I have brought more than one car to the shop for repair and have been consistently happy with the result. The level of service is the best in the area. He has always underpromised and over delivered

First time I used them. I had issues with my Range Rover, these guys were very friendly, flexible and fast.

I got stuck out of town when my car died and so I called D&S based on their BBB A+ rating as I didnt know the area. Not only were they polite and professional, but they were able to tow my car right away. They did a rapid diagnosis, got my parts and gave me a solid estimate. Being from out of town and having to leave my car at an unfamiliar garage was stressful. Dave was polite, sympathetic, fair and honest. He gave me a great price on all the work and did it on time and right on the estimate. He was readily available by phone every time I called and got right back to me as promised. I highly recommend G&S Auto Repair for quick, accurate, fair and honest work.

My wifes alternator went on her Volvo as she was driving. This happened on a 4th of July Sunday and they were still able to get my car in and fix it within a reasonable time frame of a day-and-a-half (had to order the part)! Not enough superlatives to categorize these guys and the job they did. The bottom line is they are honest, kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable as a business and more importantly as people. They always have your budget in mind. Use these guys with peace of mind!

Why four stars and not five? First, Dave is a very honest and pleasant person who will offer you ways to check out your own vehicle to save you money; even going so far as to trying to fix small things quickly to keep you from having to chalk up a large bill. If he cant do that, hell get you in and out as quickly as possible. There is one other mechanic there (whose name is Brandon and not the S in DandS, which was an attempt to bring in his Son, but could now stand for Somebody else) and both are masters at their craft. The repairs (at a comparable rate of $100.00 which seems to be the average, in this area. You may find cheaper but the risk is yours.) are done in a timely manner but when things may start to go south, like when working on my classic (as in old) Chevy, he gets into finding ways to get tab A to fit in slot B and work around problems that others dont want to bother with. He and Brandon have helped me out often and Ive always been very happy with the results and wouldnt hesitate for one second to recommend them highly. So why 4 stars and not 5? There is no waiting room and squeezing into the property could be tough. However, I will be needing repairs this week and Im hoping to convince Dave to allow me to clean up the waiting area since its incredibly obvious that DandB will never have the time to do it themselves and Im a great organizer so the next time you stop in for repairs, it may look nicer and then theyll get the 5 stars that this business deserves.

Good honest repair people. Something you just cant find these days. I trust them for all my work.
