I brought my car in after someone did a hit and run. They got me schedule soon as possible and they also provided a rental car for me. I have to wait and I got my car back within 2 weeks. They were so professional and updated me on everything and if anything was wrong they got Fixed immediately. I would especially like to express my gratitude for Eric. he was very patient with me and make sure that I had nothing to worry about. Plus he put me on to some new tv shows lol. The mechanics we’re very nice too. I would definitely suggest this place for sure.

This team was AMAZING! It all started when I swerved to miss an impaired driver and hit a stop sign. The next day I called and Spoke to Eric. This man was more than professional, he answered all of my questions and even handled talking to my insurance company and getting me a rental through them as well!They kept me up to date with the repairs and when I picked it up, took the time to clean off some old paint I spilled on a leather seat. This is my 3rd or 4th time using Precise and I wont go anywhere else. Each time, they have been professional, informative and just overall a pleasure to work with.Someone sideswiped us and both passenger side doors needed replaced along with the front and rear fender panels. Liz and Eric were phenomenal to work with. They spoke with the other persons insurance company and worked with them to get a rental. Liz had everything arranged for me, it was super easy. Then, Eric kept me informed the whole time about the repairs the car needed and when it would be ready. Picked it up this morning and it looks fantastic! Everything matches perfectly, the car was cleaned inside and out and I was able to leave the rental there.If I ever need body work, this is the only place Ill go. Id recommend them to anyone!!

Just happened to be driving by one day and noticed the assortment of high-end luxury cars they were doing repairs to, so I decided to stop in and get an estimate for some insurance work. I started out very skeptical when I was first contacted by Liz. After some thought I decided to send my car here to be fixed. I am very pleased that I did! They did a great job of painting the car, I was very impressed seeing as how they had to paint the whole front clip and in black. (Black being, from my understanding the hardest color to paint and make look good) Now by no means are they perfect, but they lived up to all their promises. I waited to write my review in case there was any warranty work needing done within the first few weeks. I think warranty/return work can really set a business apart. I had some mechanical issues that they did not see while it was in the shop. I called them to let them know, they towed the car back, repaired the issue and brought the car back to me. As I said though, no one is perfect. Call backs seemed to be a struggle, they did call you back but never when they said. It was always 2-3 days later, I dont mind it being 2-3 days before I get a call back. Just dont say youll call me tomorrow or call me Monday and then never call. Everyone that I spoke to which included Liz, Jules, and Eric were all very professional. I hope I never need body work done again, but if I do I will definitely be bringing it to them!

They called me after I filed a claim with my insurance from hitting a deer. They offered to pick up my car, get me a loaner vehicle, and said they would drop my car back to me when it was completed. They told me they get a discount on parts and apply that discount towards my deductible and that my car would be detailed, too. When they picked up my car (on a Friday), there were 5 people ahead of me on a waiting list for a loaner car. I was told by Tuesday or Wednesday they should have one. They didn’t. Then they told me Friday, Saturday at the latest. Nothing. Didn’t even hear from them until the following week on Tuesday when I CALLED THEM. I was told that someone would be calling me back in the next couple days because I was “next on the list.” On Thursday I got a call from Jules that they had a car coming back that day and could have it to me on Friday. Then she tells me my car should be done Saturday, then says Friday, then says she’ll call me back to let me know. Friday morning I get a call from my insurance telling me they just got off the phone with them and they were told Monday or Tuesday. This is 2 weeks after they’ve had the car. Another week passes and I don’t hear anything. The next Monday, I get a call asking when I’m able to pick the car up because they need to get it in for detailing beforehand. I told them I was out of town and didn’t know the day I would be back, but it wouldn’t be until the following week. Never got a call saying it was done. Everyday for 4 days they called wanting to know if I was back in town yet. This week when I returned home, I called to tell them that I was back and when I would be available for them to drop the car off . Jules got an attitude with me because the car had been done for almost two weeks and I hadn’t picked it up, saying they were going to charge me a storage fee. I -not so kindly - informed her that they would not be charging me a storage fee because they never called to tell me the car was finished AND they agreed before even taking the car from my possession that they would be picking it up and dropping it off to me after completion. Today, after it was dropped off, I started to get inside and noticed that nothing had been touched inside to be cleaned. Everything was exactly as I left it. For all the headache that this company caused, I could rather have paid the $300 they “saved” me and taken it to a local shop. Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional people. They will not get my money again. Oh, and I never got my loaner car. I lost out on a lot of OT at work because I didn’t have a car to get to and from. Thanks a lot precise. You guys truly are world class POS.

These guys had the upmost respect that I have ever seen. Talked me through everything and stayed to their word. My wife was involved in a hit and run. I met with Jim and he was super helpful. He gave us an estimate that was very reasonable and wasnt worth going through my insurance. When we dropped it off for repair the vehicle was finished when they said it would. The paint on the bumper matched up perfectly and couldnt tell it was ever hit. I will use them again if I ever need more work done!

Overall very satisfied! I had damage to my front passenger side and needed work done. Within one day, Liz called asking for my business. What she was telling me they would do for me such as pay my deductible, was almost too good to be true! They kept in touch with me and even sent a tow truck to my enterprise location because I was unable to bring my car to their facility. I dented my car and chipped the paint also. I went to four places around grove city to get estimates for repairs. I chose this place not only based on the price but also because of the friendliness of the employees. The paint job was flawless. It looks like I never even dented my car! Precise Collision and Glass did an amazing job on my vehicle. I had a string of bad luck and was in two not at fault accidents within a weeks time span. I was backed into in the front of my vehicle and then I was rear ended. I had already been talking to Precise Collision and Glass about my first accident when the second accident happened. They got me in quick, got me a rental car, and had my vehicle repaired more quickly than I ever expected. It looks good as new and there is a lifetime warranty on what they did. Do not take your car to this place. They lie and lie and lie! I had a small accident and they kept my car more than one month for the repair. I was calling every week and they were telling me it will be ready in two days, next week, ... Just do yourself a favor and find another body shop!

I struck a deer with my 2018 Tundra. My truck has a sports trim and was very nervous about finding a company that could make it look like the accident never happened. My local body shop couldnt get me in until mid January and Precise got me in almost immediately. The also paid my deductible, picked my truck up, fixed and detailed my truck, and returned it! Im nearly an hour from the shop! I highly recommend Precise and if I ever need body work done again, Ill be a return customer.

My car door was hit in a parking lot and the damage was pretty significant. Of course the person who hit my car didn’t leave their information 😤. So I had to get it fixed through my insurance, they let me pick a body shop. I honestly picked Precision because they were close to my house. WONDERFUL! If I could give this company 6 stars I would. When I had trouble with my rear window, I got several assessments done & in the end they fixed it for $500 LESS than the next lowest quote. Not only that, they were extremely professional & so nice. The cherry on top was when they gave me a rental vehicle completely for FREE for as long as they had my car. No one ever wants to go to a collision repair shop but these guys gave me an excellent experience in going over the repairs needed and providing a detailed explanation of the estimate. I wasn’t having my repairs go thru my insurance so I was worried that the cost was going to be incredibly high. To my surprise it was extremely affordable and the condition I got my car back in was as good as the day I first bought it. These guys are a quality bunch and I highly recommend them for any collision needs. I hope I don’t need there services again but if I do there definitely going to be my destination for any auto body repairs.

I love love love these guys!!!!!! Now that’s out the way let me explain why. I live in Cincinnati and was an accident so naturally I called my insurance and they set me up with an auto body shop so boom I drop my car off and I’m prepared to pay my deductible even tho I wasn’t at fault I didn’t want to haggle with the other persons insurance so I went about my business. A day later I’m grabbing some food and I get this call from an out of city number I almost declined it but instead I answered and it was Liz calling me to offer their service. I was skeptical for 1 these guys are located over an hour away why would they want to service my car for 2 they offered to pay my deductible who does that and for 3 my car was already being serviced so I was really hesitant but I went out on a limb and gave them a shot. They picked my car up from the other auto body shop paid them for whatever work they started towed it to their shop and began the work. I had a lot of people telling me i wasn’t making the best decision but I stuck with my gut. Fast forward to now and all promises were kept my car is fixed they paid my deductible cleaned my car inside and out gave me some tickets to cedar point as a show of appreciation and converted them to the cash value because we wouldn’t make it there in time and finally they returned my car to my city and I’m ecstatic I couldn’t be more happy these guys are true to their word every person I spoke to has awesome customer service I think the guys name was Tim and I also spoke with Jules they were all awesome. for this to be a thing that sounded too good to be true it was true don’t listen to that little Voice that will try and discourage you just trust them I was able to contact Liz whenever I felt nervous and she reassured me every step of the way these guys take care or you like you are family they go above and beyond

It was a magical experience. I happened to unfortunately bend my back passenger door in half (mainly because I don’t drive from the backseat, and forgot about it). I’m not sure what kind of wands they used but they summoned me a sweet Lincoln (the kind Matthew McConaughey drives - and most likely Matthew’s actual automobile), and the Lincoln logo lights up on the ground. Very useful for when you aren’t sure if your shoelace is tied! However, when I picked up my ride, the gentlemen at Auto Collision and Glass had completely unbent my door as if the whole thing never happened. They showed me that my newly fixed door could open and shut and I was in awe! Like seeing a door open for the first time. I was so excited. 1 star is not even deserved for the horrible quality of work done by this body shop. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from here. I had first come in to get my front quarter fender replaced. When i came to pick the car up the paint did not even come close to remotely being the same color as the rest of the car. They said they would make it right and they tried. When i came back the second time the paint looked like orange peels and had dirt specs all over. Again they tried to make it right and failed. This time they re painted the whole entire passenger side of my car to get everything right. When i came to pick it up this time the paint still had dirt in it and they tried to buff it all out, Also my door was missing clips and did not open from the inside. They buffed the paint until getting it decent and fixed the door. At this point i took the car and left unsatisfied i didnt want to keep coming back, at this point it had been weeks and i was over it. This was months ago and i am still dealing with the terrible job they did . My bumper is literally hanging on by a thread i found multiple clips missing. I went ahead and fixed it myself just so i would not have to deal with this place ever again.

Me & my husband was traveling through route 31 to Grove City & a deer ran out and hit the right side fender of our truck, Wasnt too bad but the fender was damaged. I found Auto Collision & Glass on my 3rd attempt to getting it fixed until we returned back home & The entire staff was Absolutely Fabulous!!! Ms Jules made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. The mechanic guy was very professional and he fixed my fender to the point that it doesnt even look like it was hit by a deer. I would highly recommend Auto Collision & Glass to anyone who is in need of auto body repair. Thank you Guys😉

Liz with Auto Collision and Glass / Precise Collision and Glass made contact with me after filing an auto claim with eSurance. They offered free rental, coverage of my $500 deductible, free pick up / drop off, and detailing of my vehicle. I took a leap of faith and chose to use their services. Once the entire process was complete I have nothing but positive things to say regarding my experience and the repair of my GMC Sierra. Though I did not need the rental due to having rental coverage on my insurance coverage; however, they did meet every other expectation in which they set into my mind. The repairs to my truck are complete and overall I am extremely satisfied.

Beware. Will promise you every thing and deliver on none of it. Had my vehicle almost a month and even after a bit of a rough start kept making promises with no intention of keeping them. They will not call and keep you updated. I had to seek out information on repair status. Then super excited about getting my vehicle back, not even a block down the road notice its not fixed. Took it back and they end up taking to a 3rd repair shop to redo this repair. Go back then next evening to pick it up and getting onto the freeway the vehicle is still out of alignment. Gave up at that moment. Took it to the dealership and had them check it out and at least make sure it was safe to drive. Chalking it up to lesson learned.

Debbie was extremely helpful -- she got our car in to the shop right away. Our car was repaired well and looks like new. Very convenient -- we just dropped the rental car off there when we picked up our car. They dealt with the insurance company too. Highly recommend.

Warren Price deserves 5 gold stars. We had a wrecked vehicle and I as dealing with another company who was rude, mislead me and the experience was horrible. I then came across Warren who regardless if I kept my business there or took it else where helped me through one of the toughest issues ever. Warren contacted me when he said he was going to and kept his word on anything he told me he was going to do. I don’t even know where to start with this place! First of all, Eric was awesome. This was my first car accident and I wasn’t sure what I was doing. He assured me he would take car of everything in regards to the estimate and repairs through my insurance company and the other insurance company. Not only did he initially take care of all of that he was there for me when I had a breakdown about the other insurance company saying I was partiality at fault which was crazy. He explained he would reach out to see what he could find out but also helped to where I didn’t owe anything out of pocket even though I should have had to pay my deductible to get the repairs started. They gave me a loaner car while my car was getting worked on at no additional cost to me so I could get to and from work and anything else I needed to do. They made sure I was taken care of and so was my car which also now has a life time warranty to the parts that were fixed and replaced, so that’s cool! I thought this place was too good to be true and there had to be a catch when it was referred to me but it was exactly how it was explained and everything was told to me up front and nothing was hidden. Just all around great service and great experience!

They were amazingly quick and very professional and cleaned out my car and fixed my bumper perfectly! Highly recommend them!

Love this place! Everyone is so polite and genuinely helpful. I was in an accident and had my car towed by a different company. While there, I felt very uneasy about the service so when Liz from auto collision and glass called and assured me theyd take care of my car, I quickly switched. They went through such a hassle getting my car from the other collision company but Liz was firm and got the job done. My car was totaled and when I went to go get my things, the entire staff was great! Once again, very polite and eager to assist, if needed! I would highly recommend this company! Thanks guys!!

I just got my 2018 mustang and someone rear ended me at a light. After considering several other shops I realized that Auto Collision and Glass was far better and offered a much more pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff at ACG and especially Liz for reaching out to me. My car looks great and I couldn’t be happier.

I would give no stars if i could. My moms car was in a place that towed her car after a accident. They were holding it there until the next day for the people who were going to fix it to pick it up. Well this place decided to go pick up my mother’s car WITHOUT HER AUTHORIZATION. For a day or so we didn’t know where her car is. They finally called my mom LIZ TO BE EXACT and told her they had her car. She told them she never gave authorization to pick up her car so why did they have it. LIZ admitted they never got authorization to pick her car up but was going to send her a email. No email was ever sent. She tried to sweet talk my mom to keep her car there and let them do the work. They kept on telling my mom lies. Then even though they picked up the car without our permission they wouldn’t give her the car back. So our insurance wrote them a check and we had spoke to Liz again and she said everything was taken care of to have our car picked up well the next day when the towing place arrived to pick up the car they wouldn’t give it to them and called my mom and told her she had to pay $373 for administrative fees and then she could finally have her car. Now they are making up unnecessary fees for her to get her car back. I would never recommend this place.

Provided me with immediate assistance. Gave me a loaner car. Eric and Jim at shop run it really well. Take extra care of customers. Work with any insurance company comfortably.

They repaired the damage on my car good as new, were really friendly and helpful the whole time, and actually waived my deductible so I literally didnt have to pay anything out of pocket!! They set up the rental and even offered to put me in a loaner car should my grace rental period though my insurance run out!I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for repairs and would absolutely go back if something like this ever happened again (knock on wood)!(Thanks Debbie and Eric for all your hard work and help!)
