Overall Great Service, Process Was Fast, Truck Was Clean And Ready To Go. Hunter Was Awesome And Has Great Customer Service.

Hunter was extremely nice! We had the best experience with her! She made our uhaul experience move by so swiftly. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! I would recommend everyone come here for all of their moving needs.

Hunter and Heather were extremely polite and helpful. The unit I looked at has an amazing price for the size! If anyone is looking for a storage unit this is the place.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. Pick up was fine, but dropping off we waited over 40 minutes for someone to come unlock the door in order for me to return the vehicle. Upon a staff member (Michelle) showing up, she said rudely, “you could have just left it here and left”. I didn’t know that, I told her I had been waiting 40 minutes and she said “no you haven’t. I’ve not been gone that long.” There was a sign on the door that said “will return at 2:20pm” she didn’t come back to the office until 3:30pm. I told her I had been waiting that long and she snatched the keys from me and walked into the office.

Hunter is so helpful and so sweet! We never have any complaints. We’ve had our storage through this company for a little over a year now and they always take care of us. They are all nice, they listen, and they are all very helpful! Would recommend to anyone looking!

I had a great experience renting a uHaul truck from this location. The online reservation process was easy. When my planned pickup time was delayed, I called and asked if I could pickup the truck later in the day. Hunter accommodated my request without hesitation. When I arrived for pickup, Hunter was very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. The facility was extremely clean and well updated - very modern feel to it. Hunter had keys in my hand within five minutes, and I went right back to the truck. When I needed to put a dolly in the back of the truck, Hunter happily did it for me so that I could stay in the cab. For any future moving needs, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Hunter and this location.

I recently visited this facility. Hunter greeted my wife and I right away. The jazz music playing in the background was warm and inviting. Their office is quite spotless. The merchandise is well organized on the wall so you can walk right in and choose what you need. I ended up not needing the unit at the moment but I will defiantly rent here when I am ready. Hunter was so bubbly which made our experience spectacular. Great job Hunter and Michelle!

This review is long overdue so I apologize to Hunter Patterson! I had to move from Greenville SC to Charlotte NC over the 4th of July weekend and she saved me big time! I was originally scheduled to pick up a 15 uhaul from Comfort Storage on East Butler Road that Saturday morning, however when I got there they informed me that they didnt have it. Needless to say I was furious and feeling a bit overwhelmed. The lady sent me to this location however they did not have a 15 truck either. Hunter could see that I was feeling a bit emotional at that point so she pleaded me not to go anywhere cause she was gonna figure something out... and that she did. She stated that they had a 20 truck which I was a lil unsure about driving but when she brought me back there to see the size that really calmed my nerves. Not only did she get me a truck she gave me a great deal which is very appreciated. Thank you so much for your kindness... youre awesome Hunter!

All I can say is, Hunter is the absolute best. She knows what customer service is all about. I had so many questions and she answered every one of them and then based on my questions she determined what I needed as far as my move and storage needs and she was spot on. We just moved from Chicago to Greenville and couldnt be happier with the service we got from Hunter at Space Shop. My wife and I had read the reviews and were both impressed by how many people were talking about how helpful Hunter was in getting everything setup. I can honestly say, they were correct. She is an absolute gem! The site is easily accessible for large moving trucks and they had extra blankets available to purchase to allow us to squeeze everything we had into a 10x10. I cant complain about anything!

Cutting my locks during Covid for being behind ONE MONTH; when I have had the unit for THREE YEARS.Never been behind before, never paid laid. Always had no problems.Even spoke to the property manager Hunter, was assured I would be okay until this is over with. Receive a email not even 15 days later with multiple late fees on my account (fees hunter said that would be waived) AND them saying myLocks would be cut. Mind you I live in another state that is locked down and can not just come to South Carolina on a whim.Corporations true colors came out during this Pandemic.Here’s to wasting 2k+ on a storage unit that they cut the lock on for ONE month of nonpayment (when we had an agreement) after having it for 3 years.What a joke.Do not use these con artists.

I rented from this self storage facility for almost two years! It is incredibly clean and well managed. Never saw any bugs, dirt or cobwebs....EVER! It is in a very convenient location and each time I had to visit, it was well lit and always felt very safe. Access is also very user friendly. The staff was always polite and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them!

If you’re ever looking for Somewhere to store things if it’s a car, truck or boat or just house hold items whatever it maybe I recommend that you use space shop self storage on Woodruff road, this place is really awesome friendly courteous staff and the atmosphere is just wonderful. How’s the price ? Glad you ask they are great for the size that you need and plus very and i mean very clean and organized, 24 hour access the place where you and your belongings are safe. When it was time for me to move sounds crazy but I did not want to leave great job ladies and the thanks a lot.

My family and I stored belongings here for almost 2 1/2 years while we were out of the country. The office staff was extremely helpful and courteous during that entire time. The location is excellent. Access on and off the property was never a problem, as you are able to exit at a traffic light on Butler Road onto Woodruff. Security is fantastic. Our unit was clean, and we never had any problem with pests, etc. We highly recommend this storage facility, and we would definitely rent from them again ourselves in the future!

When the ownership changed I was really concerned that I would not get the same service but I have to say Hunter goes above and beyond to take care of me and my work packages. This is the absolute BEST storage facility in the area! I have been a customer of several others in the past and I found this one 2 years ago. Denise and her staff are THE BEST part of leasing here!!! She is always so super friendly and makes my day every time I see her!! Shes got a huge place to manage, and she is always running around cleaning something, fixing something, etc. she is an extremely hard worker.
