Usually this place is great but the manager lady this time when we went was very rude. So we left and drove 20 minutes to the next nearest Verizon store to buy from there. Any time she is in there we will go to the other store. She argued about things and was wrong half of the time. Very strange woman. Had a friend have a similar issue. Not sure if it was the same person though.

Danielle was superb and awesome in helping my elderly mother today. Her phone’s charging port wasn’t working properly and she cleaned it and showed us Verizon chargers that were on sale! She fixed the charging problem! Her personality was so welcoming and kind. She made this a pleasurable experience.

The customer service representative I had was poor at best. She could not explain or provide any information on the Android pixel 4a or 5. She was unable to answer any questions I had about the particulars for each model or why I should or would want to buy the 5 versus the 4a. Initially she told me the 5, was only $100 more than the 4a, in actuality it was double the price. I was also looking to buy a smartwatch that would match up with my new smartphone. She knew nothing about the watches that were available. Due to her ineptness I departed the store without purchasing either item.

Family was refused service and were told they would be forcibly removed because of not having a mask on. ABSOLUTE TRASH!! Very simple to provide masks to customers if you require them in the store. Then to threaten to remove people...BBB will be contacted as well.

Great experience at the Gulf Port store on hwy 49. Every single associate in there was extremely helpful and very attentive. Answered all my questions... Didnt try to push anything on me,,, just waited for me to decide.Highly recommend shopping here if youre looking for phone or coverage.

On the downside we had to tell her about a sale on the phone we were interested in. Not a bad experience but not a memorable one either. Only game in town for a Verizon customer.

Very professional staff!! A++ service. Has everything you need to upgrade your current phone service or just repair what you have now. What Im highly impressed with, the honesty of their employees. Ive tried for several months to replace my Droid and multiple Verizon stores said, it cant be done. This store within 2 days had a new phone in my hands and fully set it up for me. Kudos to all the people in this store!!!

Experience was fine, the sales person was fun to talk to. I selected a model of phone which was not the newest model and they didnt have it in stock, so they went to order it online (which is actually what I wanted anyway), but then every color was sold out online. This is totally possible, but it kind of felt like a big coincidence just to get me to buy the next higher model.

The sales associate was very nice. I went in there with a specific question about a phone that was on sale. He answered it and asked a few things about what I wanted and showed me several options that would be comparable phones. He was very knowledgeable about each phone, but did not pressure me into any specific direction. He told me that the phone I was looking at would be the best deal because of the sale. He also told me all about the return policy and what time frame I had and restocking fee. All in all, it was a good buying experience. I ended up buying the phone I went in for, but I felt like it was a much more educated decision.

First man that approached me had only one goal in mind and that was to make a sale 😁 but the second one I spoke with was nice & not as pushy,so I did purchase something from him. I use to work on commission yrs ago so I know it can be hard, bt you wont gain customers by being bossy or rude.

Best experience EVER in any phone store. Didnt buy anything or spend a nickel but the Solutions Manager was a pro. Knew everything about everything. Explained patiently to dumb baby boomers without making us feel dumb. Checked phone functions we didnt know existed. Checked warranty to make sure we can get issues fixed before warranty expires. Nice, professional, patient, knowledgeable.

I rarely leave a bad review, I prefer to give a business the chance to fix the issue but unfortunately I dont think thats an option in this case. I had decided to get rid of my Iphone and my husband bought me a samsung galaxy 8 for my birthday :). I tried to get through to a human via the phone and after several attempts I decided it would be easier to go to the store. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice young lady who was unsure so she went to someone above her sorry I dont have a name (he was a white male brown hair in his mid to late 30s and tall). He didnt even look at my phone just said I had to download an app in order to move my number from my Iphone to the Samsung. When I explained there was not enough space and that I couldnt even download a picture at this time he gruffly said :YOU CANT DO IT WITHOUT DOWNLOADING AN APP. I said what if I lost my cell? He said I cant help you.. After that I went back to attempting to reach a human and after about 20 minutes of pushing buttons arrived with customer service. All I had to do (Ive never done this before so excuse the tech ignorance here) was move the sim card from my Iphone to the Samsung the phone did the rest. Im thinking this man just wasnt in the mood to help someone that didnt meet his agenda. Too bad as most people here in the South are friendly and helpful regardlessjust my two cents but you shouldnt have anyone working customer service that doesnt like their job or doesnt know it.

Went to the store after making online purchase was told I had to call fraud because they needed more info. Called fraud over 6 times providing more information and they STILL in the end said that wasn’t enough. All I needed was more proof or residency used car info license bank statements nothing was enough!!!! Waste of 3 whole hours! I’ll go to AT&T.

The staff here acts like a bunch of bartenders. Too cool for their current job. All kinds of smart side conversations going on as you beg for service. It really sucks, because Verizon isnt the cheapest cellular provider and then to put up with this high school attitude as a customer is almost too much to take. Ive been a customer with Verizon for over a decade, and worked with several locations; theres something very wrong with the customer service at this location.

Friendly staff, bought all my cellphones here for the last 15 years. This staff is much better the the Verizon store near my house. They will give you a straight answer and not try to sell you anything you dont need. I have always been satisfied with my service here.The Verizon in Diberville MS, is not so good.So go to the Gulfport MS location and you will be treated good

A bit chaotic.. I got there just and the store opened and had to wait to talk with a sales person. I then got my phones and was told all the taxes on the phone had to be paid first. That being, $100 for taxes. I left shocked .

Verizons buy one get one free deal for the S9 is very misleading. I took my wife in to try and get a new phone and found out that you must have a new line of credit and that I could lose my number in order to get a new phone for free. On the poster as you walk in the door, it does not state any of these facts and when we found that out I had to leave with no new phone and a very disspointed feeling because I felt cheated. They were friendly but all there ads should clarify these issues.

Terrible experience and disgustingly unprofessional employees. Cheated by big corporation!Their sales woman insisted that I get a Moto even though I specifically came in for a Samsung Galaxy. They told me the Moto was much better, so I ignorantly believed them.I went back days later to return the phone for the Galaxy I wanted and thats when the store manager tried to convince me not to switch phones and even had a different sales rep walk over to convince me to keep the Moto. The manager told me to give it time to get used to it and I could come back if I was still unhappy with it.Because of the constant glitches and problems with the Moto, I ended up using only my work phone (Galaxy) until I decided to go back to the store. They then told me that it was too late and there was nothing they could do besides give me a cheaper phone or pay off the full amount of this junk Moto. I feel very cheated by a large corporation when i took all the steps necessaryn. I couldnt be more disappointed..

Its honestly irritating that one of the sales girls had to LIE to their customer in order to get their commission off the sale. Husband needed just a phone case and she sold him the $150 bundle and told him he could due deferred payments and had to call customer service to get it to work. Customer service specifically said that it was NOT an option. Next time we will be asking for a second opinion on the matter since we cant even trust the sales people. Not everybody can afford $150 up front.
