I helped a friend move his things out. The manager at the time was super friendly and helpful. That was really nice!

Rude and came outside in his underwear! Told me that I needed to move my vehicle when I was verifying some things.

Management is very kind and helpful! I am a senior citizen and I appreciate the patience and extra effort they took to help me get my things stored as I transitioned to a much smaller place. My family and I cannot begin to tell you you much it meant to us that they were willing to make sure we were able to get in the back gate after hours, to bring us drinks and to help us with moving dolly’s and other things for our move.

This storage unit is in in a convenient location close to I-385 and not far from downtown Greenville. The staff is very nice and the units are high quality. Ive used this storage facility twice now and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to store Motorcycles and classic cars—Very safe and secure! We usually pick up our bikes and ride on weekends and evening nights. I have several friends that ride motorcycles with us and it is a very convenient location and the facility has been very friendly to us all. There are also several neat cars that are stored there as well.

Great security—well lit and cameras everywhere! The management stresses keeping an eye on everything happening in the facility both day and night. They are also helpful and brought us drinks and dollies to help with our move. They also made arrangements to have the rear gate open to make moving in fast and easy. We recommend the facility highly!

Best experience ever! We were moving to Greenville and were concerned about finding a good, safe and secure storage facility. We looked online for facilities near our final destination. Wonderful Experience! Great Facility! I rented from this facility for years and have had all good experiences with the facility and its staff. They go above and beyond to help their customers. With my busy schedule, I had to have help after hours on several occasions. All I had to do was call ahead and set up a time. When I got there they helped me move several heavy items. Great people. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Great Facility! I have rented several times at this facility and have always had great service. Staff is very professional and the facility is clean and well maintained. They noticed that I left the lock off the unit and made sure to lock it up and call me immediately. They pay constant attention to things going on onsite.

Mold..Avoid this place.We had several family heirlooms and some of our furniture mold while stored here. We moved out on Saturday and showed it to the front desk employee. We returned on Monday to speak with a manager and was brushed off again. We sent an email with the pictures and have yet to receive any response from the management. Avoid this place.

Horrible experience! Called to make sure someone would be there to open the gate for me (was told that because of the size of the truck I would have to use the back gate) I was told that the person would be leaving at 6:00 I was not going to make the time so I told them I would not be needing the unit. The woman said she would refund the money and it was not refunded. When I called to let them know that it was charged on my credit card the gentleman that answered the phone was rude and told me that I had rented it and that he was not going to refund the money whether I used the unit or not!. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!
