This is my 3rd time coming back for customer work and damages to my vehicle and they are so awesome with their costumers and amazing at repairs. I am going to take my car here whenever I need repairs or custom work done. 5 stars doesnt do them justice

I truly believe Ive found the best auto body shop in the Columbus area.While waiting for a small dent in my Tesla to be done for over a month because we were waiting for a $13 part. (It was totally Teslas fault) I really appreciated the way Yumiko always kept in touch every few days. The companys devotion to customer service is unparalleled.When I got the car back, it was absolutely flawless.While hoping I dont need another dent repaired, Integrity Plus will always be my first choice.I will be bringing the Maybach in the photo for some custom paintwork though.

The owner is very rude. I thought I was going to have to defend myself against an attack from him.

I was able to find and drive to this place, but Integrity changed their address, that took me another 5 minutes to locate their office even though it was next building.

I first used Integrity Plus Auto Body because it was recommended by my insurance agent after my car was damaged in a parking lot. I have been back twice to have other repairs done because of the quality of their work and their excellent customer service.I would recommend Integrity Plus Auto Body to anyone looking for an honest company that stands behind their work.

They gave a good detailed estimate, very forthcoming about conditions that could potentially arise.

What a great way to conduct business. I met with the owner yesterday morning before work hours. I thought I could just sneak in and drop my car off to them after being two days late for my drop-off. However, met at the door by a young man who said he could direct me to where my keys needed dropped. To my suprise, the owner apeared. He took my keys, answered my questions and made me feel welcome. I was confident my car was in good hands. I was right. The owner told me my car would be done by Tuesday of next week however, I recieved a call the next day that my car was ready. He advised me of my warranties and gave me my keys. Oh, almost forgot. The shop was closed when I picked up the keys. He had made special arrangements just for me; not once, but twice! Here’s what I’m saying...the world needs people like these guys. Lets support them. All I’m saying is it felt like family!
