This cell phone case shop is great. Dont listen to the Karens who tell you otherwise. Just because you have a phone case doesnt 100% guarantee your phone wont get damaged it aint an extra layer of protection. Some cases are designed to just look cool and not provide adequate protections others snap together around the phone for optimal protection. The review on here stating that the case broke her phone is obviously not true cases dont break phones people break phones by dropping them or bumping them. Cases are just cases they are designed to cushion a phones fall but if it falls on concrete or a hard surface other than a carpet the risk of damage goes up drastically case or not. It is not the sellers fault if your phone breaks its your own. Keep up the great work Cell Image you guys are great.

This seller is selling counterfit products and guarantee. It caused our new $800 phone to be damaged. When confronted he told me he bought them from the asians and thats there problem. I asked for my money back, only $40, and he refused. So, I have made a police report, contacted the true company who sells the item, and will report to the other proper authorities as well as mall management. H e is selling plastic in place of tempered glass screen protectors and we had it verified that it is plastic. The name on the box says Zizo Bolt Case with tempered glass and the company has a certification for sellers. The company sells good products and Cell Image is ruining that reputation, not to mention its illegal!!!! I looked at another product of the same before confronting him and it also had the plastic cover inside. I would think Greenwood mall will investigate immediately because they cant allow fake products to be sold. We bought our Samsung plus 8 from the mall as well and if something is not done we will no longer shop at the mall because now we have to replace the whole phone because the merchandise was counterfit just 3 days after purchasing.
