Great place with incredible service and prices. I worked with Kate, and she was helpful, polite and pleasant. . Friendly, efficient. with a large selection of frames. Best part, next to customer service was my glasses were ready in 2 hours!!! Unbelievable!!! Been buying glasses for 50 years. Never had such a great experience. Don’t go anywhere else. Seriously. Got to check this out. You will not be disappointed!!

I was knocked down to be helped when I came in the store. I felt very rushed. As I was deciding between two pairs of frames. The service lady ask if she could leave me and go to the next customer because they were ready to order.I’m like what?Don’t knock me down to help me then run off. I said no and finished up quickly. She sped through the check out so fast I could barely understand what she was saying. She literally ran through it like an auctioneer trying to get to the next customer.

The young lady who helped me was able to get my previous authorization canceled. I had an authorization on file for my lens and frame by my eye doctor but didn’t get anything do they had to call and cancel. My rep who helped worked hard to cancel it and I was able to get two pairs for a reasonable price. I walked out with one right away and the others were on order for a 2 week turnaround but I did mind because I walked out with a pair. Well my second pair arrived the next so not even two. Over I had a great time. It was easy compared to having to wait 2 weeks for both at an MD office.

Everyone was exceptionally kind!! Natalie was so very helpful and willing to take her time helping with making the difficult decision on which frames to choose and which to discard.I ended up purchasing a total of 6 pairs of glasses 3 readers and 3 sunglasses!!I still have two pair that I’m going to go get today bc I just CANNOT live without them!!Daniella was very help on Saturday when I picked up my glasses. Adjustments were necessary and again just as Natalie showed patience, so did Daniella!!I simply can’t leave out Marie, she’s an absolute angel and I’m so glad that she’s still working with the company!!! Thank you Eyemart!!!

Walked in before my eye exam, within 10 minutes Id found my frames. Ashley waited on me. Very sweet lady! Knowledgeable about services offered. She even tried to fix frames from glasses I was wearing, (car hood) until new ones were made. Did eye exam and within 2 hrs I had 2 pr of glasses. Thanks Ashley! Youre awesome!

Their customer service is excellent. There was a wide selection of frames available. Normally it takes me a while to find a good pair of frames because of a limited frame selection. I walked into EYEMART EXPRESS tried on a couple pairs and found the perfect pair. They had my glasses made under an hour. When I went in to pick them up, I didn’t have a line to stand in. The customer service representative asked if I was there to pick up? I said yes. They handed me my glasses. I tried them on on-site perfect fit.

I like going to Eyemart Express in Gulfport, MS at Crossroads Mall because they have a good selection of frames, they get them ready in a reasonable time, and they have reasonable prices. I also like that they will stand behind their promise to get the right features and right frames. The young ladies employed there were cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Kay was my representative today and although I could see she was overwhelmed trying to work the door, check people in, call people when there was available space due to COVID-19 regulations. I asked her to check and see what insurance would cover. She said yes ma’am. Went on with the numerous things no one else in the store was attempting to do. Yes they were with customers but, I witnessed her doing this even with a customer she was helping. Intermittently saying, I’ll be right with you. I was lucky enough to have her as my very personable associate. She was quick, clear, smiling, joking, but most of all thorough. I got what I wanted with a smile and details needed. The absolute worst customer service experience ever. When my husband and myself got our eyeglasses here it was a great experience so we decided we would bring our 12 yrs old son here to get his glasses. Will not do business with them again my son was ignored not once but twice now by the staff.

This was my 1st visit to your business, & I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. I couldn’t believe that my glasses were ready in less than an hour! If I had to say one negative thing to say it would be to have a few more selections & designs, at the lower end for that customer that can’t afford the pretty more expensive selections. Great prices considering theyre the only place on the coast making glasses right now! Very friendly staff. Danielle was very nice and easy to talk to. My only complaint (and I know they cant really help it) was the wait time. They handled it well though and sent customers text messages when they were next in line. I called today around 4:20 p.m. to see if an appointment was needed and I was hurried off the phone. The lady didnt even give me the opportunity to ask any further questions. She was quick to tell me that she can provide me with the number to the Optometrist next door, but they wont be back until Monday. I said that is fine. I specifically told her that I wanted to know about appointments due to COVID. The lady wasnt hearing me or trying to hear my question. Nevertheless, she didnt give me the number to the Optometrist office. She ended the call and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. She was very rude and unprofessional. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating is because my husband was seen there 2 years ago and wants to be seen there again.

Despicable service we were on the waitlist and had to step outside until called, we’re called and they gave us a basket to pick out our glasses and another couple entered without being placed on the waiting list and sat down at a table, an area was cleared for us and was told to have a seat. The lady comes to our area and picks up the computer and proceeded to the other table were the other couple just came in, we asked why they were being seen before us and was told that she just come back from lunch and they were sitting down before us but she just got done waiting on a lady prior so she told us lie. My wife and I picked up our prescription papers and walked out, talk about disrespectful idiotic workers nowadays and all she had to do was go check out the waiting list for the next one IN LINE

Given the circumstances of COVID they did well. We did have to wait a long time - only so many people are aloud in the store at one time. Appointments might work better. But the people who work their are VERY nice and helpful (especially under difficult times). Marie was very nice and helped my daughter pick two lovely pairs of glasses. Great selection. Once we picked it only took 20 minutes to make them! (That’s probably not normal - but can be done quickly).

The employees are friendly enough, but they are understaffed and overwhelmed. The wait was quite ridiculous. Had I known, I never would have come here and I will not be returning. The original wait of twenty five minutes was on point, but after getting in the store, it was another hour before I was helped further. Expect to spend close to two hours getting the help you need at this location. If you dont have that kind of time, definitely go somewhere else.

They were very professional. They helped me with my frames. In this covid crisis they took your name and phone numbers and called when it was our turn. We didnt have to stand in the heat.My glasses were ready a day early which really helped me out. The cost was great and the fit is good. I would and have recommended them .

Been trying to get my glasses for like 3 days now and I haven’t even got to look at the glasses. I understand because of covid-19 but they say it’s an hour wait but they called after 2 1/2 hours to ask am I still outside. I just think they should do appointments because it’s just ridiculous.

My first experience with Eyemart, and it was pretty good. It was a little busy and I had to wait longer than I would have liked to see one of the employees, but once I got there to place my order it was easy and quick. The woman taking my order was kind and and quick. They said my glasses would be ready in about an hour and a half, but it wasn’t even 30 minutes later when I got a text they were ready for pickup. A nice surprise since I hadn’t left the area yet! They staff there seemed a little hurried when I went to go pick up my glasses because there was good many more people in the store, but they were efficient and kept things rolling. I’ll be checking in here again next time I need a new pair.

Always fast and friendly service. Have used them several times and will continue to do so. I also love the fact that i do not have to keep up with the prescription they keep it on file. If your prescription changes while glasses under warranty they will replace the lenses to the new prescription free of charge... Gotta love that part

Even with a room full of customers I was immediately greeted. Within moments a technician helped me find a good match for my face, measured to insure proper fit. After signing some insurance paperwork I was on my way, all within 15 minutes.About an hour later I got a text letting me know my glasses were ready. Once again, greeted immediately, noticed by the person who helped me, given my new glasses and questioned about the fit and vision. After verifying all is well, I was sent on my way with a`Have a great night.

The ads are just lies. Isn’t there any law against false advertising? There should be. The rules are the tw frames each must be $19.95 but they never have any frames anyone wants for $19.95. The desirable frames are at least $10.00 more but instead of going up the $10 on the deal the glasses are now over $100. each pair. They never have the frames they advertise for the deal, that is false advertising.

I was just traveling through the area and a screw came out of the frame on my sunglasses, I stopped in to Eyemart Express and was blown away by their customer service. Not only did I not buy my sunglasses there but they dont even sell the brand, however that did not stop them from extracting a broken screw and fixing them back to new, all in record time and without a charge. Great Store, great staff, and excellent customer service. Thank you again.

I hate putting bad reviews because I know it affects a business, but this business needs to show their employees equal costumer service. We took a 30 min drive to receive the worst treatment ever. I just hope it wasn’t because of our race because on the phone they treated me way different!

In spite of the covid19 I was in and out pretty quick. I went back to pick up another set of frames. It was pretty quick. Cudos to the staff they are working hard to get everyone serviced and out the door.

My experience at the store was very pleasant. Marie was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and shared information without my having to ask tons of questions. I visited the store to replace my neices glasses. She is visiting from out of town and unfortunately a trip to the beach resulted in her glasses being taken to sea by a wave. Marie called the store that my niece usually visits to get her information and we had new glasses quickly. I will be returning to the store in the near future to purchase new glasses for myself.

The ladies at the Eyemart in Crossroads in Gulfport Mississippi, are extremely nice and very attentive to any and all customers that walk in their doors. The young lady, Ashley, that helped me is at the top of her game. When I got there, I fell in love with a pair of glasses, but at that time, they did not have a black pair. The next morning she called me to inform me that she found a black pair and I could bring a pair that I purchased back and get the black ones. She did not have to do that, but she did. I saved a couple hundred dollars by coming here& also got prescription shades, I lost my glasses, went back & they had my glasses ready in less than 3 hours, my prescription was on file, & BAM’ just like that, I could see again. Very fast &. Convenient and very nice atmosphere and great staff. I definitely have recommended this place two brands that have used them . Thank you so much !!

The lenses that are available at Eyemart Express are very reasonable in price. They carry the latest styles and offer a wide variety of frames. The service received was adequate though I felt as if I were a little rushed. I was given different pricing information but it was told to me quickly and I was not sure on how the pricing worked. I would like to see the prices given in a written format. The associate was polite but the interaction was somewhat impersonal. After giving the employee my prescription, she never addressed me by name. She went back to an office while I walked out on the floor to choose a pair of glasses. She did not assist me in finding a style that would be right for me. She did push for me to take advantage of the buy one get one free offer that was taking place. After choosing two pairs she processed the order and asked me to sign the order sheets. She did not explain what I was signing and she did not provide warranty information. Though style, selection, and price are a large factor of Eyemart Express some improvement is needed on providing personalized, one on one, customer service. Over all, due to price, I will probably return to this location and recommend it to others.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I waited 3 hours and was told I had to be back in the office in 5 minutes or I lost my spot. 3 hours I waited! Then I came back the next day at 9:00 in the morning and waited another 5 hours for service. I will never come back to this place and for the record the general manager was completely rude and unprofessional. I don’t normally write these but I’m completely in awe about how bad this place really is. They must have people writing fake reviews for them. Also every time I went in there to ask how much longer they only have 1 person working not including the front desk person.

The staff here is always great to me. Even when I ask to many questions due to my extreme pickiness. The warrant they offer is great especially for people who break thing or babe kids who break things often. Me and my family babe used eyemart express in Gulfport for years and it’s worth it. Wait times are very long right now due to covid but at least they take your Phone number and let you wait in your car.

My daughter lost her favorite glasses last summer and they didnt have them anymore when we went at that time. This year, she was so excited that they had them and when she told the technician that, the young lady found them in other colors to show her as an option for her second pair! Very good people, fast service and easy process. Even with a store full of people, her first pair was ready within 20 minutes.

My son lost a pair and broke a pair all in weeks time but was able to walk-in and was seen in 20 mins. My son picked out his glasses, did his measurements, and I paid. I was told it would take an hour and actually got both pair done in 33 mins. The quickest and helpful place I ever worked with. The ladies in there are really nice and helpful.

My experience inside was great. I serviced fast and the young lady was very helpful and professional. However I was told it would take 7 days or earlier for my glasses to be ready and now I am being told 7-10 business days. I have never had to wait that long for glasses. This process needs to get better.

I have never been so humiliated in my life.... I was told that other customers were coming in which implied that I was being rushed. No patience with me and my daughter at all. My questions were not properly answered and a lot of time was waisted. Were we bothering you? Im pretty sure that my insurance and money spends just like everyone else do.I would have purchased the glasses, but after I lifted my head up from the cloud of confusion, I saw all of her coworkers with smirks and giggling..... I WAS BEYOND HUMILIATED!! The girls that waited on me were polite and treated me wonderful BUT .the first girl needed better skills measuring me for my glasses. The first glasses were not centered well causing a problem with the lenses...I had to cock my head to see clearly through either pair. This meant a whole second trip.from Saucier to get the new glasses. There was NO resistance to replacing the lenses and I now have great glasses.
