I was displaced from New Orleans after Hurricane Ida and wanted to purchase a hot spot before returning to no cable service. The manager Mike answered the phone 45 minutes before the store opened and put 1 of 2 hotspots aside for me. When I arrived he walked me through how to use the device and the plans. Competent customer service still exists!

Switched companies about two weeks ago and got new phones! Service has been great in regards of cellular and customer. My wife’s phone was not able to make calls, and we could not figure out. So, our sales rep, Daniel, did everything he could to make it as easy as possible for her stuff to work out. Daniel and Cellular sales is fantastic.

My husband and I upgraded to new phones today which usually is an experience I dread - like buying a car. However, we had such a great experience today that I look forward to the next time. Brooke was absolutely fabulous! Respectful, professional, knowledgeable, diligent - the list goes on and on. I went in to upgrade my phone. Brooke was absolutely amazing! She helped me with everything I needed. I even had my son with me and he is VERY wild and she helped keep him busy while I was looking at phones. She will definitely always be my Verizon go-to person!

I have worked with Trey on two separate occasions, both times he got me the phones I wanted with little to no hassle. Ive worked with tons of sales people over the years and by far the best sales experience I have had in a very long time. So if youre in the market for a new phone see Trey, he is your man.

I broke my iPhone 7plus. I usually go to the Verizon by Walmart on 49, but I came up to cellular cells instead. Trey has been a tremendous help. He helped me find deals and discounts to lower my bill. I also got two iPads for lowered prices. Trey was just a great help all around. I highly recommend shopping at this store. Trey helped out with our plan, but the whole staff was polite.

I came into the store last night, probably less than an hour before they closed, my phone broke and was not able to be fixed, so I needed to purchase a new phone. Melissa greeted me as soon as i walked into the store, and helped me decide what phone I needed, and made the experience enjoyable. She was very helpful and polite. GREAT customer service! So far my experience has been really good. They are always busy in the store so you have to be patient but they will help you and are very nice . In person and on the phone. Their cell phone service has been good too. I have been real pleased and to be honest I didnt expect to be at all because of problems my brother had in the past. But obviously they have improved on the MS Gulf coast area and I am very satisfied so far.

An Excellent experience. We took our Daughter there while she was visiting to get her a new I phone. She also had to close her current account and open a new one to obtain a better service program for her. We were given first class treatment by Joseph as he showed our daughter her options and how to take advance of the new services being offered by Verizon. In the end she received a new phone with better service for less money. Thank You Joseph

I came into this location on a Sunday, would have normally went to the one down the street but they were not open. The salesman Trey looked at my phone that I had a charging issue with and he told me I needed another phone. I was reluctant to get another phone because the one I had was relatively new and I was still paying for it. The sales experience was like nothing I have ever experienced forGetting a phone, fast talking and buyout offers. I had to pay just a little amount for a promotion after getting the phone I’ve had nothing but problems. I have tried to contact the salesman and i have not gotten a response. I went into the store and asked for help and the new salesman I was talking to informed me that Trey was at another location and they could not help. I asked for a manager and he stated he was the manager and he could not resolve the issue because of how the transaction was processed. Long story short I was frustrated and went down the street with both my phones and they had fully refunded me on the upgrade also offered me a better deal. I was lied to and falsely charged upgrade fees and program fees. The real Verizon store told me that the Gulfport location is a authorized retail store and they make their money on fees and lies. One unhappy customer love Verizon but couldn’t believe they have stores like this in place doing this type of business and lying to the public!

Everybody who needs a phone or an upgrade this place is where u want to be at but make sure you ask for Melissa she’s sweet and kind and will make sure she can hook you up with anything you need but make sure everybody as for her personal I promise you she’ll do the best she can I’m overseas right now and I still get phone calls and text from her asking “how are the products coming along with the phone you have purchase ..? That’s a person or sales representative you’ll want so make sure y’all ask for MELISSA she won’t leave nobody hanging also she’ll check on anything if you need itMark my words

Never even asked us what they could help us with. There were two associates in the building helping other customers with the purchase of new phones and we sat there for over an hour. I got tired of being ignored and went outside to call the store to ask if they sold batteries. They did answer the phone and answered my question. It would have been nicer if they had just taken one moment to acknowledge us and we would have been on our way. One woman before us was there an hour before we got there. I gave them one star for answering the phone.

Dont go to this location. me and my family went there to get new phones. the salesman informed us that we would need to pay the sales tax along with a $50 programming fee, and a $30 upgrade fee on our first bill. i contacted Verizon customer about all of these fees and was informed that i was only being charged a $50 programming fee because Cellular Sales is an indirect retailer and not a real Verizon location. if you go to the location south of interstate 10 or in Diberville you will save yourself $50 per phone

I came in to Verizon and was given exceptional service. I will never ever think of venturing away from Verizon. New to the area and not sure where I was, I arrived 5:59 and hoped for the best Already handling a customer I turn to leave thinking, he is already going to be here later helping this current customer I guess I’ll go. Trey politely said if you have a few let me finish with my current customer and I’ll help you shortly. I watched him deliever excellent customer service to the current customer, answering over 1000 questions it seemed for her calmly and professionally. Once he was finished I got that same professionalism as well, I had quite a few issues that I needed addressed and Trey took time stayed over 3 hrs late. To make sure everything was taken care of. He remained professional and curtious the whole time. In a world where OK customer service is acceptable, I never expected this. You deserve all the stars, Trey! I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone from Trey Firth at your Verizon store in Gulfport, Mississippi. I have put off buying a new phone because frankly I am a quite computer illiterate. My daughter lives near Gulfport and was so impressed with Trey when she bought her phone that I decided to finally bite the bullet and get a new one. The processes was so relaxed and easy. I didnt feel intimidated at all. Since then Trey has followed up with calls to make sure I am enjoying my phone and havent had any problems. I only every business could have employees like Trey. You are so fortunate to have this young man in your employee. Thank you for having him. I live in Tennessee and if ever I need to purchase any Verizon product, I will be traveling the 9 hours to see him.

Worst experience ever! My phone stopped charging within 2 weeks and I was told that the only one that could help me was the one who sold me the phone and she would be working the next day so she could tell me how much I have to pay for a working phone. When I asked how much a claim was I was told at least 50.00 but he wasn’t sure. I went back the next day and the worlds rudest employee told me Melissa was not working and it wasn’t her coworker’s fault when he misinformed me because he didn’t know her schedule. A polite “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” would have gone a long way, but instead she then preceded to rudely inform me in front of customers that her coworker had already filled her in all about me and my phone problem and Melissa IS the only one that can help me. Ridiculous to pay for a service I cannot acces for days because that employee has a couple days off. After a phone call to the actual Verizon, I found out how to get my phone replaced for 19.00 and I did NOT need Melissa! I will have a replacement tomorrow. Verizon is awesome and these employees are a disgrace to to their great name! The customer service representative from real Verizon told me where to go next time for true Verizon customer service!

Do not go to this location. Wanted 30.00 per k20 device. Go to the store down the road a bit on the right it is a real Verizon store who offered us 2 of the K20 devices for 30.00 vs this store selling 1 for that price. You should never pay more than 7% for the retail value if you are financing it, that is because you only have to pay the sales tax up front. The money we saved we got 2 LG Stylo 2V phones for 32.00 at the real Verizon store.

My last 1 star rated visit appears to have been removed. So here is an update based on my latest experience. My visit today, and experience with Verizon as a whole today, confirmed that Verizon is as bad as people constantly remind me.My simple issue, that I tried to resolve over the phone, resulted in the service tech remotely blocking me from being able to access my phone. The tech told me she would check back within the half hour with a phone call and text but received neither.Finally, making it to Verizon after not being able to use my phone all day at work for anything but to tell the time, the sales rep told my there was nothing he could do. In his defense, he made as much effort as his limitations policy would allow so he referred me back to the tech line that got me in this position in the first place.After being assured that he could help me, I listened to him follow his standard issued procedure handbook as the previous tech before, when he finally admitted that he could do nothing, other than wipe all data from my phone by doing a factory reset but gave a final suggestion of contacting the manufacturer, Samsung, which I did to no success even though he also assured me he would fix it.I left, beyond aggravated, and drove right up the road to ubreakifix where they had my phone fixed within about an hour despite being extremely busy.After years of issues with latest iPhones and galaxys, and cheap garbage that sales reps highly recommended, its time to change... as soon as I pay this one off

This is not a Verizon owned store. They will tell you they are but they are not. I went into learn about Verizons unlimited plan and was told by a guy that he uses 100 gb a month and it never slows down for him after the 22 gb, Obviously that Was an exaggeration. Also the lady who did my change misinformed me of how the billing works. Be carful going here very misleading employees, untrained employees or dishonest employees, go there and learn the hard way. Go to the actual Verizon store.
