I have been to this Boost location several times and the employees have always been friendly and helpful. This morning was a totally different experience. The woman who waited on me was rude, acted like I was bothering her, she never even looked up from her computer screen. It’s not like she was busy I was the only one in the store. I will never go to this Boost location again!!!!

Im sitting in the parking lot right now.This store is never open on time.Customer service is horrible. It says on the door open@10 a.m. there no one inside lights off the store is closed. The reviews that people put up or bogus they are liesThey are fake Im sitting here right now it is now 10:30am still not open... 😒😖👧👧

Poor customer service.I just switched from cricket to boost 2 months ago and ive been having problems with my husbands and i stylo 6. No one will help us at all. About to switch to Metro.

I found the best deal in town, unlimited data and hot spot for $50 a month. The agent in the store was very knowledgeable about the phones and the service plans. Not only did I switch I will ALWAYS visit this location.

Had 7 (seven) customers came by 3 said they never open).Grocery store said they heard there isnt ever anyone here.Neighboring businesses said shes always got a reason shes closing.Sounds like we need a new manager.../ Owner

Love their phone service, but this store kinda blows and dont expect to be able to go by its Google business hours... been waiting 20 minutes in front of the store. The sign says open...door is locked 😑😤😠

Wow. This place is a dump. Girl was unhelpful, there was a really small number of phones and was actually told Id need to go on their website to do what I wanted.

Not great phone service. My free phone caught fire they refused to replace it.
