I was helped by 2 very nice ladies Shelby and Lori. I was having trouble with finding out about my insurance for my daughter to get an eye exam and glasses for her. They went out of their way to help me and where very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone 😊

IM CRYING HAPPY TEARS, it has been so long since I’ve been treated like a human being in an eye clinic, and from reception to Dr. Maiolatesi I was astounded by the kindness and care. He listened to my concerns was confident in diagnosis and explained how he got it. I would have payed 1000 dollars I was so blown away, but even without insurance the price was a steal. It felt like Christmas morning receiving the gift of sight. I cannot thank the team enough y’all are amazing. Will be calling to schedule my daughter an appointment. Goodbye belk goodbye wait times and being just a number. I’ve found my eye doctor

My husband and I went to the Gulfport, vision center, to get some glasses. The person who waited on us was so extremely pleasant and professional. He made our visit a breeze, which is not usually the case. When I came back to exchange the glasses and order a different pair, he made the exchange so easy, and assured me he would get it corrected and he did. I taught customer service for years and I can honestly say that he is one of the most cordial and positive individuals I have ever encountered in this industry or any other for that matter. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. Thank you Mr. Ralph you are a real asset to Walmart Vision Center. Please dont ever leave. You were spot on with everything. Thank you for being a pleasant and competent employee.

The best in the area and will get your prescription right dont bother going to Biloxi Walmart.

Had appointment for exam. Walked into full waiting room. twenty minutes after my appointment was due I asked how long do I have to wait. Was told hes not always on time. I left, my time is important too. Why have appointments if they dont pay attention to the time?

Can’t make an appointment because they won’t answer the phones .

The young lady that helped me with choosing and fitting my glasses was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

My appt was at 3. Its now 340 and I still havent gotten called in. Update: the doctor however; was very good and quick.

Drove 45 minutes to see the doctor to find theyre closed although their webpage said they were open. 😑

Went to change my sons glasses and the lady working was very short and rude. It was like I was a bother. Thanks
