The service here is incredible.  Ryan in the main office goes above and beyond to ensure you are having the best experience.  The units and facility itself are extremely clean and very reasonably priced compared to most other storage units I priced out while looking for a place.  I had to upgrade my unit to a larger size after a few months and the transition was completely hassle-free.  The payment for the transition was prorated and Ryan even made a point of finding me the closest available unit to my current one to ensure an easy transfer.  Donna was also extremely friendly and informative when I originally called to inquire about renting and she made a point of calling to talk to me in person about any questions I emailed the main office with. I cant say enough about this place and the people running it.  Great experience!

Highly recommend! I used this storage unit for 3 months while I was in between housing situations and it was an easy process, from start to finish! They really communicative on bills & easy to work with for any questions.

I moved into the space on May 16th, I have been meaning to write this review and just didnt not get a chance but I finally have a moment to make sure you know you have a wonderful property representative in Donna. She contacted me and left messages to confirm and ensure I knew where the facility was located. I just relocated to South Carolina and I came just before closing but she was so sweet and handle everything with patience and professionalism. She made me fill welcome, explained all details and when I was leaving so was she, both of us smiling. Thank you so much!!!!

Pelham storage worked best for us regarding location, cleanliness of buildings and outside areas, helpful of duty at location, and reasonable rates. Ryan, manager, was extremely helpful whenever I needed help.

This self storage is fairly new and Extremely clean. The units are climate controlled and are priced competitive with facilities that are not.Signing up was quick and easy. The 1 negative that I have is that you have to exit your vehicle to enter your code to get in ( dont have to to exit). Exiting the vehicle is why it didnt get 5 stars, still go 4 & 1/2 though

The young lady on site was not helpful. Did not have answers to any of my questions. I ended up renting from another uhaul business.

Ryan was super to work with. He went the extra mile and was patient when we had to come back a second time. After looking around at some other options, this was really the best set-up and price.

Team member Ryan was excellent and efficient in how he handled the entire process from facility introduction to pricing and the agreement. Facility is new and is very clean and orderly. Security seems sufficient for these types of facilities.

I went in to look at the facility and it was new and clean. I called to confirm my reserved unit and never received a call back. Perhaps they dont need my business. I was looking forward to using the facility, but follow up is less than good.

Nice, clean, I came in Sunday AM and rented the unit easily.They also matched the price another storage facility, one month free, 1/2 price for 2 months special. so thats good too.recommended.

I had an issue that upset me badly, but they worked very hard to resolve the issue and instead of responding in kind, they were very kind in their response.
