My iPhone would not ring and I could not talk with anyone who contacted me. It could be repaired within 3 days but I was out of town and needed to be able to communicate. I purchased a new iPhone. It was suggested to purchase the next model and I did. It cost less than any other iPhone and served my purpose. CPR rep was professional and all data was downloaded in a timely fashion. I like the fact that I was not pressured to buy a more expensive phone.

These guys are the best. I came in to have my phone checked for the earbud connection and they took care of it within a minute or two and no charge. Plus they have great prices on refurbished phones and work on desktops too. They also sell accessories.

Went in for a front and back screen repair (which I did receive) however, upon getting my phone back the Face ID recognition was not working. I took my phone back into the shop and they did a software update to attempt to recover the Face ID but even then it was not fixed and I was never given an exact answer on whether it could or couldn’t be fully fixed.As a paying customer I just find it a bit frustrating that something that was not previously broken on my phone before taking it in was returned to me broken and unfixable. As well since getting my screens repaired my phone has disabled itself on numerous occasions. Today, just walking across the hall from room to room, my phone disabled for 5 minutes (I didn’t even attempt to unlock it in this time frame of walking across rooms). For getting my screens repaired, I was not expecting so many other problems to arise. This entire situation has been frustrating and a big hassle.I appreciate the company trying to work out the situation but as the customer, I feel as if this problem shouldn’t have come about to being with.

Very friendly and answers all questions. They are patient and take their time with each customer and go over exactly what will be done to your phone how much it will cost and how long it will take. My phone didnt end up taking longer than they expected and they probably should have charged me for that time but they charged me for the rate they told me to fix it. which they repair my screen and it still wont cut on and that was because I had bent the motherboard inside of it and they were able to actually fix that and did not charge me extra and they said must have a really hard fall, but I shut it in the engine Hood.they were actually the only place houses three in greenwood that could fix my phone it was a LG k92 one of the location said they didnt even have material to fix screen. Im the other one said it would be at least a week on repairs but CPR so they have it same day or next day which they did have my screen repair the next day but they went a step beyond and figured out why my phone was not cutting on and repaired other parts for me at no cost and I really appreciate them going the extra mile and fixing my phone.They keep in contact through email or phone and are very professional and nice. I even called and got the quote over the phone and paid half for the deposit over the phone so they could order the screen in and have it there next day and was able to drop my phone off next day. Very trustworthy.

In medicine, CPR is only effective about 44% of the time when performed by professionals on adults in a hospital. Based on my experience with CPR Cell Phone Repair in Greenwood, theyre okay with those odds. I called them because my phone was having problems when taking video. I spoke with a technician over the phone to describe the problem and he told me the best solution would be to have a new camera installed. I paid half up front and he ordered the part. After replacing the part we observed the issue hadnt been resolved. Jacob, the technician, told me they could try a different replacement camera in case it was a defective replacement or they could issue a refund and put my old part back in. This is where the manager, Chris, came in. Chris said they couldnt give a full refund. He refused to refund more than $65 and kept the rest as cost of labor. This is a company that sells a service. You dont get to charge for that service if you cant actually do what you said you would. They couldnt fulfil their end of the deal and they still made $60 off of me. Spend your money elsewhere, Chris at CPR doesnt care if youre taken care of as long as they get paid.

Been here 2 different times for iPhone repair and they have done an outstanding job. My only complaint is I didn’t come here the first time I needed my screen replaced and went to bulbs and batteries instead. They didn’t stand good for their screen. So I had to get it replaced the second time by CPR and they have a better quality screen, better warranty, and outstanding customer service.

The store opens at 10:30. I was there today at 10:50 am, lights on, open sign on and doors LOCKED!!!

I needed a new battery for my iPhone and everyone in town was charging an extra $20-$25 just to change it and this place was the cheapest in town and they changed it for no extra charge we’ve used them several times for x boxes and such and screen repairs always happy with the service we get.

I am new to Greenwood and was needing battery replacement on my cell phone. I just called the store to get a price to get a new battery in my pixel XL phone. The guy disclosed that he would have to take the screen off and if it cracked it would cost me additional $55. If my screen is not broken before you do the repair how is it my responsibility if you break it doing the repair? I explained to him that my 2 boys had their batteries replaced in Greenville and there was no problems or mention of cracking the screen. His response to that is if youre more comfortable taking it there then go ahead. So I guess Ill take it to Greenville where they know what theyre doing.
