The staff welcomed me when I came into the store. They explained the process and what they could and couldnt do to help me. One of my items was broken and they had the parts in stock. It was fixed within two hours. The other broken item required a bit more work and would take a fee days to get the parts in, so I decided to come back later.

Today I had a frusrtating experience with my carrier and the insurance company that provide repair services for my phones. However my frustration was erased as soon as I stepped inside the uBreakiFix in Gulfport MS . The personnel greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable. The service was impeccable they went above and beyond to meet my needs .The repair was done appropriately and in timely manner. As I waited many costumers mae and went and all where receiver with warm smiles and were taken care of in a very polite manner. Not one person was unsatisfied. Codis to the manager of the store for helping us and going above and beyond to assist us. I will Definitely return and recommend this store to anyone you will not be dissapointed.

Verizon customer service was a nightmare and the staff took care of everything and answered ALL my questions when Verizon was giving me the run around. The phone was fixed in under a half hour and the pricing was better than expected and definitely lower than the competition. I hope I don’t need their services but if I ever do no doubt I will return.

Very quick and professional repair. A bit pricey at $220 for a screen repair. They had parts in stock and repair was done within an hour of dropping it off. I recommend them if you want premium service fast.

Very helpful. Was able to get my device repaired same day with no need to wait for a new phone to arrive, back up/transfer data and apps, wipe & ship my device back to my carrier and setup a whole new device from scratch. Whats even better is I thought I was just paying for a screen replacement but I actually got a new battery, new frame and several other internal components such as a new ear piece. The fact the phone was essentially refurbished exceeded my expectations!

Had two Microsoft Surface Pros become paper weights due to this place. One wont power on now and the screen doesnt work on the other one. The area manager will never return a call and they do not communicate anything to the customer. Worst service around. Beware.Update to reply below:The area manager has NEVER given me is cell number. I had to call the store every time. I also did not sign anything nor was told that there was a chance that the systems would die while working on them. My biggest issue is that I drove from Mobile to Gulfport to be told that a screen had to be ordered and no one bothered to let me know after I told them I was driving over. Then it was sent back to the Mobile store and the screen was not replaced. They did nothing to help rectify my situation. Very poor customer service.

I came from out of town. Broke my phone and phone insurance uses them. I am so glad they do because they took care of my phone quickly and easily. I would highly recommend them to everyone for phone e repairs.

The gentleman behind the desk was really nice. He said my phone probably wouldnt be done that day since they were about to close. He called about an 1.5 hours later and it was ready to go! I believe he stayed over so that he could get it back to me that day! Thats service!The website needs to update their prices though. Just so your not upset when you get there, just assume it will be more than what the site says.

Had a simple fix....a lady I talked to on the phone said yes thats simple fix we can do it now. I brought my laptop in for the simple fix and the guy at the counter told me it had to stay over night and they should have it fixed the next day. I also tried to tell him the problem but he didnt listen instead telling me to drop it off. I took it to Best Buy Geek Squad and they fixed it on the spot no charge.

I brought my phone to get the screen, LCD, and back glass repaired. It was all shattered! They had the parts in stock, so I didnt have to wait for them to be ordered. I dropped it off and had it fixed within 2 hours. I then got the liquid glass screen protector put on so I dont have to deal with a broken screen again! Thanks to everyone there! They were all polite and helpful!

Dropped my laptop off on 4/1 for a battery replacement that I was told would take 2-5 days. Ended up taking 12 days. Customer service was bad and the people I spoke with on the phone were rude. I can understand shipping being delayed but not the rudeness over the phone or in person when I was finally able to pick it up. They also left a message to an unknown number that my laptop was ready to be picked up, not the number Ive had for the last 20 years and left with them to call me on and had been using to call them all week. Glad I stopped before closing or it would have been another day. The only one who was polite was the female I spoke with, dont know her name. I wont be back

Had The battery and the back glass replaced on my Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus The battery itself was 99 and the back glass replaced with 99 and they actually may have everything done for $129 out the door and they were done in about an hour excellent knowledgeable staff friendly customer service highly recommended...UPDATE:I didnt notice until the following day, but after they replaced my battery, my proximity sensor isnt working anymore, Im sure its a simple error an I havent had a chance to take the phone back but just an fyi, check your device before leaving, so you dont get surprised like I did. I still highly recommend.

I was recommended by another cell phone repair place that couldnt fix my phone and they originally priced me at around $320 plus taxes AND I was going to have to wait for a few days had they ordered the part. Took my phone to UBreakiFix and they fixed my phone same day AND for $280ish with taxes!! They are samsung certified so the part I needed for my phone was in stock. Ubreakifix absolutely ROCKS!!! My son dropped his phone on Thursday night and he had all of his Debate Case on his phone in his google docs. So Thursday night this child was having a heart attack thinking his phone was not fixable. I posted on my Facebook asking for help and Steve Curtindale responded telling me about your store. The next morning I came in and was met with a friendly man who got the information about the phone and was very friendly. He said it would only take about 15 minutes & I waited in their lobby. The store is very clean and modern. They have a nice size bar with seating to do work while you wait. Their store is in a great location off of Hwy 49 in Gulfport /Orange Grove area... Next to Planet Fitness just south of Rebel Dip. The people working were very professional and kind. They literally saved the day for my boy and when I paid they said it comes with a warranty. I was very pleased and will come back if I have any other problems. Oh also while I was there they had a customer with a messed up computer... I guess they dont just fix cell phones. Thanks again for the help!

Ubreakifix in Gulfport is an awesome place to take ALL of ur home electronics to when they need to be repaired. I took my phone in and they had all the parts and were able to fix my phone in about an hour. The girl who took care of me was very friendly and knowledgeable about what i would need and how much it would cost. I WILL be returning. I was so happy they were able to fix my phone in an hour because i had went to The Broken Gadget in Long Beach MS. first, because they are closer to where i live. They told me what i needed and that they would have to order one of the parts and the part would be in 2 days later and they would call to let me know it was in. 2 days later, no call. So the next day i called to find out if the part came in. The guy who answered the phone said he didnt know who i was and that the part did not come in on the delivery. He said maybe it will come on the next delivery, without telling me what day that would be. So i called them again today and they said the part wasn’t delivered and that it may be with the next delivery at 2pm. Hearing that it MIGHT be in at 2 didnt sit well with me after a week of being told that it wasnt in the delivery twice before. That was when I began searching other places and found Ubreakifix. I wish i would have just went there to begin with. At Ubreakifix, with parts and labor it cost me $129.00. The other place was gonna charge me $70.00 for each part plus labor.

Stopped by 2 days after my phone died. I was hoping it would only be the battery. They performed their diagnostics, and found that it was indeed the battery. In less than 2 hours, I have my phone back, with a replacement battery. Quick service, and what I think is a reasonable price, cant be beat. Highly recommend them for service on your phone, tablet, computer, and other electronics they service.

I had a bad experience with the other major repair place in Gulfport over a minor thing and they refused to make it right ....Ubreakifix answered the phone 1st ring, they are polite, professional and efficient.....My phone was ran over twice and was in rough shape on top of that its an Outkitel military spec phone(oddball) and it was completely repaired in an hour and 13 minutes..... Nowadays people dont seem to care or take pride in their work.......They do....I highly recommend them over the competition.....

Dropped my iPhone Xs Max off at the Gulfport store around 4:30. Decided not to wait and got on I-10 to Biloxi. Before I got to exit 44, they had diagnosed my phone and told me they could replace the back camera and it would be ready in 20 minutes. Made a U turn at exit 44, had my phone repaired within an hour of dropping it off. Excellent!!! Would absolutely recommend, and go there again.

We brought in a Samsung Galaxy 51 when we got there we told them it was a a21 but they called us and told us it was the 51 it costed more money to get it fixed but they did a great job and in a timely manor.

This was my first experience with a electronics repair store and I couldnt be any happier. I had a crack in my phone screen and made a claim through my mobile insurance company. I was greeted when I walked in, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. I was told my phone could be picked up in 2 hours (I really had already mentally prepared myself to be without a phone for MUCH longer) so I was REALLY happy about that. Also, theyre a certified Samsung repair shop so they used Samsung parts and gave me an additional 90 day warranty on my phone.Now Im not so worried about cracking my screen again.
