foot from being completely open and stops. If you notice it, which I have up until this point, you have to close it completely and re-open it so it opens all the way. At least once I was in my vehicle about to pull out when something told me to check. Thank goodness! So anyway, I have been calling them and trying to get someone back to fix it for 10 days now. Every time I actually reach someone I get a different BS runaround. Apparently they all know my number now so no one answers any more when I call and I just get to leave another message. It is very annoying to leave a message with someone running a business and they dont call back or follow up with you.*Edit to upgrade to 3 stars- After a visit to the showroom, a service tech was sent out to replace the garage opener. He did a great job, taking extra time to re-route the wiring and making the installation look much better. This could have been a 5 star review. The difficulty factor took 2 of them away. I dont know what the problem was, because the people that I dealt with seemed nice enough, and the techs were competent. But getting to this point was really aggravating.
