This is the third time I’ve brought my car in for issues with the rear drivers side tire. I get that Cardinal didn’t put a nail in my tire (twice) but it also feels odd that I’ve got brand new tires and I’ve never had this issue with a car before. It also took 2 hours today to get the hole plugged. Then, in the way home, the low tire warning went off again. I called and they suggested a calibration reset so I tried that rather than spend two more hours there. The repair was covered under my warranty but that’s the only silver lining. I’m honestly pretty frustrated with the whole experience.
Needed my splash plate reattached and a recall done . Cardinal did it fast and free of charge. Could not be happier with the service, the speed and the generosity. Thank you, Cardinal Honda, you killed it!

I stopped by on somewhat of a whim b/c I knew it was about time for a new car, and I had heard about the Honda HRV. The salesperson was very helpful without being high pressure, and I ended up putting a deposit on the car that day and purchasing it the next day. The process was very quick and mostly painless, and I got a great deal on a brand new car, along with a very fair trade in on my old car. Everyone was friendly and very efficient.

Just had our 2015 Civic in for service last week. I was very happy with the service received. Our Service Advisor Arnold was respectful, knowledgeable, and transparent. He kept us posted, gave us realistic expectations and delivered. He was able to answer all my questions with detailed, yet easy to understand answers. I used to be a Service Advisor and am currently working in fleet management, so I believe I have somewhat higher standards then most and Arnold and the service department matched and exceeded my expectations. If the car had been washed / vacuumed (which I did not ask for or expect) I would rate 5 stars. Overall, Very satisfied with the Service Department.

We drove 1 and a half hours to test drive a car that we had booked an appointment for. When we got there, the car had already been sold, which is understandable, but it was unprofessional that they didn’t contact us to let us know that the vehicle had been sold, even after confirming our appointment earlier that day. Poor customer service.
Traveling all way from Colorado in my CR-V I needed an oil change. After calling several dealers in the area who were unable to take me on short notice, I called Cardinal and they were able to get me in first thing the following morning. Less than $50 for an oil change, complete inspection and a much needed car wash. Friendly, fast and professional service!
Horrendous! Purchased a certified pre-owned H-rv. Girlfriend went in for first free oil change and they raked her over the coals and almost charged her for her free oil change, charged her to rotate and balance her wheels (not lifetime service like every other tire shop in America...) then charged her for a visual brake inspection and made her pay for a Transmission service at over $150 MORE than every other shop I called. This all after she had to wait nearly two months for a second key (as guaranteed by the certified pre-owned designation) and three months for a cracked interior panel (which is also as guaranteed by the CPO). BUYER BEWARE!!!

Her personality is so welcoming and helpful. She is true and honest. She guided us the whole way showing us all about our dream car and what to do to make it happen. I bc wish I caught the name of the service person I dealt with. I know he was from Nebraska. What a breath of fresh air he was. He was competent, friendly, answered my concerns promptly and knowing that cost was a concern, and guided me to make the best choices for my vehicle. I had been putting off some things from previous oil changes. He was not pushy and ultimately made my visit so easy. He deserves to be recognized. The previous service techs were ok but not like him. He truly is a people person who takes pride in his job.
Absolutely terrible service, would not recommend this place at all. Got a call my car was ready, and they proceeded to have me wait over an hour just to pay. Extremely rude people who obviously don’t care about their customers. These people should NOT be operating, they are corrupt and proceeded to charge me for services that were not done.

Stopped by to inquire about new car purchasing process (Im buying a new Ridgeline, just need to select the dealership). Very busy, but not a problem there, I dont mind. When salesperson freed up, she spent our entire conversation (less than 2 mins) refuting what Id heard on the phone from a different dealership. I dont doubt she was right, but I could have thought of 10 different ways to handle it. As a salesperson myself Im embarrassed for them. Guess Ill buy the new Ridgeline for someone else. Too bad, because their reviews seem really good.
I just bought used Honda CRV 2016 certified with 182 points inspection. I went home and I started reading the papers and I did not fined any paper about the oil change I called the service department and someone said we did the oil change but we do not provide any paper work so I got suspicious, next day I open the hood and I spotted mouse nest in engine behind the valve cover so I went to Honda today and I met the sales person and I show him the pictures, he was going back and forth and at the end no body approaches me they tried to blame each other for there own failure, so how this is possible the certified mechanic did 182 points inspection but could not see the hazard material in the engine compartment, so to me he never check anything just filled out the paper because think about just to count to 182 takes you some time forget to check every single one .I tall them about the breaks, the car has 38k miles and they didnt have any record for breaks to be changedTo many managers at cardinal Honda but no body have a solution in my case probably because I speak with an accent and I do not know much about the carsSo put it this wayHonda makes the car and have a good reputation for their hard workThe sales person works hard to sale that car because of a competition an byawy the sales person was Vincent real value to the company, was my first time there and was not planning to buy a car that daySo what cardinal Honda does as a dealer just the service and in my case that service fail . I am so lucky I save my self and my family because next week we have to go to Pennsylvania in middle of summer with a flammable material in a side of a hot engine
Disappointing service experience. I made an appointment to bring my Civic Si in for the B service including oil change, tire rotation, as well as to check brake status. I dropped the vehicle off early morning and received a call mid day from the service rep, who mentioned the brake rotors both front and back needed to be machined, as well as replace brake pads. I elected to have this work done and replace the brake pads. I later received a call once the service work was completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. Upon returning, the service rep went down the list of work completed and I presented a Cardinal Honda promotional ticket for $199.00 brake service for my particular vehicle with the promotion even matching my VIN. He hesitated and mentions that this promotion ticket must be presented before the service ticket/ invoice is completed in order to be processed. How is this possible if the vehicle was dropped off for the day, yet at that time it had not even been determined if the brakes needed to be serviced in any manner? Once I was notified of the vehicle being ready, the service ticket was also completed prior to my arrival. Additionally, as mentioned the vehicle was brought in for a tire rotation. Upon returning home, I noticed several other issues. Two wheels had scratches on their machine finished surface, presumably from mishandling upon removal for brake work. I also noticed that the tires had not even been rotated, a service that I was charged for. Bottom line, be very careful bringing your vehicle to Cardinal Honda. Ultimately, they did not complete service that was requested and charged for, meanwhile damaging my wheels in the process.
After a less than desirable experience across town, we drove to Cardinal Honda already frustrated and annoyed. However, the minute we arrived the mood changed. Kenny was our sales person and he was lovely, knowledgeable, helpful and completely at ease. Such a pleasure to deal with! No high pressure sales pitch here just great customer care and honest help finding the right vehicle for you! The entire atmosphere is different here, everyone is smiling and helpful, I understand the business model is different at Cardinal and it shows. The finance manager was also great and boy was he busy! We were so impressed!!! I hope to drive my passport for many years, but you can be sure when I’m ready to buy again it will be from Cardinal :)

Found a car within our price range, told us we had to put the $1000 to see if we can get approved and said needed the $1000 from us to show to the bank we had the money. But when it came to the bank to approve us, they they said bank approved us for $3000 down... which we didnt have. Bringing to question why did they have to take $1000 from us to begin with? And still havent received the $1000 back in my account, putting us out on any other potential car shopping.
I have really enjoyed the service here especially when I bought my Honda CR-V. I was super impressed because I have never bought a car and when Im about to leave they clap and cheer that I bought a car here. It made me smile like I was doing something great. Ive never felt like that Ive made a good choice when buying something.. I felt good about it and they take care of your car and make sure its up to date. Just sometimes when cleaning my car they dont do a through enough job as I like..but I still think this place is a great place to buy a car. The service department is really outstanding and they stand by there quotes. They always drive my car up for me and they always make a call the next day to see if I was satisfied. If I wasnt they do what they can to fix it. I always go home feeling I made a good choice buying a car there.Love the new waiting area on the service side. Very nice setup. You drive in the garage. No one told me what to do. So I drove up and waited for someone to come out, but they didnt. Finally someone saw me waiting n said I had to drive up close enough for the garage door to open. Then you drive to the stop sign. They check you in. Then you go to this beautiful waiting room. It was not covid friendly through n I tried to find a chair in the corner by itself. Then I noticed not all staff was wearing a 😷.. scary. Kept to myself as best as possible and got to look around and they put in which looks like a electric fishtank but looks real. It was nice to watch.Liked the service from buying my car I brought my son so he could get the same experience. Which didnt happen at all, but still like their cars.

Purchased a 2021 Pilot today and could not be happier. We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Our Sales professional, Peter, was friendly, thorough and very knowledgable of all the vehicles. He took his time and we didn’t feel rushed deciding between the Passport and Pilot. Two days ago I received a letter for an airbag and cv axle recall on my car from Honda. I called Cardinal Honda for an appointment. I spoke to someone about getting a loaner car to take to work which the letter said was free and I was asked if I wanted a Honda civic or HRV. I told them the civic was fine and they went ahead and reserved it for me. Yesterday I show up to drop my car off and the lady tells me she doesnt have any vehicles available. Instead of them asking me to step into the waiting area they begin to argue among themselves infront of me about how theyre going to get me a car when they dont have any to loan out. They eventually figure it out and put me in a used Hyundai Tucson. No problem, I take it to work and then home. This morning I go to pick up my vehicle. I put the key in the door and noticed its unlocked already. I open the door and the drivers floor mat is shoved under the pedals, my steering wheel cover is all twisted up, dirty, and my dash is unaligned. The supervisor takes a look at it and brings it back to the shop and 2 min. later comes back and says the clips werent all the way in. The dash still doesnt look like it did before. This dealer did not make me feel welcomed at all and although I wasnt a paying customer the least they could have done is left my car the way it came in.

If I could rate them zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for service for my van online. I received an email receipt of the appointment and two email confirmations of the appointment. I arranged my day to ensure I could be at the appointment. I arrived at the dealership and it appeared to be closed. I called and there was no answer. I emailed and received no response. It has been two days since the appointment was supposed to happen and I just now received a voicemail from someone in service who spoke too fast. No apology, no explanation. I’m not even going to bother calling back. Seriously bad first impression if I’m supposed to be trusting you with the vehicle I drive my children around in.
Edit May 2021After a about a year and a half I opened up my hood to see the beautiful blue green mosaic of my battery cables being eaten by the battery acids are photos. Upon inspection the negative clamp was rather loose and either no or wrong grease was applied to the battery terminals. See photosAgain quick to try to upsell you on the service but apparently not that great at it.Original review:Visited to have my battery replaced since it died in the single digits temperatures so I only dealt with service. Unfortunately it took them couple of hours to replace it but that was expected. In the process they also done all of the recall work that was needed for my car.Unfortunately the service manager decided to try to upsell me on couple of services when calling that my car was ready and he was visibly taken aback when I told him that all of those things he mentioned were already done on previous maintenance.

We had to wait for a week, but Derrick ensured we can get the 2021 model at the same price. Very happy with the sales. I was looking for a possible used car for my daughter who lives in CT after I moved out of state and so I had to work by phone with one of your agents to talk about what my options are and what was in my price range. She was awesome to work with! Gave me all the details I needed so that I could make an informed decision and it wasnt one of those high pressure sales job. Doing this from a distance is not easy but working with Jenn Turck made it much simpler and helped me to know what I wanted and what I didnt want for the next car for my college aged daughter. To begin there is a big difference between a certified used honda and a honda certified used honda.The certified used honda they sold me needed new tires, brake pads, and rotors 4000 miles after i drove it off the lot.I dont think such underhandedness is unique within the used car market but still if you want to avoid potential hidden costs, and a dealer that does not operates in good faith perhaps try a different establishment.

Went to get ONE thing taken care of and Arnold thought it would be a good idea to put glue on the window washer hose, which wasnt what we wanted done, to fix it. That is not how to fix anything on a car at a dealership! At least tell the owner what you are doing and we could tell you NO! I complained to Arnold and all he could say was,I thought I was doing the right thing. I wanted to talk to his boss and he was suppose to call but that didnt happen and I had to call and he didnt even apologize for the error. I dont think we will be going back there for any type of service any more. So dissatisfied.The response that has been posted is NOT correct. Arnold didnt apologize when I called, he just kept saying, I thought I was doing the right thing, and neither did the manager whom I HAD TO CALL the next day! They made it right for us on Monday because he F-ed it up. My husband did inform me that he apologized when he brought the car in to be fixed and SHOWED him what was done. Wouldnt have been a problem if he did this the FIRST time we went in.
I went for a recall airbag on a 2003 honda, made an appointment when I got there they were friendly attending me quick nice waiting room upstairs with snacks & coffee good places to go
