The staff is always warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond. Its exceptional. We regularly stop in for roasted garlic olive oil and to pick up various things to try. Their little mismatched leftover pasta set was divine. We also have an assortment of the vinegars.

I felt like I was being targeted. I was in there on Saturday and every single staff member talked to me. I’ve worked in retail many years and know the signs of when they suspected someone is stealing. If I could I would leave zero stars. I was just trying to shop around and try to find things for me cause I’m vegan. I got my 3 items and left. I will never return here again. I was with my best friend and her boyfriend and they didn’t talk to them much but when it came to me I got asked a lot and they kept watching me. I would of spent a bunch of money and I am very successful in my career but I didn’t and they did not deserve my money.

I’m in love with this place! The customer service is amazing, every time, and the products are crazy delicious. There are so many different options for oils/vinegars and they are all fantastic. They give you recipe ideas too. If you have not been there, you need to go. My personal fav new dressing is their Tuscan herb oil and tomato balsamic vinegar. Amazing!! And the jalapeño oil with mango vinegar is another great combo for us. ❤️

My co-worker and I attended Testing 101 event. We learned a lot about olive oil and flavored vinegar and had so much fun at the same time. Chef and staff are very friendly and have full of knowledge about their hand picked high quality products from all over the world. They have a full list of tasting event. During my first visit, Joe personally walked me through the store and helped me select oil and vinegar combinations that were amazing (not to mention, I never ever would have thought of them). I also grabbed a bruschetta mix that was to die for! Because I dont live locally, he shipped it and it arrived to my house within a few days. I just placed another order online. I cannot wait for it to arrive! Highly recommended!

I recently visited this store because my local store closed. I had accrued a credit at my old store, and although they didn’t need to honor it, they did! If you have never been here, take at least 15 minutes for your first visit and sample. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you find what works best for your individual taste and pallet.The best part: Clean your bottles once you have used up favorite oil or vinegar at home, and return the bottles for cheaper refills.

This is a Wonderful shop with only the best quality oils and vinegars from around the world! The owner, Vera Gaul, was Provost at Johnston and Wales for many years. She and her husband, Tom, and store manager, Robert, are all very knowledgeable and friendly! You can sample any oil or vinegar before you purchase it. Recipes are available. This shop and its staff are a Tremendous Resource for Greenville!!! Give them a visit. It won’t be your last!

Oil and vinegar is a fun place to shop, especially if you love to cook. They have some great edible gifts and lots of infused vinegars and infused olive oil. Its a chain store that you can find in many larger cities. I visited the one in Greenville, SC. The man who helped me was friendly and helpful. I didnt purchase a lot because I think the merchandise is pricey. You have to pay for the bottle that your vinegars and oils go into. But, if you are able to to keep your bottles, you can refill them and only have to pay for the product. One great feature of these stores is that they have the samples readily available. Be sure to try them out, since thats part of the shopping experience.

Friendly, excellent, and very knowledgeable ownership and staff. They know which family farmed and what field was picked for every olive oil they sell. They will share with you pairing ideas. In addition to oils and vinegar they offer a variety of prepared sauces and condiments. I will definitely be back and wont forget my wallet this time.

I could have spent all day here! The owners were very nice and let me sample several different varieties of oils and vinegars, and helped me pick out a gift. They even gave us dinner recommendations. (Chef Vera, the Lazy Goat was amazing!) They were very knowledgeable and took their time with every customer in there. I’m hooked.

I love the calm environment here. The couple that owns the place are so nice and patient. Definitely a place I would have loved to have spent more time in tasting and getting a few more items. But with a 3 year old that can be tough haha. He was so nice and wonderful toward both my children. I really appreciate the time he took to explain each oil. Thank you!

Stop by and learn how to go so far beyond your most favorite vinaigrette that youd never get another store bought salad dressing again. Theyve also got a chef de cuisine (ChefVeera.com) to follow on line with the best culinary ideas and recipes to make their oils & vinegars really shine!! COVID might keep you in, but with their specialty items it will be a much better experience. Love their products, and the owners spend time talking to you.My favorite is the roasted garlic chardonnay. I love stir fry veggies, and using this oil gives the full flavor of sauteed veggies with garlic, without the hassle of chopping up garlic and the actual sauteing. A definite time saver with full flavor when cooking in a hurry!

The couple who owns this shop can tell you everything about their products down to the person who crafted it. The woman was a culinary professor for many years and can teach you about flavor combos and help you make your decision for purchase. This shop is pricey but the quality is worth it.

We just love to stop in for the Marc De Champagne vinegar. It takes my homemade Italian dressing to the next level. Customer service is always excellent and the samples are helpful when selecting a product to take home.
